I have problems with surround sound. Sometimes the audio is choppy or buggy.How do I configure the sound and it doesn't sound like that? Or is it that surround sound only works in games and for other uses it presents problems?

Hi folks, The left speaker only of my Nommo V2 set make popping sounds. These are most audible when a new sound starts playing from a period of no sound. However, subtle popping is audible throughout any audio playing. This occurs via USB & Bluetooth connections with different devices playing audio.

I cannot seem to get any lighting for any games to work with my razor devices

Is there a possibility of buying a replacement for the usb dongle? I lost mine a few days ago

Hello I just received my mouse and there seems to be a problem with the scroll wheel. Pages scroll up and down as soon as I touch it. Is there a way to fix this? Or is this just the design of the product? If so, I'll return it.edit: Still searching and I found the scrolling video but there is no scrolling tab on the app.customize performance power calibration  edit: I cant even click scroll button it just moves instantly. What is this seriously? It's unbelievable why a company would feel the need to change the scrolling motion that people have been used to for decades. Final edit: its the button top of the mouse omg. all set :)

Have made multiple attempts to fix this issue with uninstall/reinstalls using razers driver cleaner (this may be a spot of issue as oem74.inf and oem79.inf were unable to be removed). The 7.1 Surround Sound audio driver does not show up, while the app asks for it to be set as default audio and I am unable to move past this point. Additionally, during installation of the app, it turns off windows audio service around the 95% installation mark, this also may be the reason why the audio driver does not appear in my system after the install.The headset im setting up is the blackshark v3 x hyperspeed if that makes any difference.

I recently bought a razer Baracuda X headset, I initially installed the surround sound drivers and git everything setup as directed. I later had to update my laptop and now the surround sound will not work, when selected as primary output device. I only hear audio when the headset is selected for audio output, which doesn't make sense considering 7.1 needs to be selected as the setup instructions say. I have tried everything and nothing is working please help.

My rabbit irreparably chewed my mic, and now I am without one. There aren’t any available on the website, and I do not trust third party products. Is there any way I can get my hands on one? I am willing to pay, as my headset is out of warranty. 

I would like to order a Razer Blackshark V3 Prot, but there is no option to request a company invoice at checkout. Unfortunately, we need this for company purchases, and I don't know if there is any way to request it.

Out of no where my razer cobra pro mouse just started turning on and off repeatedly. As soon as you turn it on it just keeps turning on and off again after about 2 seconds and keeps repeating. I updated the dongle firmware but it wont let me update the mouse because it keeps turning on and off repeatedly. It the mouse just broken?

I love your products. I currently own a razer naga v2 pro and a v2 hyperspeed. i have had most of your products through the years, laptops, cameras etc. i love them. I have 1 very important question. WHY dont you sell additional plates for the razer naga v2 pro. your mouse is amazing, but the plates are shit, and they die after no time at all. which is why i own multiple plates with only some buttons of the 12 working. I really need this to be improved and bettered, and no matter how good you make it, i need the replacement plates to be officially sold by you. i bought the hyperspeed v2 because i heard it has less issues and after 4 months my left click stops working….. yet i still love your products! I just really hope you will consider improving your flagship mmo mouse support so i can actually buy the thing i need to keep it working.

Hello. I’ve been using my Razer Nari Essential headphones for a few years now, and it hasn’t given me many problems, outside of a few that are not particularly bothersome besides this one that has happened very recently. A couple of days ago when i went to charge up my headphones, the red light that would usually indicate that it’s charging isn’t showing up anymore. I’ve tried many of my other cables that i am aware work correctly and nothing, it doesn’t show the distinctive red light that indicates it’s charging. I have cleaned it up, i even downloaded Razer Synapse to see if it was charging and no dice since at most it shows me 80% for a few seconds before dipping to 50% where it usually remains at.Is there any way i can fix this on my own, and if it isn’t possible, any other solution i can go over? From what i’ve read, warranty only goes up to 2 years for a headset like mine, and i imagine by now that warranty is long gone.

When I’m exporting files to my macro this message always appearing even though my macro is empty. so I tried to Click Yes to replace it and nothing happens

In the past few months, my 2023 Razer Blade 14 has become unstable when operating on battery power.95% of the time, my laptop is connected to a Thunderbolt 5 Dock Chroma, receiving power from the dock. When connected to the dock the laptop behaves normally. The laptop also appears to behave normally when disconnected from the dock but otherwise connected to a power supply.When I disconnect from the dock (or a power supply), the laptop will function for a few minutes before crashing and presenting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR message. The crash is typically preceded by opening a few browser tabs or the like.As far as I can tell, my battery is not discharged. I can’t recall the last time the indicated battery reserves were below 50%. I do run Synapse Battery Health Optimizer, so the max charge is 80%.Is this a known issue and are there any available fixes I can try? I’d really like to be able to use my laptop on battery power. I’d appreciate any help on this.

I am having issues with receiving SMS / Text codes for 2FA to access my account. I have not setup a passkey / auth app as of yet. When i request the code to be sent after doin hooman proof, I  still do not get the code. I have went and tried several times on the support page to include my phone number, but it will not accept it. I can provide all necessary info needed to prove i am, who I am to remedy this issue and start using an authenticator app. thank you

I just bought a Razer Deathadder Essential mouse. But when I tried to register the product on Razer site, I get an error that the serial number is not recognized.I also installed Synapse to adjust the DPI of the mouse, but Synapse doesn’t detect any device.I tried restarting my system, running Repair on Synapse but nothing is helping.The mouse works fine otherwise, so doesn’t seem to be an USB issue. 

Hi,My PC has been having issues of instantly shutting down, and I have traced it to razer synapse. Whenever I open the software it causes my PC to instantly shut down, even after I reinstalled the software and windows.Any advice?

I have done everything I can possibly do to fix this problem. Other microphones work, just razor siren x doesn’t. I reinstalled windows, did a clean install of all the drivers, obviously checked the control panel and it just isn’t working. I’m not sure what to do anymore. The PC recognises razor siren x as both output and input and the lights on the device itself works, it just doesn’t register input anywhere. I’ve also tried new usb ports and a new wire entirely to no avail.
