Hello support team. My problem is that my authenticator app records have been deleted. Because of this, when I make purchases through Epic Games, it requires my phone number verification. It asks for the authenticator app during verification, but I can't access it because the app deleted its records. Because I can't access it, I can't make purchases through Epic Games. I'm in a very difficult situation. I'm happy to receive a code in my email, etc. All I want is to shop through Epic Games. Please help. Have a good day.     

My Email address that my Razer account is attached to is…(omissis).. I no longer have access to that Email address because the domain vodafone.it has been deactivated since June 1, 2023 and they froze my Email. My new Email address is…….(omissis). I need to be able to change my Email address in my Razer profile in order to manage my Razer information…………...Thanks for attention

Hi everyone, I’m hoping for some advice before I do something drastic with my new Razer Blade 16 (purchased 1 month ago) and screw something up irreparably.  A few days ago, my laptop’s battery started completely draining at night: primarily between ~1–5 AM, even when it’s asleep. I tried adjusting sleep/hibernate, disabling wake timers, disabling services, etc., but something is still waking it.  While trying to fix the battery drain issue, I ran into other problems like the command prompt window was flashing up and closing and not staying open. On the startup log there’s 4 missing registrys for startup links. I managed to fix some things and then ran  sfc /scannow in PowerShell. It found corrupted files and said it repaired them. But when I try DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, it always freezes at 62.3% and won’t finish. Now the laptop freezes for a bit at startup and feels extremely sluggish, which is weird for such a new machine with so little on it.  The more I’ve tinke

I bought my razer viper v3 about last year, it randomly stopped working a few days ago. I tried making it work again for like one day and it stopped working ever since. When I connected the mouse to the dongle, it showed up on the Razer Synapse app, but it said, “Device is switched off.” I tried holding the power button for like 10 seconds, but it still wouldn’t turn on. I tried connecting the mouse through the USB-C cable; it does not show up on Razer Synapse at all. Do I have to buy a new mouse or is there any solutions to this problem? I would appreciate any help, thank you!

hello, my blade 14 keeps on freezing while on light load ( using edge, firefox,,, browsing video, opening pdf files,,,) no Gaming at all, and i kind of believe it’s an issue related to AMD GPU driver, now i’m windows basic monitor, the browsing and page laoding is slow but not freezing no lag anyone body faced this issue before and how did you fix it. i tried using WHQ driver old driver but didn’t fix the issue,  

my mouse only turns on the static light effect of the mouse after turning on Razer Synapse, and it turns into breathing light effect after turning off, but this mouse is static at first, so I don't know if it could be fix.

Hi Razer Team, I recently reinstalled my whole system and found out that after login in on Surround app that my active code was not anymore working.Is the code linked to an only current system install?Can Razer team do something about it please? I really wish the good sound experience to be back at home :)I can bring proofs of codes as I got at least 3 codes at home with Leviathan V2, Tiamat 7.1 and Barracuda XBape devices.Thanks a lot for your help. Best regards

Hello, I bought DA V4 2 months ago and since the beginning whenever I scroll the mousewheel it makes a squeeky noise. I thought it would be gone with some use but it has persistent till now.Any solutions and/or possible replacement through Razer as it obviously still falls under warranty. Thanks in advance!

I have the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for a few months. However, today it stopped connecting to my Xbox Series X via the wireless dongle and when I plug cable in the controller appears to turn off.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, but Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize the device, so I’m unable to update the firmware. The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up red, which matches the profile I set in the Razer Xbox app.At this point, I’m reaching out for assistance.Thanks in advance!

i have a 2021 razer blade 14 and ive already configured the keyboard lighting in the past but today when i opened chroma, the laptop shows in the “razer chroma devices”, but when i go to the studio tab, it doesnt show the keyboard. i also have a razer mouse and it shows that one just fine, i can configure it and it works as normal. also, chroma apps still affect the keyboard. how do i fix this?

Hi so I just bought the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 from Amazon and well just out of the box they have a constant static sound and I see I am not the only one with this problem but I can’t seem to find any solutionHope you guys can help me because it is kind of annoying

Batteries drain within 5 minutes.  App reports headphones start at 100%.  Please assist.  Just purchased.  Also latest firmware has been installed.

Hey everyone, I have a Razer Blade 16. and I’ve noticed the colors visually look off. and it seems to be that they’re overly saturated and the contrast maybe cranked all the way too.I know windows has the color management tool. but when I click to calibrate I get a warning about the tool only supporting a smaller color gamut than the display. I don’t want to limit what the monitor can do, I Just want to make things look less flat and overblown. Games overall don’t look terrible, but browsing the web, icons on my desktop, and window frames just look flat and strange.I’ve searched/googled around, the only thing I’ve found was just using that calibration wizard. I don’t know anything about color profiles but see there are other options available.Anyone got tips or know how to adjust saturation/contrast without using the calibration wizard, which sounds like could limit this display?

So I just bought a Razor Wolverine V3 tournament controller and I can’t seem to connect it wirelessly to my Xbox 1, It works with the cable so the USB port can’t be messed up, and I’m pushing it all the way through to so i’m not sure what it can be. I’ve turned off the controller and reconnected it but nothing. Any suggestions?

 Context Razer Blade 14 (2021, RZ09-0370; / RTX 3070). Full teardown to repaste / clean. Re-assembled without visible damage, but now: Windows still shows the battery (percentage looks correct). AC LED is on, percentage never increases. Laptop shuts off instantly when the AC adapter is pulled. Swapped in a brand-new battery → identical behaviour.   It was working well before the unmount. I did it very carefully, I don’t understand what is going on. MeasurementsTest point Voltage (battery connected, AC unplugged) Down-stream pad of Fuse “X” (after battery connector) ≈ 15 V Every pin on the two “30030L” 8-pin devices (battery FET pair) 0 V R005 vertical shunt (battery current sense) 0 V R005 horizontal shunt (charger current sense) 0 V (expected with charger unplugged)  Ground probe is screwed to a chassis screw; readings repeated several times.What I’ve Tried Visual inspection: battery cable, Fuse X, traces all look fine. the other day I was normally using my mouse as usual, and then it just stop working, I thougth it was maybe a battery issue so I changed the batterie, and it didnt work and I tried using diferent batterires even new batteries that I’ve just bougth, but it didnt work, I tried everything I could from another forum of someones with a similiar or even the same problem, and nothing has worked, and in my last hopes Im publishing this for external help from someone that may now the solution, or if it dosent have any solution maybe how to claim my warranty living in Colombia.To be more specific the mouse seems to turn on because I can see the LED ligth of the at the bottom part of the mouse turn on but it seems like if it was like weak, and the normal green LED ligth at the top part dosent turn on.

I'm having the baggiest issue on the planet with this microphone I've tried everything like uninstall synapse 4 and updating drivers for the thing but nothing seems to work please i need someone to respond with a solution cause its driving me crazy how bad this is.
