My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) right earbud has stopped turning on when i open the case.Have cleaned the contacts and case with cotton buds soaked in ipa & air dried.Case & left earbud are fully charged, led green and left earbud will turn on pair to devices.  

If you still trying to use Synapse from Razer, espessially for Blacksharks v2, DELETE it fully and install https://steelseries.com/gg Software from Steelseries headphones now works with HEADPHONES from RAZER better then *** Synapse. I'm using it since Razer made update in November and suck) So try it, there is 7.1 settings also. Fully delete Synapse and get GG SteelSeries

Hi all! My name is Kirby from Hong Kong. I purchased my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds last year in a retail store. I unboxed it and charged for about 3 hours since it was the first charging from unboxing. In my first use of the earbuds after installing the Razer Audio App there was a software update needed so I updated it. When I first use the earbuds I have noticed that the battery indicator in the app in left earbud is at 50% only while the right earbud is at 60%. Since it was my first use of the product and just performed the software update done by the Razer Audio App I was thinking It was drained due to the software update process. While using the earbuds I noticed that the left earbud drained so fast compared to right earbud. But still ignored it because I was thinking it will be corrected when I recharge the earbud. After recharging same problem still exist. Left earbuds will drained in just 30 minutes of use and will only charge up to 90% compared to right earbud that

Does anyone know the pin layout of the Katana Power Supply. I’m trying to get custom cables for it, however I can’t, so I need to find other power supply cables with the same pin layout that do have custom cables for.

Hi all,Let me start by saying that I love Razer nexus/cortex remote streaming app. One down side is that when I am using Kishi V3 pro xl I cant type in anything in Windows, no I have minimize the game and do any key bindings/shortcuts using the buttons.Has anyone figure out what we can do on iPad with Kishi?Thanks!

Hello at 01/14/26 i got my new one Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile Tenkeyless .The first day all was fine second day i found that my keyboard double type A or D or W . Playing CS2 ingame when i move was like someone hold my player and not moving for 1-2 sec and i though is server lag or something else .The problem keep continue and now i found thats the keyboard because i connect my previous one with zero problems . I did all the steps i update the firmwaree the day i got the keyboard after connect it to usb .I remove it from device manager reset it i did all the steps told mee from razer support now i see also e double type (steps told mee) i made all of my build peripherals razer and i dont wwanna go to other keyboard i dont ask for rma but just a solution to fix it .

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the USB dongle for my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. The headset itself seems fine, but the USB transceiver is constantly malfunctioning on my Windows desktop.The Issue: When I plug in the dongle, Windows Device Manager does not recognize it properly. Last week I opened an RMA for my laptop for cosmetic issues, I understood with something like this it is out of warranty and I would have to pay. Sent it out middle of last week and they confirmed at the end of the week they got it.       No updates for days on the RMA, then suddenly I got a UPS alert yesterday from Razer that I am getting the laptop back next day air. Took the day off today and waited. Checked status and package was on truck on delivery so was going to get it before noon. An hour before that, I got an alert from UP:S with a hold request from Razer to send it back, At the same time, I get a random request to pay from Razer for the fixes. Hello, is this a (known) bug or a general limitation:When saving settings to On-Board-Memory, the ligthing (in my case: just a simple heavily dimmed static color) is not saved, just the key bindings?!? Seriously???  In other words: Is there any way to change this horrible and energy-wasting default lighting effect, when using the Mouse without Synapse 4??Thx for any clarification!  NB/Background: We are writing a little review and still testing the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K.We found out, that Synapse 4 running leads to (rare) connection and pointer issues. Therefore we tried to save Settings to On-Board-Memory and stop Synapse Software But then the mouse lights up with those bright childish kindergarten lighting effects… 🤪

I purchased 2 Hanbo aio’s a 240 and a 360 with the explicit understanding that I could easily contact support after I got them and use the serial numbers to request the AM5 upgrade kits as posted in the FAQ of the Hanbo page article id 5779.After getting my aio’s and using the link to support I enter either one of the serial’s and it says products valid and under war. but the submit button does nothing. I’ve tried 3 different browsers and both been signed in and not signed in. How do I contact a support that refuses all contact.Am I stuck needing to contact seller and return products as defective or does someone have another way to get ahold of support?

Recently I’ve noticed the chassis of my laptop has deformed.  I can no longer close the lid flush to the keyboard.Reviewing the forums leads me to believe the battery might be swelling.  This is a safety concern.  

When i turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise the pc volume does not correspond with the turning of the knob. Lets say i turn the knob clockwise first the volume goes up like 10 then down 4 then up 8 and so on. what can i do ti fix this?

Hello, I lost my dongle for my blackshark v2 pros (2023 pc edition, it also has a red box that says Tom’s Hardware Editor’s Choice on the box) and cannot for the life of me find a new one. I tried one off amazon but couldn’t get it to pair, and have exhausted every idea I can think of. Bluetooth for them is terrible and the audio quality drops severely when I use the built in mic. I paid 200 bucks for them brand new back in early October and would just like to use them again. If anyone could help me get a new dongle and get it paired, I would be eternally grateful.
