Hi Razer team, How are you doing?I’m having a very noticeable issue with the difference between using THX inside Razer Synapse 4 and using the THX Spatial Audio app as the primary audio device in Windows.When I use the Kraken V4 Pro with THX through Synapse 4, the sound quality is amazing. It’s clean, full, and very pleasant to listen to. My EQ settings work exactly as expected, and everything sounds balanced.But when I set THX Spatial Audio as the primary device in Windows, even if I copy the exact same EQ values, the audio becomes strange. It sounds thinner, less natural, and simply not enjoyable. The THX app does give a stronger sense of immersion, but the overall tone feels wrong, almost as if I’m using a completely different headset.The difference gets even worse when haptics are enabled. With haptics on, it becomes extremely difficult to get anything close to the sound I get from THX inside Synapse. The balance between bass, vibration, and clarity changes a lot, and I can’t recre

Ive been encountering scroll wheel issues where the wheel jumps, goes in reverse, or doesn't scroll at all. the wheel is barely usable at this point. I reinstalled synapse and reset the mouse and still nothing works.

I’ve been using this mouse for close to 2 years now, and a few months ago I have been having some issuesI have an issue with the middle mouse button, it scrolls fine however when wireless, the middle mouse button isn’t recognised, although when wired the middle mouse button works fine again.Another issue I have, is that half the time the mouse’s inputs aren’t detected, I can scroll on a website but to click on a tab or to click on anything like the taskbar, nothing happens, I believe this happens after some inactivity but has also happened when a game I have played crashes or has an issue and can make the mouse unresponsive (has happened with maybe 2 games I've played)I have tried resetting the mouse, updating drivers/reinstalling them, deleting and reinstalling synapse (although it still has these issues when synapse isn’t even installed) and I have reset my profile on synapse a few times, however the issues still occur. I have this keyboard for almost 2 weeks, but I’ve starting to notice an issue… It can sometimes suddenly stop responding for 1-2 secs and come back to life 🤔It seems to only happen when in 2.4 mode, haven’t been able to reproduce this in plugged/bluetooth modeThe 2.4 dongle is also paired to my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and plugged in the USB port of the Razer Base Station V2. I bought my Kraken X lite online then I followed the QR Code steps to activate Surround licensing. My Razer Surround 7.1 was working fine only to find out after turning off my PC and it happened to logged me out of my Razer Surround 7.1 software. Logged in and it shows the Activation Code page. Copy and Paste the exact same Activation code and was prompt (License code has already been used)

Want to use sidetone without mixer or any processing from PC or APP. is it possible? synapses doesn’t even have sidetone options. forces to use mixer.I want pure original mic captured signal to be played back into my ears. anyone have real experience of doing this? it’s not that i can’t get a playback but i can’t get a pure signal playback. 

Hi, Ive had razer synapse 4 for a while, and recently I realized it wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, I was met with absolutely nothing. I run the exe, (as normal and as admin) and nothing happens, I get a text document stating "Failed to write installed file (no such file or directory)"I have tried a lot of different methods to get around this, I have cleared every scrap of old razers file off my device including registry data. I have reinstalled windows. Ive done it all, and I get the exact same error message every time. I was so desperate that even chat gpt couldn't help me. I'm using windows 11, and there is not a single article/forum I've seen that has this exact error message, it's always "(permission denied)" as the specification. I don't know what Im doing and I'm getting frustrated because I've spent two days trying to fix this, I really need someone who's smart to help me.

My orochi v2 mouse is not working. i got this mouse a couple off months ago and it was working perfectly, in december the dongle broke so the only way i could use this mouse was with bluetooth and the first time i wanted to use it with bluetooth it connected and worked fine since  then. But for some reason today it does not want to connect to bluetooth, i thought it was just the battery so i switched it out but then i remembered i was using the same battery yesterday and it was at 80 or 90 percentage but i still switched it out for a new one. it still did not want to connect the light was not even lighting up or anything every time i switched the battery so i deleted it from bluetooth and then it came back for a couple of seconds working but then it stopped so i did the reset method and it started blinking but then after trying to pair it still did not work. i dont know if i just have to get a new mouse or something cuz the batteries work fine so if anyone could help me let me know sor

Me compre un mouse Razer VIper V3 Pro hace unos 8 meses aproximadamente, ayer cuando prendí mi PC note que el mouse que había dejado cargando mientras no estuve usando la PC seguía titilando en rojo indicando que no había cargado, acto siguiente procedo a ingresar al Synapse y me dice que efectivamente mi carga estaba en 0% y se encontraba cargando, lo deje por un tiempo más y siguió en 0%, ya probé descargando el Synapse de nuevo, probé enchufándolo en otro puerto USB, probé con otro cable USB (Ya que el cable original no funciona), probé conectándolo a otra PC, nada funciono, y necesito solucionarlo. Espero que alguien me conteste y pueda solucionar este problema.
