The original Razer Synapse dashboard would show how much charge remained in my wireless mouse. How do I see this with the new web-based Synapse?

My Blackwidow V3 TKL is not being recognized by windows. Sometimes when plugged in, the lights turn on and it is seem for a second before being unrecognized. Synapse does not see it at all. 

So I've just seen that this product has become out of stock. Is this going to be continued to be restocked, or was this headset a limited edition item?

Hi, I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark. I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)).  I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now. Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?Is this something common with Blade orders ?many thanks for your advices and help ?

Hi, My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro does not turn on or respond to any connection when plugged in via USB dongle, with the original cable, or even in BT pairing mode. The only thing that turns on when plugged in is the white profile light below the mouse. It does not even get recognized for a firmware update. The model is RZ01-0462.

Updated to synapse 4 today and now cant connect chroma to my hue lights to control them with razer. Tried installing the hue sync app and making sure third party control was active. Tried restarting both chroma and hue sync.Any help is appreciated.

  After starting a macro (mapped mouse movements), there is no way to end the macro until it finishes by itself. I tried to end it by pressing the ESC key, even with the same key that starts the macro, in the settings I turned on/off by pressing the key that starts the macro, and it still doesn't respond. Once the mouse movement starts, I have no way to end it. This can cause unwanted clicks and movements in the system. Please advise how to reliably end a running macro, thank you.

 I have a Dethstalker V2 PRO keyboard and I'm having a problem with the backlight. When the keyboard is not in use and goes into sleep mode, the backlight turns off. However, when I start using the keyboard, the backlight doesn't come back on. I have to go into the Razer Chroma app to turn it back on, which is incredibly annoying. Is there a solution?

PLEASE FIX THIS RAZERSorry if my tone is not up to par cus im frustuated. I downloaded system rescovery image from razer's website PI480_WW_E22H2_T09 it comes in a zip file so i cant mount it in rufus or something similar as i will need an iso file for that purpose. So i also downloaded fresh copy of windows 11 ISO from the official site. After the initial OS mount on my rufus bootable installer i also extracted the recovery image i downloaded fro. RAZERS OFFICIAL WEBSITE and pasted it on the root folder of RUFUS. everything goes well the system reset starts up on boot. But now its been an hour and its STUCk in copying files process at 69%.Mind you i downloaded the official release that razer put up on their website and it doesnt work maybe corrupted even so i ask you this Razer. I paid $2500 + for this device and i get no help ? Where is your support ? Where to find the activation code in Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for 7.1 Surround Sound?

This is a pretty new problem that didn’t exist before but basically whenever my computer gets a screensaver or I turn computer off and on, my mouse doesn’t work. I’d even attempt to turn it off and on, but it still doesn’t work. The only thing that seems to work is if I open battery compartment and take the tip of the battery out and put it back in. This is a new battery too. What can I do to fix this issue?
