Hello, my email [removed by moderator] .my telegram (hinatashoe2) I encountered a problem when buying headphones, my serial number was registered, I printed the headphones after purchase yesterday, October 19th, what should I do? I can't register the device and I can't turn on 7.1 because I can't register the headphones, please help me (I'll be grateful (I bought the headphones from an online store)

So I finally saved enough where I'm comfortable spending some money on myself so I went to the page to buy the earbuds but they're out of stock. will they ever be in stock again?

Dear Razer Support / Razer Community,I am reaching out to see if anyone has found a solution for a critical issue with the Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition (Model RZ01-0341).Following a recent firmware/Synapse update, the mouse completely stopped functioning. When plugged into a PC, it is no longer recognized as a pointing device, but instead mounts as a drive named "CRP DISABLD". From what I understand, this indicates that the onboard microcontroller's firmware became corrupted during the update, putting the mouse into bootloader mode.I purchased this premium mouse in February 2023. Since it is now outside the official warranty window, I am not requesting a hardware replacement or an RMA. However, because this brick was caused directly by the official software update process rather than physical wear and tear, it would be a shame to discard a perfectly fine piece of hardware.Therefore, I would appreciate it if this ticket could be escalated to Level 2 Technical Support if necessary, to

Hey Support and Community, my Naga just “died” today. It suddenly stopped working and only got recognized as a USB-hard drive with a firmware.bin inside.As far as I’ve read from other manufacturers apparently you need to hard reset the device (press LMB+RMB+SWB while plugging in with Razer Mouses) and giving the mouse a new/working firmware.bin file.I tried the aforementioned reset but seemingly did nothing, but I'm still missing the File. Maybe you can help me out.I also made a Ticket and wrote a PM to razer.sushi.boi hoping something helps me faster. @.@ SincerelyMaxi

My Viper V3 Pro disconnects occasionally when using the original cable, and the clicks stop working every time I start my PC—only to start working again out of nowhere. Right now, the mouse clicks aren't responding at all.

I have been using my razer naga lefthanded (Model RZ01-0341) for some time now.but suddenly, after unplugging it and replugging it to my pc, it does no longer work.the pc recognizes a new usb device called “CRP DISABLD” and the “profile” led at the bottom of the mouse is shining in a white-greenish light.other than that, there is no life-sign of the mouse.razer synapse is not recognizing any device. complete reinstallation of synapse did not help either. connecting the mouse to another pc shows the same usb device. please, what do I need to do to get my mouse working again?

Hello! My Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro suddenly stopped working in both wired and wireless modes. The wireless dongle stopped lighting up, and the mouse stopped responding. Windows detects the mouse as “Razer Bootloader”. I ran the official firmware updater (v1.21.00_r1). The dongle update completed, but the mouse update reaches 100% and automatically starts over. After reconnecting the mouse as requested, the updater reports a connection error. The mouse keeps reconnecting as Razer Bootloader and never appears as a normal mouse. The device was working normally the previous day. 

Hello I have delicate problem. My new mouse Basilisk v4 pro. I am able to assign 'perfect 180' to any button but after few about minute this assigned button stop working.. Only solution is to turn off mouse and on again then its again work for minute ... Also when its stop working ... If I press same time right mouse button, and Small button on left mouse button with one of the side button AI prompt will pop in.. I know it sounds weird but that is what is happening... If i turn off mouse and then on.. AI prompt wont pop in after pressing these 3 buttons. And Perfect 180 is working... (for minute) Any ide4a what is going on?

Hello Razer Support,A few days ago I purchased a new Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition Quartz mouse. For some reason it is not detected in Razer Synapse 4 or Synapse 3. In Device Manager it also appears simply as “HID-compliant mouse”.I have already tried multiple reinstalls of Razer Synapse and the mouse drivers, but it still shows up the same way in Device Manager. When I try to register the mouse, the system cannot find it by serial number. I’m not sure whether I should post the serial number here, but I can provide all the necessary details privately if needed.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thank you.

Hallo Community,eigentlich habe ich mir gerade ein Razer Blade zugelegt, weil ich mich in die Videobearbeitung einfuchsen möchte. Das Razer Blade ist wirklich umwerfend, ich bin schwer beeindruckt - tolles Gerät !!! Jetzt scheiter`’ ich aber schon bei der Durchsicht meiner Videos, da viele in AC3 Audio vorliegen und dieses nicht abgespielt wird…!!!Ich brauche Hilfe - was kann ich machen? Oder habe ich etwas übersehen!?

The box was sealed, but the product registration page says that the product has already been registered.There was also no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code inside the box.I did not register this product before. My keyboard randomly started flashing random keys in a random order while the rest are blacked out. It then takes no keyboard inputs, and sometimes when I press a key it lights up the rest of the keyboard green. Still with no inputs, firmware up to date, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, unplugged and plugged in, restarted and shut down device. Nothing has worked.

My Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz will be working normally then the keys will just freeze and stop working, then start working again is there a fix to this ?

I purchased a $150.00 Razer gold card just to get notifications that the pin was already used and I want a refund for it. Here is my proof Please investigate and get to the bottom of this 

I purchased this through Amazon and was setting it up with:Thermaltake SFX 850W PSU with ATX bracketRadeon Gigabyte RX 9070 XT 16GB When I put everything together. Fan spins slightly once, then nothing happens. Eventually when I turn it off, the fan spins slightly again.  Thought it might be the PSU, but I have another known good PSU and I get the same behavior with that. I removed the GPU and same thing happens with both PSU’s; fan spins slightly then stops. Anything else worth trying before Amazon exchange/refund? Well within exchange window.

I’m trying to re pair my mouse after the dongle broke, so I got a new one. However when I connect my mouse with the wire, the computer does not recognize it. Despite this, the lights on the mouse turn on. Last night (before I had the new dongle) I tried the trick where you have the cord pulled out slightly and it recognized the mouse for a while but it stopped working after an hour or so, and I haven’t been able to replicate it since. I don’t know if there’s anything else i can try or if i just need a new mouse.
