I own a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2022), and I recently opened it for cleaning. Unfortunately, some of the bottom panel screws got stripped, and 1-2 of them are completely unusable now.Does anyone know the exact screw specifications or where I can get replacement screws? Does Razer provide them, or should I look for third-party alternatives?I’d appreciate any help or recommendations. Thanks!

I have a Razer Core X with physical damage to the main board. I first contacted Razer customer support and told them what happened and asked if they could provide me a board schematic showing just the damaged area so i could repair it. They said no and proceeded to set me up an out-of-warranty repair RMA. This costs a flat $95 to ship them the board and get me repair quote. I have asked at least 5 times on our last few emails asking 2 specific questions that that simply do not answer. I dont know if its not really a human replying to my emails, or if there is possibly a language barrier, or if i just keep getting different idiots that chooses to respond to me.  Here were my two simple questions… Can i just buy a new main board and how much is it?     What is the maximum repair cost possible for my main board?They never respond about buying a new board outright. They just keep saying that i have to send it in before they will tell me the maximum it could cost.   They have to have a cost

I've come here in frustration. V3 of Synapse is about to end support so I updated to V4 to find just the keyboard not doing its simple spectrum cycling in sync with my other razer devices I've reinstalled Windows 4 times thinking it was a driver issue. Each time a different process, like let windows update 1st, or install the Razer software before the windows update. Each time disabling Windows dynamic lighting. On the 4th time I went back to V3, just synapse...none of the other bloatware. AND VOILA ITS ALL SYNCING AGAIN. Then I've read a few times in these forums about issues with the LED sync with Ornata V2 and Synapse V4...some posts are 11 months old - the only answer is looking for logs. To me is spells a severe lack of testing! And yes Ornata V2 is getting old, but it still works perfectly fine. I dont have a single key thats worn out nor sticky.I have aX870E Taichi Motherboard. Hello, I’ve recently bought a Razer Viper Mini and I’m trying to edit the colours through Synapse 3 but the mouse is nowhere in the “Devices” list. I thought it might have to do with the drivers so I tried looking for the drivers here and all I’ve found was this “Viper Mini Mouse Firmware Updater”. The problem?Even though the mouse is connected and works just fine, the updater will keep saying "Connect the device to your PC". I’m going crazy with this, I just want to edit my colours…Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you for your time reading.

I just bought a brand new headphone and i typed my serial number and product number but it says its already been registered.

Parece que el problema es físico. La cámara la compre el 3 de noviembre de 2024 y a lo mucho la suelo usar de 2 a 3 horas a la semana, por lo cual se me hace sumamente extraño que dejara de funcionar de la nada.

I'm having trouble using the Viper V3 Pro wirelessly. When I connect the dongle to the PC, I can't pair the mouse, even using Razer Mouse Pairing Utility or Razer Synapse. What can I do to use it wirelessly? 

I have been trying to update my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed white edition and the “x hyperspeed” firmware updater refuses to recognize the mouse. I use this mouse on my xbox to play video games and the Middle mouse button stopped working one day after i connected it to my laptop.

Hi! I have a Razer Blade 15 2019 Advanced (RZ09-03018) which recently stopped charging and will not operate from battery. Symptoms:PSU light is green, but charge light is off Computer will not power on if unplugged (no lights, no fans, no life at all) If plugged in and running, it will shut off immediately if unplugged Windows thinks the battery is at 84% and charging, but that number does not moveI’ve tried the following:Removing and re-seating the battery ribbon cable connector Checking the connector for signs of wear or debris Leaving the computer unplugged for 24 hours Leaving the computer plugged in for 24 hours Hard resetting the computer by holding down the power button I am running Windows 11 with all latest updates and drivers, and I have the latest BIOS firmware available. Razer software does not have the config and i have tried various ones like disable listen to this device reinstall the audio drivers and it is still on fallback loopback audio like my speakers are going to my microphone when i play a video of someone talking!Please help me  Thanks!

Do I understand correctly that PC players cannot remap the “programmable” buttons of the €229 Razer controller to PC-keyboard keys?Will the feature be implemented soon or not? Otherwise, the controller is nice, but for the most part really useless and overpriced.

Hello everyone. I recently brought a second handed Razer blade 14 2023 model, and I’m almost in love with this laptop.I do have some interesting issues that I haven’t encountered from using other laptops. Every time I change the MUX switch, Windows hello (facial, as well as PIN) is lost and I have to reset the PIN by logging in with MS account before using my laptop.I did tried formatting & reinstalling Windows with complete driver reinstall as well, but this issue wasn’t fixed.I did heard from ChatGPT that changing MUX switch is detected as hardware change in Windows, resulting in authentication failure, but I’m not sure because it’s AI answer.Has this happened to anyone else? Do anyone knows what is the technical issue to this? What is the solution to this,

I’m experiencing major connection issues with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro. Here is everything I’ve tested:- The controller powers on when connected via USB-C, and also turns on wirelessly due to its internal battery.- The Razer logo lights up and cycles through  colors, but the controller doesn’t connect or respond.- Pressing the Xbox button does nothing — it doesn’t light up or activate the controller.- It connects to my Xbox Series X via USB-but not via the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle.- On PC, the dongle is detected, but the controller doesn’t pair.- I tried using the Razer Controller Setup app for Xbox/PC, but the controller is not recognized at all.- I’ve changed USB ports (front and back).- The controller receives power but sends no input and is not detected by any system.- It now turns on by itself without being plugged in, but still doesn’t connect or work in any way.I’ve followed all recommended troubleshooting steps and nothing has resolved the issue.Please advise on how to

Hi i seemed to be having some keys that is randomly unresponsive - specifically, keys “H”, “,” as these are the ones i use frequently so i notice it. I tried deleting my keyboard in device manager and restarting but the keys still dont work randomly - sometimes it works and sometimes i need to press multiple times. Any solutions for this please?

I’ve watched your video.  I’ve read the instructions. I bought both the 240 and 360 and I’m about to send both back.  Like everyone else that no one answers on here.. I don’t see how these AM4 stand offs are supposed to work.  They are not long enough to reach through the plate and screw into the thumb screws.  can someone please send me the right stuff or explain how these are supposed to work.
