Hello, I recently bought a second hand viper v2 pro, where the seller said it was a new mouse, and when I tested it on my pc, the battery on synapse won’t go up more than 0%. Is there any possible fixes to this problem? Thank you.

Hello Team I have updated my Razer Blade 14 2025 laptop’s MCU and EC to latest July 2026 versions. When I run the BIOS updater, it opens fine and runs a progress bar very fast, then restarts the PC, and BIOS is still my current 1.01 version. No error messages. I’m on Win11 Pro and have disabled all Windows Hello options (Bitlocker was already off). Please help

 Razer BlackShark V3 Pro – Random Audio Cut (Chat Endpoint Investigation)Issue Description Audio randomly cuts out during gameplay (mostly CS2). The headset remains powered on. There is no disconnect/reconnect sound. Windows does not show the device as disconnected. I must power cycle the headset to restore sound. Gameplay recording still captures both game and Discord audio even when I cannot hear anything from the headset. Key Observations When audio cuts out: Windows still shows the device as active. No USB disconnect event occurs. No RF disconnect sound is heard. Recorded clips still contain full game + Discord audio. ➜ This confirms the PC audio stream is still active. The issue appears more frequently when using: BlackShark V3 Pro – Chat endpoint for Discord. When switching Discord output to: BlackShark V3 Pro – Game The audio becomes: Noticeably louder More stable No random cut so far When disabling and re-enabling: THX

Getting a low charge on my Razer Blade 15 Advance Model, can’t run on battery for more than 45 minutes before it goes from 100% to 0%.Looks like I’m due for a replacement. Anywhere I can purchase a replacement battery for my Razer? Thanks

Hi everyone,I'm having a strange keyboard RGB issue with my Razer Blade 15 Base (2020) after the latest Synapse 4/Chroma update.I'm currently running: Synapse: 4.0. [removed by moderator] Chroma: 4.0. [removed by moderator] A few days ago, everything was working normally. I usually use Spectrum Cycling, and the keyboard would cycle through all the colors as expected.For some context, I recently had to reinstall Windows 11. I completely cleaned both SSDs using DiskPart and performed a fresh installation using a Windows 11 Media Creation Tool USB. After the clean Windows installation, the keyboard lighting and Synapse worked perfectly at first.However, starting yesterday, my keyboard lighting suddenly stopped working correctly whenever Synapse 4 is running.The strange part is that the keyboard RGB works perfectly when Synapse is not controlling it. During boot/restart, Spectrum Cycling works normally. If I completely kill Synapse, the keyboard immediately goes back to normal Spectrum

Hi, I have a Blade Stealth 13 (RZ09-02812) which had a dual boot of Windows and Ubuntu. Now I want to reset the laptop to factory and wipe it clean but when I go the System Recovery Image Portal it says I have a Legacy device and cannot provide me proper files. Also, warranty support doesn’t allow me to open a case since the laptop is out-of-warranty.  Default windows install leave me with missing drivers and software and never works just right as if it was from factory. I’m hoping this is my best shot at getting the necessary recovery files. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a problem with my Razer Kraken v4 headset. About a year after I bought them, I started having problems with charging. They were randomly disconnecting while plugged via USB, which caused PC to freeze or sound stopped working until I reset the PC. At first they weren't charging only via USB, then problem occured also while charging through electrical outlet. It sometimes starts working when I manipulate the earpads and they lie in the right angle, sometimes nothing but praying to the Old Gods helps. They randomly stop charging at 50% and show 80+ after unplugging or appear as charging in Synapse but it's not or charge really slowly. I tried different wire, reinstalling Synapse and sound drivers, plugging Kraken to other device - nothing.I bought them from polish reseller and contacted them first, but they told me to contact Razer directly (which is strange to me; earlier other shops always handled warranty claims and I didn't have to do anything). I’m getting crazy lag spike in both frames in games and that also makes audio sound like a stuttering mess every 30 mins or so, from a browser.  has anyone gotten this issue before and is this an SSD problem ? 

I decided to update the firmware on my Black Shark V3 and it asked me to plug in my Dongle with the provide USB A to USB C cable so i did and it updated the dongle but when it asked to plug in the headset i did so and nothing happened I was just on the screen with a shaded out update button. I didn’t change anything i just unplugged the dongle and plugged in the headset like it asked and all it does is wait a couple mins then give me a prompt to retry which just brings me back to the same thing with a shaded out update button. My internet connect is stable so it’s not that and I've only had the headset for about a year now. It’s also the most recent Firmware Updater and I made sure all razer apps were closed besides the updater. Everything worked perfectly fine until i tried to update the firmware. What should I do?

I have had my Leviathan V2 Pro for awhile and occasionally had an issue where the source couldn’t be changed from USB to Bluetooth/vice versa but hard resetting, unplugging cables, holding power button to drain the battery would work after a few attempts but I have just tried that no less than 30 times and I still can’t change source/connect to my PC. I have tried different cables and everything; no go. I need help figuring out how to get this thing back to functioning.

Hello,I have a critical issue that proves a software bug in the latest firmware. I previously returned my Razer BlackShark headset under warranty because the microphone suddenly became extremely quiet after an update. Today, I received a brand new replacement headset from the warranty service. Before updating the firmware, the new headset's microphone was working perfectly fine and loud. However, as soon as I updated both the headset and the USB dongle to the latest firmware v1.3.3, the exact same issue returned: the microphone became extremely quiet again. The audio output (headphones sound) is completely fine and correct. The problem is strictly with the microphone volume drop after v1.3.3 on an AMD Ryzen system. My Windows microphone levels are at 100%, but friends still can barely hear me.  Thank you! 

So my Deathadder V2 X hyperspeed suddenly stopped working while i was playing arma. At first only tracking didn't work and then mouse stopped working completely. I updated synapse app that made mouse work for few seconds and then it stopped working again. So i uninstalled all razer software and installed newest versions also i checked all the drivers. Tried connecting the mouse via Bluetooth but my pc can't find it i usually use 2.4. And yeah i tried plugging the 2.4 dongle in a different port. Dongle itself is recognized by windows in device manager and i get a dound when i plug it in

Hello, I’m having issues with TPM 2.0 attestation error messages when attempting to play Call of Duty Warzone and ranked play since Friday. Last successfully played on Thursday. I can’t see what  could have changed, unless there is a stricter version of TPM implemented in the game. I have been unsuccessful with all my attempts:-Update customer firmware and installed latest bios: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14657-Windows up to date-Reset TPM activation keys with tpm.msc command (had to re log/setup all my MS services again)-Reinstalled the game Still the TPM error message issue persists. TPM 2.0 is active. Is there a new BIOS update required here, or  TPM specific update? I see TPM updates for other models, but nothing for the Blade 15” 2023 model listed in the title.Thanks

I received this mouse for Christmas last year. About a month ago the mouse stopped working. I rebooted all drivers and did clear install. It works fine wired but wireless, it goes to sleep after about 4 seconds. I decided to plug it into a different computer to see if the issue would continue. Same thing the mouse kept cutting off. Is there a warranty or some way to get this fixed.

 just purchased the gengar kitty headset and the gengar mouse but i cant find any proof of purchase besides my ups notifactions and the money leaving my bank and cant get through to a human agent to help me 

I cannot select any of my macros except the 2026 ones in this picture. The rest seem to be “squashed” above those two, however if I click on that little gap above those 2026 ones it just becomes a blank line, and choosing delete macro gives a yes/no prompt but choosing yes doesnt change anything. I uninstalled synapse 4, deleted leftover files in programdata, appdata, and program files, reinstalled, re-logged in and its still occuring. Please help I dont know how to fix.
