I recently updated to Synapse 4, but it has had the adverse effect of disabling Hypershift’s effects on the escape key. I can no longer use the Tilde or the other characters.Oddly enough, Hypershift works just fine for the rest of the keyboard, so I’m very lost. Even Synapse still recognizes that Hypershift should be using the other keys when I look at the bindings in the software. The problem is isolated to the escape key

My Razer Cobra isn’t working properly. I switched from Viper Mini to Cobra a few weeks ago. And I had problems immediately. At first I thought it was my own PC’s issue, so I tried reinstalling the drivers, Synapse, etc., but it didn’t work. When i plug in the Cobra to my pc it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting until it stops functioning entirely. When it stops functioning, it doesn’t even show up in the device manager in Windows.This problem seemed to be fixed after I uninstalled Synapse 3, but it came up again out of nowhere.I checked other threads on support, and it seems like a few others have this exact same issue too. How can I get my mouse to work again, or is it my Cobra that is causing the problem?My Viper Mini is working perfectly in my PC as i am using it right now.

My Razer Wolverine V3 Pro dogle broke by accident while cleaning my apartment,  so currently I can only use the controller wired. Is there anyway i can have a replacement dongle or anywhere i could buy it?

My Razer Viper V2 Pro scroll wheel is not working half the time and scrolls in the opposite direction at times too. I was wonder how to create an RMA ticket or find any other possible fix.

Hi everyone, I just need the correct BIOS installer for the Razer Blade 15 (2018, RZ09-02386G92). The camera, microphone, and back LED are not working. Any help or guidance on safely downloading it would be greatly appreciated!

The Battery stuck at 100% level.what i Tried so far (Clean reinstall - Hardware reset - Profile reset)how can i solve that ?

After almost a year of purchase of this mouse,  its been giving me this really annoying issue, in which the mouse just suddenly disconnects or goes back into pairing mode (connected via dongle already) it just randomly decides to either disconnect or go into pairing mode ( at least i think it is, based on what the lights on the dpi button show) , its really disappointing because i really like this mouse, i have tried resetting the mouse, with the 3 button press and hold but it just doesn’t seem to work or do anything, nor does changing the battery… and for the Bluetooth mode as well, it seems to have the same issue.I’m really frustrated at this point after months of trying to find a solution online. hope i can get some help from here, thank you! p.s i haven’t dropped my mouse, this mouse doesn’t leave my table , i have a secondary mouse for when I’m traveling so , there shouldn’t be an issue with it being dropped or any such thing.

I have owned my Razer Kraken X USB headset for 5 years now and they still work great, but they have started to randomly beep. The beeping lasts a couple seconds at regular intervals and it's seemingly not prompted by anything, since it happened in various different conditions (once while gaming, and twice while watching a movie doing work in the background)It's not particularly disrupting but still weird and I can't find any answer or hints anywhere online as to why this is happening. I haven't updated any drivers, I haven't updated Windows, the USB port I plug it in has been the same since forever. The only thing changing is some deteriorating of the cable right up to the connection with the headset, but I try to keep it as still as possible and protect it with electrical tape, and the sound quality has not decreased whatsoever, so I find it hard to believe that the two things are connected.Any help is appreciated, thanks!

My Razer BlackShark V2 HA 2.4 headset doesn't work anymore. I've had it for about a year now. When I try to swap the audio to my headset it stops the video I am watching and will eventually cause crashes. I have uninstalled the headset and “fixed all the apps...Central, Cortex and Axon with same results. I would really like to use this more...it is a fantastic headset. 

Hi there, I recently bought a Kraken V3 Pro from a discount store due to the box being damaged. It has never been opened/used. I registered it but never got an email, so I went to the sound support page and got a code for the 7.1 Surround Sound. The application is fully updated, but whenever I enter in the code, the “Activate” button is still greyed out. I have tried to google this, but came up with nothing. Included is a photo showing the issue. Any help would be great! PS, yes I have Synapse 3, and as shown, I do not have THX Spatial Audio. 

The Flux V2 has only been in use for about two days, and the issue has been present since the beginning.The mouse is a NAGA V2 PRO. The firmware is updated, the connection is stable, and there are no recognition issues. The mouse lights up as if it's charging, but in reality, it's not—the battery slowly continues to drain.I’m not sure what the problem is. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

So i recently purchased a Razer Wolverine V2 PlayStation and after using it for a week or two the thumb stick won’t go back to the center. It’s like a lazy eye. Is there a way to fix it or replace it?? Without buying a new controller??

Whenever I lift my mouse if I am playing a game where scrolling swaps weapons or inventory slots, it does it automatically. So when I lift my mouse the game swaps to my next weapon or inventory slot. I do not see a setting in synapse to turn it off or any setting on the mouse to stop it. Any recommendations?Another example would be on a website, whenever I pick up my mouse it scrolls down a certain ways without me touching the scroll wheel button

Hello, I bought my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) bt and registered it but they never sent me the 7.1 Surround Sound Code to my email.
