My Ornata Chroma v2 was starting to act up so i decided to clean it since it was getting pretty dirty. So i took off all the keys, cleaned under them and the keys itself. After i stuck the keys and plugged the keyboard back in, it started going nuts. Every button was either being registered infinitely or multiple keys at a time where being registered that weren't even near each other. So i thought maybe i need to reinstall Synapse, so i did. Since that i cant even plug in the keyboard without it opening so many windows on it's own that it crashes my pc.  Is there a fix to this or is the keyboard doomed?

Hey everyone, ever since april, i’ve noticed that when i’m playing a game, after about 10-20 minutes the graphic quality goes down significantly and the FPS drops to about 5-10. The game’s barely playable and my laptop slows down too. I’m using a razer blade 15 base model from late 2020. When the issue first started, it was due to razer cortex. I got rid of it and then everything was fine for a while. Then i noticed that it also happened whenever i had my controller plugged in for too long so i upgraded to windows 11 and for a while everything seemed to be fine. But as of recent, it started happening again where my games just start lagging like crazy all of a sudden and i can’t figure out how to get rid of this. I play AAA games like rdr2, fallout 4 etc and it’s impossible to run the game for even half an hour before they start stuttering. I’ve read other user’s posting about the same issue and even re-applying thermal paste doesn’t work. Is there something in my PC that causes the gam

i’m posting here hoping for some guidance.the bonded faux leather material on the wrist pad is separating and is beginning to peel. the purchase was 2/23. initially customer service agreed to replace the wrist pad and all good, case closed.later i received an email stating the replacement was declined because i purchased from an unauthorized seller. i had already provided a receipt from amazon. i requested my case be escalated to a manager for review, surely this was a mistake...but the next response was the same form letter except mentioning the seller is woot.com.again, must be a mistake, woot.com is an amazon company. i sent them the woot wiki page that clearly show that amazon owns woot. furthermore,  none of this has any Bering on the fact the wrist pad is defective.i’m now on the third request for a manager and have little hope they will take a moment to actually review the situation.what should i do? this was an expensive keyboard and presumably make from premium materials, whic

my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse suddenly started moving slowly down on it's own on my screen, I'm unable to move it anymore myself. The button for changing DPI doesn’t do so, but only keeps changing the scollwheel color. Troubleshooting done on PC where i have used this same mouse for over a year:Reset by pressing left+right button and scroll wheel.  Reinstall all razer software to the latest version Clean all mouse surface and sensor tried putting the USB receiver in different USB ports.  Changed mouse battery to new one tried using the mouse on a different system (laptop) without razer software installedAll of the above were done and the problem is exactly the same. I connected another razer mouse (basilisk x hyperspeed v1, no color wheel, functioning correctly on the laptop for maybe 2 years) into my PC and there’s no such issue at all. So we can eliminate the PC or laptop being the problem. i do not what else i can do. Please assist.

Dear Razer Insiders,My Razer Nari Ultimate headset has the following issue: the left side of the headset often produces no sound. If I carefully adjust the volume knob up and down, the sound eventually comes back on the left side, but only after a lot of crackling. I have to move the knob very gently back and forth (increasing and decreasing the volume) to restore sound on the left side when it drops out.What’s the best way to fix this?

I have bought today Blackshark v2 x. When i am plugging headset in, one side doesn’t work, while the other side and micro are working. This headphones has 3.5 mm analog connections. Have u guys andy ideas what can i do?

I tryed synapse 3 and 4. Restarting my pc. Check device manager (human interface, Mice and other devices.It does not show any razer mouses. I tryed to give my S/N code but it only shows for me its out of warranty. its not finding the razer mouse. i have 2 codes on the box. S/N  (removed for security purposes)EAN: (removed for security purposes) 1 codes on the mouse.S/N (removed for security purposes)I have black glides too. instead of white. Can anyone help me to tell me i have a real razer? when its not showing up.  

This seems to be an issue that has gone on for many years for many people. Why has this issue not been resolved? I just purchased a brand new Tartarus V2 thinking my previous one was dying from constant use but the issue persists. I have tried many of the suggestions from previous threads to fix this issue and none of them have fixed it. What can be done to fix this issue? I am tired of all the issues it’s causing me for my online gaming and it’s making me wonder if I need to go with another brand product.

Last night I used my controller on my regular Xbox, but the next day when I plugged it in it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried it with another cable and it still wouldn't turn on. It hasn't been dropped from any height. It hasn't gotten wet enough to cause a short circuit, so what could I do to get it working? (I haven't had it for more than 6 months)

so it suddly just stopped working i reinstaled the driver but still doesnt work and tried diffrent usb ports that i know work. the weird thing is i tried it on other pc’s and than it does work normaly so i dont get how it just doesnt work on my pc. the other pc’s dont have the driver but just uninstaling it and trying it than on mine also did not work. is there anything else i can do? 

I bought Razer Hammerhead V3 use Dac type C connect on PC, when play games, steam group chat, discord etc. It cant over 44 volume level, if i set over 44/ go window sound test, everytine the device will disconnect/remove, and then reconnect again. May i know what the problem?? I had tried front casing type c slot and behind motherboard type c slot. Same issue. Cant found solution how to fix it.

My Razer Blade 14 is about two weeks old.I’ve had consistent issues now (once every few days) of my laptop screen saying ‘your laptop has encountered a problem and needs to restart’, before immediately restarting like nothing ever happened. I’ve no idea what’s causing it, I’ve barely used it, haven’t been on any dodgy websites or anything like that and can’t see anything on ‘event viewer’ in Task Manager. After forking out £1600, it’s pretty disappointing. I got a premium product because I thought it would be reliable, it’s been anything but lol… Never had any issues like this with my Mac and I had that for 11 years. Can I fix this myself? if so, how? Can Razer fix this for me? If not, do I just send it back and get another? Thanks,Rich

I’ve been trying to get support on getting a AM5 upgrade kit for my Hanbo AIO but the get support link is broken and when I try and use the chat function, the bot is zero help, is there anyway I can just email support directly or just get in contact with someone?

Since this happened I cannot hear 360 anymore, I just hear mono audio, and the quality its horrible, but I cannot change it because the headsets do not appear on the app for me to edit, it just says on my devices “NO DEVICE FOUND”. Also the press button on the headsets only changes the mode when Im listening to music on Spotify.

I have been playing with this headset for a few hours after abandoning it for years. After I stopped playing and went to charge it, I think it was red for 1 second and then just started blinking green. After that, I played more, and when I went to charge it, it was still blinking green. People said to put it into factory mode, and I tried, but no voice ever said anything, and I have no clue what to do.

Having rebuilt my PC with a New SSD Drive and reinstalled all software - on installing Synapse 4 my Razer Huntsman Left CTRL key acts as CTRL+ESC and opens the windows Menu or drops me out of games when in games.This does not occuir when Synapse is disabled or uninstalled. Reset keyboard - same issus. Clean installed of Synapse - same issue change of USB Ports - Same issueI am unable to install Synapse 3 as the software from the website wants only to install version 4

Hi there,The notifications from synapse have started to lack the name of the dial function when cycling through modes. The notification used to call out the name of the selected function when clicking the command dial.Now it just displaysCommand Dial.Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro I have tried re-installing synapse (v4.0.86.2506120909) and the problem still persists.  Is there a way to revert to the previous behaviour?

Hi my blackwidow V4 almost every single key is double typing lettersi bought this keyboard about a year ago and it performed me pretty well before this issue started happening.when I swapped out the keys with other keys the double typing issue fixed ! But I really like my old switches and I don’t know if there is a way to fix this issue with my old switches is there anyway I can fix this ?
