Camera not working, led is blinking green
Hello, the camera on my Blade 15 Base Model (2020) doesn't work and has not worked except for a few times since I have bought it. The LED next to the camera is blinking green. With each green light coming up the camera app is refreshing. Also, device manager is refreshing with every blinking green light.I have once got the error: 0xa00f42a0 scene switch failedBut other than that, it doesn't give me any error, just keeps retrying.I have had this issue since Windows 10 and its first week of purchase. I am currently running Windows 11 (Education) 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1344)I have tried enabling, disabling, uninstalling the driver, changing app permissions and camera privacy settings and have not got any success with none of them.
7.1 and site problems
I would like to start by saying that more than 24 hours have passed since the registration on razer id, and the activation code has not yet arrived. I tried to get through the site, but when I enter the serial number, there is some kind of site conflict. My registered headphones are shown to me, but then I am asked to register them again, and when I fill in the fields again, I am told that they are already registered. Because of this, I can neither contact support nor get the code...
Razer Blade 18 with 13980HX and 64 GB
On the At a Glance Page for the Razer Blade 18 they list a 4090 config with 64 GB of RAM and a 13980HX CPU. Is there any word on when this configuration will become available? Sometime in March? I don’t really want to order the 32GB config since it has 2 x 1TB drives and no open NVME slots, along with the lower RAM that would just get wasted.

Razer Naga V2 Pro Profile issues
Hello, I’ve been trying to find a solution for my Razer Naga V2 Pro but it’s getting to the point of me just spending hours and hours trying to fix it. I am unable to use/load any profiles besides my default profile while I have to restart razer synapse over and over again to even get the default one to work “properly”. It keeps getting stuck in an endless loading motion and nothing happens.I can’t even reset it with the “factory reset” option on the top right cogwheel since that option is also constantly stuck loading. My basilisk v3 works perfectly fine and swaps thte profiles within 1-2secs.I’ve restarted my PC multiple times, unplugged, uninstalled synapse, restarted, uninstalled the mouse in device managers, updated the firmware and yada yada yada.I actually start to believe the mouse is defect or does/did anyone else a similar issue. I need help :(
Can I have keys change color when I switch keymaps
Hello. I have different profiles. I want to know which profile is used but due to some problems i can't see 3 leds on right. I want to change the color of the entire keypad.Keypad: tartarus pro v2Software razer synapse 18.104.22.16813 May be a solution: change profiles instead of keymaps. You can set different profile colors. DON’T TELL ME ABOUT IT. I WANT TO USE MY DEVICE.
Razer Orochi V2 USB not working
My mouse works on bluetooth, so the mouse is working fine. Near perfect condition, because i take care of the mouse and am never harsh with it. Been having this issue for about 6 months, and I haven’t requested help because it works fine on bluetooth. On the support website, they suggest updating drivers, reinstalling synapse, etc., and none of the solutions work. The razer team cannot and will not help me. Anyone have any other suggestions than the ones listed on the website?
Razer Cortex help
So i have been using razer cortex for about a week then all of a sudden it opens normally just fine but then the program itself goes dark i cannot see anything the progam is open and running the task manger says its running and is responding nothing wrong here. but other than that i dont know what to do. oh i did a clean install but after it opens it still goes dark just the program goes dark not my screen or anything else. its just so weird that when i open it i see everything just fine but like 3 seconds later the program just turns into a dark or black screen. any advice on this issue would be welcome thank you...
Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Replacement
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Can't click taskbar when Razer Synapse is installed.
When I install Razer Synapse on any PC, whether Windows 10 or Windows 11, I am no longer able to click on items on the Windows task bar. I can’t click the start button or change focus of opened applications, clicks don’t seem to register when clicking anything on the task bar. If I press the windows button, the start menu does open, and if I press ALT-TAB, I can still change focus of apps, so windows is not frozen; it’s just clicking anything on the task bar that is the issue. If I uninstall Synapse, the problem goes away. I can reproduce this at will on multiple PCs. I can’t imagine I”m the only person with this problem, yet I don’t see much about it here, but I do see other complaints when searching the web with no solution. This is rendering my $300 keyboard useless since I can’t install the software required to actually use it. And no, I did not create any macros or change any settings to cause this.
A question about a commercial invoice.
Hi. I recently ordered a headset from Canada with free shipping and got it today. And I found a commercial invoice in a plastic bag on the parcel. The invoice says something about Invoice subtotal, Freight costs, accessorial costs, and so on. I don't normally see this invoice document when I order from Canada Amazon. Can someone clarify that the cost on the invoice is not something that I have to pay? I paid the product price and local taxes at the checkout. Thanks.

Hey!Hope you’re well!I missed the first drop of the signature edition, but I haven’t been able to find any credible information as to when or if a 2nd drop will occur. I’ve tried Googling around and was thinking about writing to support, but it mostly seemed to be oriented towards products warranties and spare parts, not questions about new products - my apologies if I misread.I have health issues with my hands, which are also on the smaller side, based on everything I’ve read about the specs this seems to be the mouse I could use without pain, so I’d love to know if I can expect it anytime within the next few months so I can save up the money or if I should look for an alternative option.Any knowledge is appreciated, thank you for reading :) I hope you have an awesome day ahead!
Razer Nari Ultimate rapidly disconnecting
Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
HELP Hyperpolling wireless
I bought a wireless hyperpolling mouse for my deathadder v3 pro mouse, I plug the original cable that came with the mouse into hyperpolling and it doesn't light up. It appears identified in synapse 3 as soon as I connect the cable, but when I click to locate my mouse, which is also normally identified by synapse 3, it does not locate the mouse. Can someone help me?
Opus Factory Reset - How long does it take?
Hello! My Opus headset was stuck on a solid green light, but otherwise not functioning for 2 days. So, I let the battery go dead and clicked the key combination for a reset (power + volume buttons). The headset responded with a red, flashing light and has been stuck in this mode for several hours. Has this happened to anyone else? What do you recommend? Thank you!
