Mice and Surfaces

Just today 4/7/24 I noticed that my track pad no longer works at all.  I had just used the track pad on 4/5/24 with no issues whatsoever.  I am able to hear the click the track pad makes, but it does not do anything.  I can also not move the cursor unless I use a wireless mouse.

I am trying to download the v1.07.00_r1 firmware update. I was able to do the first stage which was updating through the wireless dongle but when trying to “Connect the mouse you your PC with the supplied USB cable”, the “UPDATE” button will not light green. I am using the supplied USB cable and I have tried every iteration I could, from restarting the updater to using different USB ports for both the dongle and the wire. How do I resolve this issue?My RVU has been having battery issues. This isn’t the first time either. It’s not charging above 3% and dies near instantly after being off charge. Hoping this firmware update fixes it.

My Viper v2 pro suddenly stop working and it wont be detected by any Laptop/PC , It wont detect clicking and Mouse movements even when it’s been plugged in by wired the only thing it can do it charging. Please help me find the solution

Hey, so I just recently purchased the Viper V2 pro wireless gaming mouse, and I have a question about the battery protection. As most moderen technological devices, battery protections are seen everywhere. I am curious of if the the Viper V2 pro wireless has such a thing or if the Razer SYNAPSE has one. 

Is this mouse still available anywhere? I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the store. There are only a couple out there on Ebay with ridiculous prices. I NEED a good left-handed gaming mouse!!

Hi everyone, i am sure i am not the only one left handed in this community 😄 i was thinking about what if there was a left handed version of Basilik V3 Pro? It is playable when i use the original one however when i switch it to my right hand it feels amazing like i wish i was right handed so i could experience that mouse how it has to be. Gladly would love to hear any thoughts on this topic ❤️

Hi all,  I just purchased a white atlas mouse pad (glass).   I have a mamba wireless mouse but it doesn't  work on the new mouse pad.  I mean the cursor doesn't budge.  I tried it at my son's desk on his naga wireless mouse and it too doesn't work.  I have tried surface calibration but it didn't help.  Maybe synapse 2 calibration is broken or maybe the cursor needs to move more to make this work? Anything else I should try?

My mouse was working fine until today. I started my laptop with the mouse plugged in and suddenly the cursor goes straight to the top left and I can´t move it anywhere. The buttons are working, but I can´t move it.Also, the trackpad is working and I also tried to plug the mouse to all my laptop USB doors. Already did what is in here, but nothing seems to work. The only thing that I wasn’t able to do was the calibration through Razer Synpase 2.0.Did somebody had the same problem and found another solution? Or is it any technitian who can help me? Thank you!

it’s STUCK ON FREE SPIN CAN’T SWITCH TO TACTICAL EVEN USING RAZER SOFTWARE

The dongle on my Viper v2 pro stopped working and I tried several solutions such as updating the computer and updating the Viper drivers and I tried to pair them and use another laptop and it does not detect the dongle either.

i lost my mouse receiver. i am going to buy this dongle: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1. I wonder that my mouse just have 2 types of conection: bluetooth and hyperseed. But in direction video this dongle product, they connect mouse by wire. How can i connect my mouse with my dongle.

Razer Deathadder v2 proMouse buttons 3 and 4 and sensitivity up and down stopped working from one day to the next without any clear reason. Don't know how to fix it. Can still edit their function and everything in synapse but they don't do anything.

Hi! I'm not sure if this is a problem in the classical sense (i.e. a bug), but for me it is in some ways.I don't understand what is the function of the middle (off) position of the mode switch on the bottom of the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro is, but maybe that's just because it doesn't work well for me. In this position, the wireless mode is supposed to be turned off, so it only works with a cable. This would make sense if it doesn't work in the other two positions, but it also works when the cable is connected. The reason I'm sure it's wired in this case is because I use the receiver with the additional dock, plug the cable into that (and the other end into the computer), and then transfer the cable from the dock to the mouse, so the receiver is not available in this case.It could be that it is not charging in this [off] position, so I can use it with the cable without charging it unnecessarily. But not so, if the cable is in, the mouse is charging in all three positions of the switch.Thi

Hello,So, I have a Razer Basilisk V3. I love the shape and most of the buttons for the mouse; I wish there was more of a visual display color on the top of the mouse when I switched DPI on the fly. Can I set up my colors so that it does that on top? But I digress there.I have several questions all revolving around mice and polling rates. I am including numbers for my questions below to make it easier for you to help me.I prefer wired mice, but I have not been able to find a mouse (of any brand) that I like which has 8000hz polling rate. I know Razer makes the Viper, but the mouse is not right-handed, it is ambidextrous and I found that troublesome when trying to use it. Perhaps I would need to give it time to adjust?1). I disabled the buttons on the right handed side of the mouse, but I still couldn’t get used to it. Should I give it more of a chance? 2). I got deathadder v3 pro I put some superglides 2 skates and I'm asking which mousepad it's best for the mouse I bought 

Bought this mouse about 2 weeks ago.  I have used it maybe 5 or 6 times intermittently as I only use it when I don't have access to desktop.  Worked perfectly fine for a few hours today then just stopped.  No indication of low battery, wont work wirelessly or plugged in.  Purchased march 15, 2024.

I have recently acquired a Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it will not charge. It says that it is charging but will stay at 4% and breathing red no matter how long or what way I try to charge it. I have tried every fix to this problem I have read online.Cleaning the pins/port Firmware update Plugging directly into the computer Plugging directly into the wall Plugging the dock into the computer Plugging the dock directly into the wallNothing is working and I am getting very frustrated. The worst part about this is that I got the mouse from someone on Facebook Marketplace as apart of a peripherals set, so I don’t believe I won’t have the necessary information to contact Razer Support. Was hoping that someone with a similar issue would be able to give me a couple other options to try because I really do not want to have to buy a new mouse ore use this one wired in if I don’t have to.

I have a Ornata keyboard, and a death Addre Essential mouse, I purchased the keyboard on Mar,8 2024, and ordered the mouse that came yesterdy, I plugged the mouse in and Synaps doesnt detect it, so I uninstalled ALL razer apps, ran the cleanup tool reinstalled just Synaps v3 and it STILL doesnt detect the mouse, I know I cant change teh cloor, Im ok with Green, but itd be real nice if teh razer mouse was controled by teh razer product

Hi! I’m new to the forums, and I registered just to gather some information. I have a regular Razer Viper that I own for over years now, and it has these sudden disconnect/reconnects. I love playing FPS - and the Viper’s venom has costed me several crucial rounds that result to a loss. Right now, I’m using a different mouse, though I really love the Viper’s profile and would prefer to use it. The Mini is too small for my fairly long fingers.Since RMA and service warranty is out of the room, I’ll just do things myself. So, I’m just asking if any of you guys know the specific JST connector size of the Viper? I tried to look in Google. While I did see Viper MINI and a Viper 8k being mentioned, there was no mention of a regular viper in terms of their JS connectors. Physically, I have opened it, and upon inspection, I really don’t know what I’m looking at specifically. Ive tried multiple times to register my razer deathadder chroma but it doesnt recognise the serial number. When i registered it on the razer synapse 2 it was detected but said that i cant register it there and i need to register on the razer website. Whenever i do try to register it on the razer website it doesnt regonise the serial number.

On the Deathadder V3 Wired model, every time I turn the computer on and off, the hz drops as if the 1000hz mouse has switched to 125hz mode and I have to plug and unplug the cable every time to fix it. Not only that, I cannot use the mouse on the usb 3.0 port, it does not work directly. I have to use it on the usb 2.0 port. Razer needs to release a firmware update etc. whatever solution they can find (my motherboard ports work fine, I don't have any problems with my other mice)

Hi,Please help. My Razer basilisk Ultimate stop working wirelessly. I tried reinstalling Synapse but no changes. I also tried Updating the dongle firmware but stuck to 40 percent only.  I tried pairing the dongle and mouse, both are detected but PAIRING FAILED. How to fix this please.

Scroll and right mouse work fine can click desktop or else but my left mouse not working when i click on it no sound and not working 

Anybody have directions for disassembly of Razer Atheris? My MMB click is resistant and I think it needs to be removed and given a clean.
