Hi guys. Loving my blackshark v3 pro headset. However i’m getting audio glitches when playing le mans ultimate sim racing title. The audio starts out fine, but tten after say 15 minutes, i start to get drop outs and glitches. I’ve been advised to drop to 16/48000 (from 24/48000) which doesn’t work. Also all the game and windows drivers are all up to date. Any ideas what it could be or what else icould check? Thanks

Bought the new Blade 16. The order status was changed to “delivery in progress” but I haven’t received any tracking numbers. What does my order status mean?

Hi my razer wolverine v3 will not connect to my pc. I've tried everything including switching different ports for usb cable and dangle, it doesn't detect in the razer controller app or the pairing download.  Also tried switching it to pc mode.

My Razerbalde 17 2022 started overheating recently, CPU temp 80-90 degrees without any task running, GPU 70 C,, and the battery wont charge but it still has approx. 34% power. What could it be? Perhaps the powersupply. How could I check that?THX for any comments & best regards

So I just build a new pc and updated it to windows 11. My huntsman mini worked just fine on my old pc with the FN keys working and everything but now it doesn’t. I want to fix my start up apps but it doesn’t register the FN backspace (for del) with control alt. I went to check drivers and I don’t even have a huntsman mini driver all I have are 3 HID Keyboard Device. How do I fix this?

I’m looking for the cheapest keyboard with individual key RGB programmability.  I’m also looking for a decent mouse for gaming but nothing too expensive.

I have Razer Blade 15 (2018) Advanced Model. So when i reinstalled windows 10, Dolby Atmos for built in speakers stopped working.I installed all drivers from Razers support section for my laptop, but there is nothing that could help for this exact issue there. I have Dolby Access program installed, but it stopped supporting sound for built in speakers after windows reinstall, only Atmos for headphones works.I went to Dolbys support website and there was links to manufacturers that use Dolby Atmos in laptops. There was a message that you need to go to manufacturers support because they all make their own tweaks and Dolby doesn’t have these settings.When i tried to contact Razer support and entered product serial number, turns out they don’t offer free support when i don’t have warranty anymore. Does anyone else have same issues? Does this mean i can’t get it to work anymore an it’s gone forever?Sound really was much better with Atmos and speakers were much louder and clearer with this f

Hey guys, recently my Razerblade 15 2019 base model started moving from “charging” into “battery mode” and back every second in a loophole for a minute or something and it occurs quite often. Also I only seen it while gaming which makes it even more weird. I don’t think that it is a problem with the charging cable since it the flickering described before is so frequent. The battery is also quite new so that shouldn't be the problem either..Does anyone have an idea on what could be the problem and maybe how to fix it?

Just bought a Razer Naga Classic. My first real gaming mouse with all the buttons for MMo, was so excited it worked for a day then when i was playing Wow SoD it just stopped working. I get this msg when I plug it in. USB device not recognized  “A request for the USB device descriptor failed.” I have looked around everywhere for a fix even contacted support and put my serial number in and my mouse is no longer under support even tho i bought it two days ago  :(  anyone have this problem before?

When holding the power button on my headset the green light blinks once long and once short and then turns off. They were working fine yesterday then when i tried turning them back on this happened. I cant connect them to my laptop to try and update them. 

When I tried to turn on my computer today I couldn’t. The light on the lower right edge flashes green before going out and the screen flashing a dark blue and black. I tried letting it sit for hours before turning it on again. I have tried resetting it and I have tried putting it in “Bois” mode with guidance from my brother.  I am not very tech savvy and this is my college laptop. I am in the midst of finals and really rely on this laptop. My warranty is up and I can’t afford a new laptop. I’m not sure what to do.  I haven’t dropped or banged it around anytime recently. My brother said that it was possible for things to have been disconnected inside as I have moved my computer.  Any help would be amazing!

Trying to create a Razer Blade System Recovery Image for a Razer Blade Stealth 13.  Comes up that the laptop is  Legacy and will not create the image. Any solutions to this?  

Hi! I recently got the BlackShark V2 X and I cannot get my laptop to recognize the headset in the audio input. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling my microphone drivers , but they just default back to ‘ Microphone Array ‘ which is the microphone that is at the top of my laptop by the webcam , which isn’t horrible , but I bought this headset for a reason. I cannot use the splitter cable either since my laptop ( Acer Aspire 5 ) doesn’t have two headphones jacks , just the one combo port which you’d expect to work. I’;ve also tested the headset on my phone , which it works just fine?I’ve looked up countless videos , articles , reddit posts , etc. but I still haven’t found a fix.  If someone could reach out and help , that’d be great ! Thanks :) EDIT !: I’ve also tried switching my Realtek Audio to ‘ Headset ‘ but , same issue , microphone still won’t show up. Here’s these screenshots as well , if needed . Srhythm NC25 are my bluetooth headphones , what I had used prior to buying my razer

I'm trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound software for my Razer Kaira X, however the software activation code isn't arriving. I'm trying to access the option, but nothing happens. What should I do?

I have a Razer Blade 16 I got it back in late 2023, over the last 5-6 months I have noticed that some of the keys backlights were changing colour like they were displaying a different colour then they were supposed to do.Even though I have all the keys set to a Static Blue (0,65,255) or Wave (the standard one) some of the keys are changing to green.The keys are at different stages some have completely changed to Green and now the blue no longer works others have more of a greenish ting to the blue. And yes I have windows dynamic lighting off. I must also apologies for the poor quality of the photos but I think you can still see the different in the colours of the backlighting. I'm not really sure what I should do to fix this any help would be appreciated.   

Hello, I hope i am able to find a solution for this. Just yesterday, my Proclick Mini stopped working. It doesnt seem to have the red light to sense the movement of the mouse. It can click and scroll with the middle click but it just cannot move. I had updated the firmware and when i open up SYNAPSE, my mouse is constantly disconnecting and connecting. I had already replaced the batteries. I only had my Razer Pro TYPE Ultra keyboard and Proclick Mini for 2 years! It is too young to be dead.  Any support for this ?

My razer ENKI started to sink when I sit on it. As it's 3 years old it's just outside of warrenty so I'm trying to change the gas cylinder myself. Problem is, I can't get the wheelbase off the cylinder... I've followed the instructions and watched many video demonstrations, but no matter how much WD-40 I use, or how hard I hammer it, it will not budge. Has anyone got a tip as to how I can get the wheelbase off so I can change the cylinder?Thank you in advance!

I’m trying to capture in Chrome (latest), Safari or Firefox on MacOS 15.3.1 (latest)It works in 1080p but not 4k.I got it to capture ONCE at 4k but only if I started OBS first, then captured there in 4k, then switched to the browser.However, it doesn’t work reliably.It also seems to ‘mangle’ OBS and reset the video setting there somehow.I’m not sure how these systems would interact with each other but clearly there are some side effects happening.  IS there any workaround for this? I haven’t seen anyone else report this problem.I used a number of 3rd party tools to debug this problemWhat’s weird is that it will return 4k but it just has text that says “Not Supported” but this device clearly supports 4k @ 30fps.  

Hi, I bought the Razer Ripsaw. I followed the instructions and connected the HDMI cables correctly as illustrated below: PS5 > Ripsaw (HDMI)Ripsaw > TV (HDMI)Ripsaw > Mac M1 (USB) The problem is, there is no display on Streamlabs or OBS and the TV shows no signal but the green light on the Ripsaw is on. Any solution? I have a Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma that I cannot get connected to my main PC. When i plug it in to my old PC, it is immediately recognized and works perfectly fine. When i plug it into my new PC, it shows in device manager as "Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma", with a warning icon next to it and no driver assigned to it. I'm using the same USBA to C cable on both PC's, I've tried the USB port on the front panel as well as the motherboard to no avail, and I've tried manually using the "Xbox Gaming Device" driver and it still does not work, despite both PC's having the exact same driver version. 

​Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Keyboard with some keys not registering all the time. For example some keys fire multiple times when pressed once, and other keys when pressed multiple times doesn’t register (example I press B 5x and only 3x work)I had replaced the keyboard at the shop and the new one still the same. Tried it on various computers and all the same. For now I am using an alternative keyboard but would like to have my Blackwidow working. 

The laptop I bought will have sharp noise when the fan is bought. Is this a common disease? Can anyone record the sound with the mobile phone close to the blade when the fan is 2000 rpm?

I’ve had my Razer Cobra Pro for a couple of months now, I used it sometimes in one laptop using the 2.4 dongle, then switching to the BT connection when I needed the port. I’ve changed laptop and now it won’t work.The BT connection message appears in W11 (same OS from the last laptop, btw) but with every try, it just cannot connect and it won’t appear on the BT settings.The firmware is up to date both for the dongle and the mouse.

I have just purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Headset and the sound is working fine. The only problem comes in when I use the mic. It does not pick up sound like it was advertised and only does when the mic is very close to my mouth. This however causes a bass boosted type sound and does not sound clear at all. In addition to that the sound is very delayed and laggy where my voice cuts out at certain times. I have watched the Razer video to try and resolve my issue, but it shows no aid in helping my mic perform better. A little help with the situation would be most helpful as I do not know how to resolve this issue myself.
