Razer has seriously gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer since 2011 and have had keyboards, mice, headsets, and capture cards since. In July, my old Razer Kraken V3 X cracked on the headband. It was just outside warranty, so I didn’t worry about it. In July, I purchased a new Razer Kraken V3 X, and in less than four months the headband cracked in the exact same location as my old one. I contacted support and was told I would have to send this one back and wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement. This is something I can’t do since I work from home and use this headset to take calls.They won’t offer any help in this department. I am so upset that this happened, and am disgusted as a result since this issue is all over the forum so it isn’t like I am the first person to have this issue. Due to this I will not be continuing to endorse or purchase razer products. This lack of care and lack of responsibility for a faulty product has caused me to completely lose faith in this company.

Just bought the Barricuda X from Walmart yesterday, it paired to the PC, received audio when the mic attachment is not on, but as soon as I attach the mic to it, it stopped receiving audio and the mic doesn’t even work. PC side says the audio is going through and the mic still says it it’s the default device but literally nothing can be heard, and it takes no input from the mic.

Hello, when registering headphones razer blackshark v2x It says that this device is already registered, although I just bought the headphones from the websites, downloaded everything, everything was fine, but at this stage this error appeared and I can’t get the 7.1 code.

My Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed isn't registering clicks after sleep mode, and it's affecting other perfectly working mice when they're plugged in. I have to unplug and replug my Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed dongle for it to work. The firmware is up to date, the battery is brand new, and I tried different USB ports.Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot connect my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset via Bluetooth or the usb c dongle to my ps5. Both worked perfectly fine on my computer, but my PlayStation 5 will not register them as an audio input. I've never had this issue before. i recently updated it, I believe yesterday, and this is when the problem began. I've had this headset and used it on my PS5 for a few months with no issues. Andy helped me last, but the chat ended before I could tell him that it didn’t fix it, as the rebuilt database took about an hour. I've gone into safe mode as directed by my previous support expert, Andy, and I did the whole Clear Cache and Rebuild Database as well as resetting my PS5 to factory default settings. I've restarted and shut down the system multiple times, and plugged and unplugged the dongle, and I know it is an issue with the system registering the dongle as an audio input/output, ut and it's not an issue with the dongle. i have windows 11 25h2 when i download rezerSurroundInstaller.exe and open it as administrator , its just stuck on getting things ready , i changed isp and changed ip with vpn and not working   how can i install it?!    

I have a Razer Blade 16 I got it back in late 2023, over the last 5-6 months I have noticed that some of the keys backlights were changing colour like they were displaying a different colour then they were supposed to do.Even though I have all the keys set to a Static Blue (0,65,255) or Wave (the standard one) some of the keys are changing to green.The keys are at different stages some have completely changed to Green and now the blue no longer works others have more of a greenish ting to the blue. And yes I have windows dynamic lighting off. I must also apologies for the poor quality of the photos but I think you can still see the different in the colours of the backlighting. I'm not really sure what I should do to fix this any help would be appreciated.   

Dear all, good day to you, i am very sad and unhappy to share a problem i have with new headphones which are Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 version. I tried everything, i tried to update all drivers, windows, volume is set to 100 in windows, in game but headphones are still too quite in game (valorant). Before i have steelseries artic nova 3 or something like that which costs 50 euros and now i bought ones which were 200 euros and can not solve the problem. I can not hear any step, reload, its nearly impossible, every sound is like i am “under water” or i am deaf. I changed back to them (steelseries) and when i plug in the hyperx cloud II external card which was to these headphones , everything is loud so i need to lower the volume but when i switch back to razer, i can listen all youtube music when volume is 100%. i have a pair of razer kraken kitty headphones, quartz. theyre not very new, im sure there are new versions of these headphones released by now, but i cant afford new ones, so i really hope the answer isnt “get a new pair”for over a year now, i have had the worst and honestly kind of painful audio bug. upon starting any app, if it makes sound, there will be at least 1-2 seconds of deafeningly loud audio, and then it returns to normal/to what i actually have my audio set to. this applies to literally any app that will make noise: games, windows alerts/sounds, browsers, media players/radio apps, etc.something of note: the audio bars in volume mixer do not move when this occurs. it is solely seemingly my headphones. my samsung soundbar does not exhibit this behavior at all - all audio functions as intended on my soundbar.additionally: if the the app is firefox (or any other browser), then every new tab that has audio within it will make the same issue occur. if the website open in the bro

I purchased a razer blackshark v3 x hyperspeed recently for my Xbox. In Xbox party chat it works fine. But tonight, when trying to play arc raiders with my homie, I found I could hear his voice but he could not hear mine. The in game microphone symbol popped up like it was seeing I was using my mic but people seemingly don’t also hear me in proximity chat. I was able to rule out any settings causing this because I used another headset that is wired and he was able to hear me and others can hear me in proximity chat. There is no firmware update that I can see for it. Has anybody else experienced this and maybe have a fix

HeyI bought a razer seiren mini v3 a while back, and have not used it much, but recently I have had a few friends that have wanted to game together. My friends have been complaining that they can barely hear me, and the only way I can get a consistent sound out of the mic is to practically be eating the thing and even then you would think that would lead to an awful noise, which it doesnt. This is not limited to just discord either, it happens in obs studio, sound recorder and some in game voice chats as well. Now, I havent come here without doing some research and trying out other solutions, so here is a list of things I have tried:Both windows and Razer synapse are set to maximum, and the windows sound test in settings shows as 3-7% volume at maximum.I have tried installing and reinstalling the razer synapse software.I have tried using different USB ports, both 2.0 and 3.0.This problem is not limited to my pc either, I have tested it on a couple other laptops as well and get the same

The problem started when I wiped the keyboard with a damp cloth. For a moment it was acting weird, but after waiting a bit, it worked fine. I went to the store, and when I came back, the keyboard stopped responding. The computer detects it when I plug it in, and Synapse does too. As you can see in the attached video, the keyboard reacts to pressing keys and so on. I’ve probably tried every possible solution, but nothing worked. I even cleaned it from the inside with isopropyl alcohol and did a full system reset. I have a iskur v1 xl chair that I bout in 2021 and the cylinder has started to not keep the hight and lowers slowly I want to replace the cylinder. It is not in warranty anymore but I have no problem purchasing a cylinder but I don’t know where to find one that works with this chair.

The right arm on my Razer Iskur Fabric XL has broken off. Both arm rests had cracked and been unstable almost since I got the chair but I just let it slide, but now the right arm has broken off and I can’t seem to reattach it at all properly, is there any way to get arm replacements? I won the chair from a Razer giveaway itself so this is quite heartbreaking that the arm has broken off entirelyThanks

Opening a new topic on this since the original one (https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=180&fid=10) is closed and has invalid information on top of it.For starters the “fix” from the Master Guide that was posted by csuntico is not a fix. It’s the instructions on how to turn the unit on. They state “disable standby mode” in the manual but that’s because what the unit does is power on into standby mode and then you push power on the control pad to turn it on, this is not what I am looking for.I want to permanently disable auto standby as it is stupid, disruptive, and breaks a lot of audio recording software and DAWs that are not expecting speaker devices to just disappear from the system.The comments about “it’s in the SETTINGs tab” are also not relevant to the V1 Nommo Pro, only the V2 has that tab. V1 only has SOUND and LIGHTING tabs. I’m not going to buy a Nommo Pro V2 because they are clearly an inferior set, and I’m not sure why they are called V2 of the Nommo Pro - they do

I have this mouse for some time now, and it is disconnecting and connetcing randomly.I already tried to change the computer power output settings (so its USB output doesnt turn off), tried on other computers, and allways directly on the native USB port of the PC.

when i power on the leviathon v2 the source light stays green there is no choice in the sound source to switch to so i tried bluetooth and it will not show up in settings to pair this is a lot of money to pay to have theese sort of problems.also i notice on ytube videos it makes a noise when turning on mine is silent any help please
