Hello. I had some problems with my Lancehead like random walk of the sensor etc. searched a bit and found the fw-updater-tool. I tried updating both but got stuck at 5% with the mouse and then hearing a win disconnect sound (lights go off and nothings works - had to unplug to get it working again) then i tried the dongle updater and got something like checking firmware (i think it did something because now the dongle doesn´t work anymore so now it´s a wired mouse...) I really had problems with all of my razer products now and I hope that someone can help me with this…

Hi Razer Support,I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X from a local retailer (TraDa Tech via TikTok Shop). However, when I tried to register the product to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, the system said it was "Already Activated" or didn't respond.I have attached my proof of purchase and the Serial Number of the headset. Could you please verify and provide me with a new activation code?

Was playing with my wolverine v3 pro controller and the left joystick just suddenly lost all tension, it is loose, sort of dangles in its socket, and can spin. I was gaming with the controller when it broke but it was during a moment I was barely using it, not during any intense usage like I would expect. It just randomly gave out during a very mundane moment. What should I do? Is there some sort of way to service these things? 

Hello,I am having an issue with my Huntsman Signature;  the LEDs that light up to show how much pressure you are pushing on a key randomly stopped showing up.  They are functional if I try and use the shortcut keys to adjust the sensitivity levels on the fly but in regular use they are not visible. I’ve tried plugging this keyboard into my girlfriends computer who also has a Huntsman V3 & Synapse 4 (Her pressure LED are illuminating as intended) and it is the same thing on mine- just darkness. Reading through the user guide there is a Fn + LCtrl LED toggle functionality but I cannot seem to get that  to work on mine or her keyboard as a test. I’ve tried reinstalling Synpase, resetting all my profiles, uninstalling the device drivers. Etc. I am not sure what else to do or where to go regarding this issue.

Does anyone know where to get a new cord or best way to fix a clicking sound coming from microphone i looked thru a couple threads but didnt see anything

All started with the last windows update, my BlackShark v2 x audio started to fail/lag in some applications, using or not using Dolby atmos. Then I decided to install 7.1 Surrounding sound software and it worked perfectly, until I restarted my PC. I have checked all possible foruns and links about how to fix it, I am not using any Spatial sound in any sound output, and both my 7.1 speaker output and headphone are set to the same frequency. I also tried to reinstall the software, which worked again until I restarted my pc. 

Hello, I use a Raza Naga Left Handed Edition and 3 days ago an error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off. I searched the internet and it says the CRP is a firmware on the mouse board and needs a flash of a new firmware. I looked at the Razer website and there is no firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition. Where do I get the firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition? Thx.

I used my headphones since 2022, used it on different devices but mostly on Windows PC. It was connected through a type c to usb type a receiver - to a ugreen hub. Yesterday I replaced my monitor and connected it through the same ugreen - I know it sounds unrelated but after I connected it (although I’m not sure about the exact timing) headphones are unpaired. I checked with other devices like ipad - when i plug in type c dongle it cannot be seen in settings. What could be the problem here? I also saw in some posts it can be connected with Bluetooth, not with a dongle. But not sure if it’s possible with this model. Could anyone help me with this one? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’ve been using synapse 4  since mid 2025. Back in the day I had to convert all my synapse  3 macro to, synapse 4 and they were working well since then on my naga pro v2. However yesterday, all my macro are gone and are nowhere to  be found on the synapse 4 macro  tab.I am still logged in, I still see the macro associated to my mouse  key  but the macro tab is now empty  

I ordered the blackwidow v4 lowprofile hyperspeed a couple weeks ago. I got it last week and honestly have had nothing but problems. I really love how this keyboard feels but, there is an issue with it where the keyboard lags and the inputs get delayed and then put in all at once. I have tried like 800 different things to fix it, and nothing has worked.I called support the other day to help, and they said they would help file a warranty with me. Then they said they would send me an email and I never got a follow up. The Case# from that support call is ************. I just want to file a warranty so I tried through the chat, but the Razer Assist AI bot is completely unresponsive. I cant get a single prompt through without an “Oops I'm encountering a spot of trouble. Please try again later...”  it is truly torturous. I love Razer and their keyboards and mouses, and have never had problems until now, but its really disheartening that it seems they’re making it the

I'm trying to get help with my mouse, but I keep getting redirected to the chatbot, which doesn't work.My mouse is a Naga V2 Pro Dot, and the middle click has stopped working. I've tried all the steps suggested in the support section (firmware, Synaps, etc.), but nothing works. So basicly when i try to connect the Oled hub that comes with the kraken v4 pro it bootloops, so the razer animation happens then the screen is black with the volume up and down icons showing then it shows the razer animation again. It does so on multiple PC’s so it isnt my ports. Its brand new too so this is frustraing. I also tried the pairing utility and nothing happened at all.

I updated the BIOS on my laptop this morning and it completely bricked it.Razer have pushed out a broken BIOS. It doesn't have a valid security key so won't boot without turning off 'secure boot'. But the BIOS has also broken the ability to turn off 'secure boot'. Creating an endless loop between the BIOS screen and the Secure boot screen.I have a recovery image that I am going to attempt to install via USB but I don't think this will roll back the BIOS version which is the issue.I need immediate help as I use this laptop for work.

I purchased the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro in late October. The volume wheel stopped working shortly after, and now the headset Bs v3 pro has stopped working, have done updatesThis has been extremely frustrating, especially given how recently I purchased it. I expected better durability and reliability from this product. On top of that, the warranty support process has been very disappointing.I would like assistance with resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hello I just bought myself a new Freyja for simracing. After installing synapse 4 and chroma app I could experience it with some music and it is great but when it comes to gaming I can’t make it work. Basicly it works with audio-to-haptics mode but when I change it to “sensa hd games” I don’t get anything. I tried some sim games with simhub also tried a sensa supproted game called screw drivers. There is also live effects test module on simhub, it doesn’t work there as well.

my razer blackshark powers on when i have a charging cable attached but when i remove it it powers off. it has charge so yea idk

Hello, I require serious help with my device. I have a Razer Blade 14 AMD version from 2021. I have this issue where whenever I try to run a game, the device runs the game for a bit and then turns off. The keyboard light is usually still on, however, it appears to be in sleep mode or something where the light on the bottom keeps fading in and out. Usually, I have to hold the power button to restart my device. It doesn’t seem to be a heating issue either as I have an external fan that I also  use in case. The laptop I am using is operating without a battery as well, so there’s no battery swelling issue. I even factory reset the device, reinstalled my softwares, and tried to run Overwatch but it shutdown again. Before today, when I tried running Genshin impact, it shutdown again after freezing for a bit and said, “your device ran into an error.” When checking event log, I found these errors:- A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the TLS server crede
