so my dongle got damaged and no longer works.not sure where to get a replacement 

I’ve had the Deathadder V3 for 8 months now and its the best mouse I’ve ever had. Today the middle mouse button stopped working in the middle of a 2 hour session. I use it quite a lot so the change was sudden and very noticable. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods online, reinstalling drivers, compressed air etc. but it still won’t work. 

I tried to verify as human following the instructions provided. Turns out World is a terrible platform to verify with. You need to visit a specified physical location in the world to verify and the number of available locations is very limited. IE, I live in Washington State and apparently the nearest Orb available to verify with is in San Francisco California, 643.5 miles from me. I am not made of money and can not afford to just make a multi-day trip south by several states for this. I will have to remain unverified until such time as World establishes Orb location in my area, or there is another option added for verification.

there just nothing to do and I can't find any info about it online :(

I have been using my Razer Basilisk Ultimate for about 2 years now and have loved this mouse. However, about 2 weeks ago my mouse had stopped charging on the dock which has never happened before. I have been plugging it in to use it, but the cord does not charge the mouse either. I did some research and cleaned all of the ports and connections with rubbing alcohol and used an air gun to remove any dust. This unfortunately did not help, as the mouse will stay at about 2% charge while plugged in with only the mouse wheel blinking red. Has anyone else had this problem or does this mean that the mouse battery is cooked and the mouse cannot be used wireless anymore. If this is the case, is there anything I can do about this?

As stupid as this sounds, I have found ever since Canada has been under scrutiny from Tariffs, most companies are no longer shipping to Canada. I say this because in the last 4 months I have tried to buy cool collaboration items from many different companies from Casio now to Razer. All of which have their “US” site available for purchase, but the Canadian website has no information on it. I’ve been forced to buy through resellers which has costed me (the buyer/customer) more than if they just made the customer eat the shipping bill. I’ll gladly pay the price to get one of these collaboration items especially the chair. If this is another one of those cases, Razer will lose a customer for life. This is because I have had too many problems with Razer products already, and the only reason I am willing to buy these products is because of the value that Counter Strike has too me. My question in short, “Will Canadians be able to buy this product or will we be discriminated against?”

The razor software has started randomly crashing. The most annoying part of it doing so is the random beep that it creates. It took me a while to determine what the heck was making my speakers blast random sounds. Based on another thread (which indicates this has been going on for at least three years) I updated the C++ redistributables and the razer app, which i will now uninstall. I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the charging dock, and I have set the lighting profile to be static purple, saved and updated the profile. Everytime I shut down my PC and boot back up, the mouse and dock are both cycling colours like it did when i first bought it. Every time I have to go into lighting profile, change it from static to something else, then back to static for it to stick…. Any ideas? Thank you

I have a 2021 Blade 15 that is in need of a Windows reinstall (login succeeds but desktop locks up and goes black shortly after login completes).  How can I find the Windows install key for my laptop when Windows won’t boot?  I no longer have the original packaging or materials that came with the laptop.   Thanks in advance for any help.

I’ve had my Razer Kiyo for about 2 years and not it doesn’t get recognized on my computer. How can I fix this? It doesn’t show up as a camera.

I won the recent giveaway of the microphone razer seiren v3 chroma quartz, I gave them my info as requested but they haven't emailed me back and it's been a week, so idk if I'll get the reward or not. 

So I just bought a new PC and now I tried to setup my Tiamat 7.1 v2 again. I know that it worked on my old PC after some tweaks but I don't recall them exactly. My Problem: When I play the test sounds from Realtek Audio Console I can hear them nice and clear coming from the different channels. But when I actually play some music I only get sound from the front speakers. I tried that by playing with the volume of the different channels on the control unit. This is kind of my last hope. I hope someone can help me with this. Ps: I use the onboard sound card and not a dedicated one. But I read the manual of mine and it clearly says it supports 7.1

So randomly, my kraken v4, not the pro version, just lost the left side. In Windows there is no balance button as seen in the picture. How can I fix this issue? I already updated the Firmware, restarted my pc 5 times, and tried to pair the bluetooth.  The last time this happened it sort of fixed itself after a month of not having my left side. I really do not want to do that again. 

Hey everyone,I just got a Viper V3 Pro Gengar Edition and wanted to do a quick legit check. The mouse connects to Razer Synapse with no issues, and the serial number seems valid, it links correctly to my Razer ID.However, I noticed something odd: the dongle doesn’t have the “Viper V3 Pro” text printed on it like my other two Viper V3 Pros (both bought directly from Razer). Everything else seems fine, but I wanted to see if anyone else’s can confirm if it’s legit.  Thanks in advance.

Hello all I’ve recently been having an issue with my Viper V3 Hyperspeed where every few minutes, it has this weird ~half second delay everytime I try to swipe across my mousepad. It happens frequently, and I mostly play FPS games so this can be frustrating when I’m in a fast paced environment and I have to wait for my mouse to register that it’s being moved before I can do anything. I’ve went online and tried all the basic fixes including cleaning the sensor, changing the usb port, resetting the drivers, updating the firmware, etc. I’ve only had this mouse since June, and I really enjoy using this mouse. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 cannot connect or recognizes by synapse 4 without usb dongle. If I connect via dongle it is seen by synapse but if I disconnect the dongle synapse does not recognize or see it. I supposed standard bluetooth connection would be sufficient to sycronize with synapse but it doesnt. Is there a solution for this. firmware updated, windows up to date, no conflicts on device manager.thanks for any response

This was an issue brought up by another user in a different post but The answer was resolved in private so I having the same issue am just going to reuse their wording as it was perfect to the issue.“My laptop only supports 144hz refresh rate and there is a LCD (BOE panel) firmware update that is supposed to add 60hz support. I have the RZ09-02386 model and it's applicable according to the support page (Answer ID 1668). When running the file (RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.0_C1-BOE144_add_60HZ-v2.exe) it says the following "BOE Panel Firmware current version 1.00 will update to 2.00". I press update, mouse and keyboard gets completely locked, it progresses until about 95% and then is stuck forever. Holding down power button 10 seconds gets me out of it. Iv'e tried it a couple of times with no luck, tried killing as many background apps as possible no luck. Once I let it wait about 4 hours and still stuck. Anyone with suggestions? A v2 updater file suggest a v1 file, is that available somewhere if

I bought blackshark v2 x from a seller.I tried to register the headset on Razer's website, because I did not receive the activation code card.When I write the serial number and submit it was shown registered, asked the seller they say they'll check with the warehouse but still no response…Can someone help haha

Hi everyone, I just want to see if someone can help me. Stabilizers on my spacebar are not going all the way into the keyboard. I can take them out, they are not damaged at. Spacebar works when i play the games but it’s not stable, it’s like wobbly idk how to properly describe. It just isn’t how it’s suppose to be. I took it out to clean the keyboard and now i have a problem. 

I have the razer enki x and my base at the welds snapped and I really would like to just replace the part and not get a new chair.
