While i play game Sometimes the mouse flicks randomly and sometimes the crosshair gets stuck even if i move the mouse for around 1 second. I cleaned the sensor and the connector and tried again but the flicking etc. Is still happening while i play,.

I just purchased this headset 3 days ago and it is already causing me issues. I have tried every troubleshooting step in the “How to resolve a headset with no sound, poor or no audio, or uneven audio balance” article, as well as updating my drivers and firmware and there has been no difference. This is really disappointing considering so many others seem to have the same problem. I would greatly appreciate an actual fix for this. 

i have used my deathadder v3 pro for more than 2 years, and now it got scroll wheel issues is there anyway i can send this mouse to razer for services even though its not on warranty anymore ? i dont mind paying for service fee

I bought a Huntsman v3 Pro TKL 8KHz keyboard around a week ago, and already I am having a really annoying problem. I bound the right arrow key to space bar to use for Geometry Dash. Today when I tried playing, I noticed that when I released the key and immediately started holding down again, the input appears to have registered twice. That is to say, when i let go of the button and immediately started holding it, the keyboard registers a light tap followed by the input where I hold it down. From what I have tested, it seems to only happen with the right arrow (which probably has registered more inputs than every other key) and when rapid trigger is enabled on the right arrow. No other key has this problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

I tried updating from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 today. After the installation finished I tried to launch it but it never opened. Then I tried to run it as administrator and it still did not open. I thought using the repair tool might fix the issue, but it also did not. My next attempt was to reinstall it after using the Razer Driver Clean Up tool, but this also failed to open up the application after being done. The RazerAppEngine is not blocked by the firewall, and there is no RazerAppEngine in the task manager. Is there a solution?

So right after the update. Synapse 4 loads, but when I click on it, nothing happens for 30 seconds or so, then I get the pop up window to select, just navigating the screen is painfully slow.  My chroma effects all kick in and freeze.  Opening Chroma and selecting studio just a black box, and then it crash’s after about a minute.  Anyone else having this issue? Google says I should completely reload synapse 4 after every update, I do not accept this coarse of action.Thank you.

Hi Razer team, How are you doing?I’m having a very noticeable issue with the difference between using THX inside Razer Synapse 4 and using the THX Spatial Audio app as the primary audio device in Windows.When I use the Kraken V4 Pro with THX through Synapse 4, the sound quality is amazing. My EQ settings work exactly as expected, and everything sounds balanced.But when I set THX Spatial Audio as the primary device in Windows, even if I copy the exact same EQ values, the audio becomes strange. Ive been encountering scroll wheel issues where the wheel jumps, goes in reverse, or doesn't scroll at all. the wheel is barely usable at this point. I reinstalled synapse and reset the mouse and still nothing works.

I’ve been using this mouse for close to 2 years now, and a few months ago I have been having some issuesI have an issue with the middle mouse button, it scrolls fine however when wireless, the middle mouse button isn’t recognised, although when wired the middle mouse button works fine again.Another issue I have, is that half the time the mouse’s inputs aren’t detected, I can scroll on a website but to click on a tab or to click on anything like the taskbar, nothing happens, I believe this happens after some inactivity but has also happened when a game I have played crashes or has an issue and can make the mouse unresponsive (has happened with maybe 2 games I've played)I have tried resetting the mouse, updating drivers/reinstalling them, deleting and reinstalling synapse (although it still has these issues when synapse isn’t even installed) and I have reset my profile on synapse a few times, however the issues still occur. I have this keyboard for almost 2 weeks, but I’ve starting to notice an issue… It can sometimes suddenly stop responding for 1-2 secs and come back to life 🤔It seems to only happen when in 2.4 mode, haven’t been able to reproduce this in plugged/bluetooth modeThe 2.4 dongle is also paired to my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and plugged in the USB port of the Razer Base Station V2. I bought my Kraken X lite online then I followed the QR Code steps to activate Surround licensing. My Razer Surround 7.1 was working fine only to find out after turning off my PC and it happened to logged me out of my Razer Surround 7.1 software. Logged in and it shows the Activation Code page. Copy and Paste the exact same Activation code and was prompt (License code has already been used)
