Razer Support

I still have a Razer Tartarus V1 Chroma that I bought in 2016. Still in really great condition and I do not really want to replace it if I don’t have to, however, it looks like it is only supported with Synapse 2. This also has been sunset as of 10/28/2025 in terms of syncing with Razer ID. Does anyone know if you can still install Synapse 2 or if even though version 3 or 4 does not list the Tartarus V1 is it will work with those versions? Would like to keep what I have and not have to get a V2 variant. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I purchased a laptop in April 2024 which is now damaged, I am going through simplesurance and they have requested an invoice for the laptop but when I try to access it I cannot as the link has expired 

Just bought and installed this two days ago.  Was working fine.  While playing Skyrim, often when I went to one side or another, it switched me to third person view.  Very aggravating when entering a battle.  Tried using it wired vs USB hub, cleaned off mouse and even switched pads and surfaces.  Still doing it. New top of the line PC also.

I just bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones and I have a question. For the cables there was another cable connected to it that has to connects on a cable do I have to leave it like that or could I take it out? 

Dear Razer Support,Where can i buy a US keyboard replacement part for my rz09 042?  

I know I am not the knly one but my ‘d’ key is often unresponsive. It is not software related.  I’ve tried it on multiple computers in multiple ports and with multiple cable. the problem is hardware. The keys are free of dust or any  ofher studf.  Nothing has been spilled on it.  I’ve pulled rhe keycap and checked it and it is fine. can this be fixed with a new switch?  Ie a lot of people also have a faulty ‘d’ key so was there just a bunch of faulty switches and the problem can be solved with a new one? if so, will razer send me that switch?

My controller is having issues with the usb-c plugin and it’s covered for another month. But I no longer have the box it came in and the information on the back of the controller has been scratched off I presume from wear and tear. How do I go about contacting customer service without the serial number? I do have proof of purchase though.

it worked fine before opening a game, i have checked everything you cant think of but it wont work, when i put it in 1 port audio works but no mic, it was fine before this, and if i put it in a different one the mic works but is really bad and the audio stops working.

Hello!Just about a month ago I bought brand new Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Wireless headphones. First off I plugged them in via the cable that was in the box (because they needed firmware update) and did updates on the headset, wireless dongle, and downloaded synapse.After all the updates on the next day when I’d been sitting on the computer for 1-2 hours it started crackling with shortening intervals until they completely disconnected and the headset made a beeping noise (I’m guessing it’s the noise it makes when it’s trying to connect to a device). It connected back to the hyperspeed 2.4GHz dongle and continued crackling and disconnecting with ~30 seconds of time between each disconnect/reconnect. I checked in the Razer Synapse app and it showed that I need to restart my computer because the device needed an “update”, even though just on the previous day I literally updated EVERYTHING I could.Now when they start crackling and disconnect and I check into Razer Synapse they don’t even sa

After coming back from breakfast I found that my razer viper v3 pro mouse does not work anymore. Wireless or wired it does not register to my pc, I tried plugging it in to a different pc via wired connection and it did not work there either. cant even update it either bc my computer doesn’t detect it as on. 

Ok, my principal Issue is that i want to config mi headsets on the Synapse 4 to, well, configure it to my style, and the synapse dont recognize it, just after i conect it with the usb cable adaptor, so, my cuerstion isI cant config my device just with the bluetooth?, because i can swear i see people on video do it wihout the cable, here a picture with the cable  And without cable  And for the audio, i really want to experiment the max experience, so i decide to investigate the sorround sound 1.7, at first i looked thaty if i have the product i can get a 50% off, so great, but then this appears So i doubled check but in the description of the product and it says  In english is “it ioncluides automatically wit the razer Kraken V4 and is integrated on the Razer Synapse”So i go and discovered the previus prblem that it the Synapse don’t recognize my headsets without cable, but, i really dont bother to pay the 20 dollars for the sound, but after i put the 15 days free trial, it didin’t work
