today i was using my Razer blackshark V2 hyperspeed wireless headset like normal and then the dongle has stopped working it keeps giving the error code 43 Unknown Device (Device Descriptor Request failed) ive tried plugging the usb dongle into another cord and nothing ive tried using other USB ports and same issue occurs ive tried uninstalling the device via Device manager and letting it reinstall via restarts ive gone to reddit and attempted all of their fixes and nothing has worked ive even gone so far as to now come to you as i have worked out this is a Hardwar dongle issue that has started and the headset/dongle are still under warranty 

I HAVE registered my newly bought kraken v3 x.I HAVE checked every inbox, including junk.I HAVE tried using the link to request a new activation code.I HAVE received other unrelated emails from razer.I HAVE restarted my PC.I cannot find anywhere that is helping. The headphones work great already but i kinda want them to be the best i can get them.

i have the converter from uxb c to usb a but not the dongle itself my headset is barracuda x chroma

My Razer Core X Chroma has been working great every since I got it to team up with my RazerBlade 13” Stealth 2017 laptop.  It was working til’ it just stopped, turned off and never turned back on.  I can get the PSU fan to start when I power up/connect the lightning cable and hear the pc beep to add the device but 20 seconds or so later it beeps and disconnects.  I can see in the Thunderbolt setup it just shows “port 1” connect.. then disappear.  The laptop no longer charges when connected so at first I thought this to be a bad PSU problem.  I luckily have another psu from my tower pc to test with and I get the same results… Just a quick connect/beep then disconnect and no charging.  This leads me to believe the mainboard is the issue.  I can hear a clicking sound come from the board itself when turned on.Will Razer RMA the part?  I don’t think warranty’s are valid given this is a legacy product, but is there somewhere to get a new motherboard or repair?  Otherwise this thing just beco

Sadly the audio to haptics won’t work if you enable any kind of spatial audio (Dolby Atmos for Headphones, DTS:X etc.). I am not going to give up virtual surround for chair haptics.I know for a fact that bypassing spatial audio is doable, because DSX audio to haptics already does this with the dualsense (I can have audio to haptics on the dualsense while still having dolby atmos for headphones enabled).I am going to try a route to bypass this restriction with SimHub, but it would be nice if Razer somehow implemented a way to bypass this restriction as well.Before you tell me that dolby atmos for headphones is not needed: this is a personal preference. I do not like pure stereo in headphones. I know some games have integrated spatial audio (ARC Raiders works pretty well) but the integrated spatial audio many many times has no comparison to true surround virtualized in stereo by dolby atmos for headphones (a very simple example: Horizon Forbidden West spatial audio vs true dolby atmos fo

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 since 2018, it worked great in the past years but yesterday after i unpacked it from my backpack and let it charge for a bit it was stuck at 1% battery, it says charging, but when unplugged it instantly dies. I tried restarting, letting it rest for a bit, holding the power button for a long time, and as i saw from some posts, uninstalled and reinstalled the battery drivers from device manager. No windows update needed, and the battery is still at 46,416 mWh capacity out of 65,003 mWh. I don t know what else to do. Thank you!

Hey all, I am just after opening a blackshark v2 x as it was on sale and needed a new headset. But anyways, I tried to install the 7.1 Surround Sound app from the installer and it has installed but there is no shortcut anywhere for it and will not open from the installer app same with synapse. When i try open it, a message pops up sying missing shortcut browsing files and then comes up with a microsoft office program file. I have tried the driver cleanup tool which has not worked and i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail. Is there anyone who can help me?

Hello, I have had this chair for years & it is out of warranty but I love it so much & would like to keep it.The seat cushion leather is creasing and splitting (images attached)So I just wondered if there was any way to get a replacement cushion anywhere?   

Hello Team, This is a well known issue here. After a windows update (February 2026) BIOS not able to move forward when the Secure Boot are enabled. No option is bios to reset the security keys or revalidate.I was searching here between the topics, found no solution. Kindly asking you to help since I don’t want to use my machine in insecure status also, can’t play with Battlefield 6. Please help.Thank you and take care! 

Hi everyone, I recently reset my blade 17 (2022) windows back to get a clean new install. after that i wanted to get back to gaming and downloaded a bunch of games and wanted to play. now every game i play stutters and the screen lags. I already tried reinstalling everything again, made a clean graphics driver install and for every other drivers i could find for my device i did the same. but the stuttering and lagging still prevails . please help me.

I just received my polling rate meter and it seems to be fried; when I try to plug it in, it doesn't work.

The headset keeps turning off while charging.I've been using it for about two years, and it's never happened before.However, for the past week, when I turn on the power while charging, the power turns off again within a minute.If you use it with the charging cable removed after charging it, it will operate normally again.I was able to confirm that the power was turned off only if I used it during charging.Is it just me?

I own a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (model RZ06‑0520). The controller works correctly via USB and its firmware is updated (version 2.3.0.0 according to the Razer for Xbox app). However, the wireless dongle is not recognized by Windows on any USB port and does not appear in Device Manager.I have tried the following without success: Testing different USB ports (front and rear). Using another PC to rule out driver issues. Running the firmware updater, but the dongle does not appear. Scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager. Since the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot verify or update its firmware. I suspect the dongle is defective and need assistance with a replacement.Additionally, I already requested a refund through Amazon thinking the product was defective, and purchased another controller to test if the dongle could connect, but the problem persists.

After the last update chroma connect devices do not show in chroma studio, thus no longer get signals or can be controlled? is this a bug, and is it to be fixed? 

I was using the headphones normally, but suddenly they stopped working. When I tried to use them without connecting them to my PC, nothing happened. When I connected them to my PC, Synapse said that the headphones were turned off, even though they were playing sound.

I bought a viper v3 pro, without a dongle, using for like 6 months WITH A CABLE!. just bought the dongle and now i cant use it because of that screen, i tried SO MANY THINGS… Anyone knows how to solve it?
