I have been a Razer user since 2012 and have always used products from the brand. Currently, I still own a Razer DeathAdder Elite, a model released in 2016, which is now considered relatively old hardware.I have always used the macro function while gaming, mainly to execute specific commands and perform animation cancels. Over the years, I have used different versions of Razer Synapse and noticed a significant difference in the behavior of macros.In Synapse 2.0 and Synapse 3.0, in my experience, macros were much more stable and consistent. However, with Synapse 4, there are days when it feels like the behavior of the macro changes and it does not perform the same way, showing delays or less precise execution. I have also seen other users reporting that this issue may be related to the operating system or Windows updates. The wireless dongle for my DeathAdder V3 Pro has stopped working. I performed a full reinstall of Synapse and tried using both the RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 and the DeathAdderV3Pro_00B700B6_FirmwareUpdater_v2.02.00_r2. I was able to update the mouse firmware via USB cable using the Dongle Utility. However, the problem is that my PC doesn't recognize the dongle at all—it doesn't show up in the updater tools or in Device Manager. The mouse works perfectly when connected by wire.

Hello, how can I get a replacement microphone for my Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed? They are still in warranty. 

I really love this laptop! I am not a gamer (please forgive!) but do my investments and other banking. As of late; Bluetooth has been buggy, goes in and out. Printer goes offline for no apparent reason and is getting sluggish. She has gone through quite a bit this last year and I believe its time for a refresh. Is there a YouTube video that can guide me through like a 4 year old to do a refresh? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

I can’t get 2-step authentication for a long while not using it. And I reinstall the authenticator app, it asks for 2-step authentication or QR code. And I try to get a new QR code in my account, and it still ask for 2-step authentication, so this falls into a dead loop. Please help. Thanks

So far, I've waited through 4 firmware updates and yet dpi downshifting has not been patched and a workaround has not been provided, I also haven't even seen much discussion of it. Is there any hope, or should I look to rma/sell right away?

Hi,  I just got the hyperflux v2 and the basilisk v3 pro and I can’t get the mouse to pair with the mat.puck is installed. only way to get the mouse to work is by plugging in the dongle or cable. Led on the mat hasn’t turned on once either. I get the notification sound when plugging it in and it shows in synapse. but they aren’t working with each other.The setup steps seem a bit odd as well, says to make sure it isn’t plugged in via usb and the dongle is unplugged which then i have no mouse to click the scan button??

Hi,I’m having an issue with my Razer Naga V2 Pro using Razer Synapse for Mac.The mouse itself works correctly and Synapse detects both the mouse and the interchangeable side panels. However, Keyboard Function assignments on the side buttons do not work at all.For example, if I assign keyboard key 1 to side button 1, pressing the button produces no input in TextEdit, World of Warcraft, or other applications.Interestingly, assigning Launch Program to the exact same side button works perfectly. This confirms that Synapse is receiving the side-button press and can execute actions from it.What I have tested:All requested Synapse macOS permissions are enabled, including Accessibility and Input Monitoring. Tested both the 12-button and 2-button side panels. Tested wired USB and wireless connections. Tested a completely new Synapse profile. Tested with US/ABC and Danish keyboard layouts. I have a Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed. I was using the side buttons for certain awkwardly placed buttons I use a lot in games, like Caps Lock and Control. However, suddenly, they are insisting on printing the default numbers instead. I have tried turning the mouse off and on again; I have also tried creating a new control profile and recreating the keybindings. Neither had an effect. What else can I do?

I recently updated my headset and dongle to the latest firmware, 1.4.4. After that, the dongle no longer works. My headset can still connect to my computer over Bluetooth. I tried the pairing utility, that didn’t fix the issue.

I have a blade 16 2025, I’m using a black widow v4 pro with it but the black widow doesn't appear as a device in chroma studio. I have windows dynamic lighting disabled for all devices in windows settings. Keyboard is plugged in via USB directly to laptop (no hub), I have latest firmware for the black widow (v1.05 released in January of this year). and latest razer apps.I’ve tried uninstalling all apps and re-installing, resetting the keyboard via caps and esc mechanism but no luck.One thing I’ve noticed is that when when I change synapse lighting settings from “RGB” to “dynamic” then the black widow keyboard appears in the chroma studio, as soon as I switch the settings back to “RGB” in synapse it disappears again. All other razer devices appear in studio (blade 16, basilisk mouse, Goliath mouse pad) without issue. So it seems to be just the black widow v4 pro having trouble being detected when RGB is enabled.

Hi, my Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard suddenly stopped working properly.The Spacebar, Left Alt, Left Ctrl, and Left Windows keys no longer work, while all the other keys work normally, including Right Alt and Right Ctrl.I have been using this keyboard for about one year, and this problem started suddenly today.I tested the keyboard on another PC, and the exact same keys are not working there either. I just purchased my Razer Blackshark V3 Pro a couple days ago and needed to charge it for the first time, and I noticed when i plugged it into my pc or PS5 the anc would automatically turn on as if it was on when it was indeed shut off. Is this a normal feature or a defect, and should I be worried about battery health if ANC is active while in the charge state?

Since I don't have access to the original receipt or the old account, the automated system won't let me generate an activation code or open a standard support ticket. Could a moderator please assist me with obtaining a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code? I can provide photos of the headset and serial label as proof of possession. Thank you!

I can figure out how to get my mouse to get to get back to where I can switch between tactile spin and free spin the mouse is stuck on only on free spin
