Hi how do you fix the volume too low on this headset . too quiet on stereo mode . 

Hello everyone,About a month ago, I purchased Razer’s Barracuda X Chroma headset. However, I can’t activate either 7.1 or THX audio in any way. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling all related software multiple times, but they still don’t work. The applications open, but the options remain greyed out, and they don’t appear in the sound devices list either.I’ve already tried all the recommended troubleshooting methods, but none of them worked. All my drivers and Windows are up to date with the latest versions. I’m about to return the headset at this point. When I test it in 7.1 sound tests, it’s clear that it doesn’t work — it only functions in stereo mode, meaning I only get sound from the left and right channels.Please, someone help me with this. I’ve had my Razer Kaira headset since May 2023, and it’s been working fine connected to my PS5 and my Razer laptop. However, I recently got a PC, and while the sound quality is good, my PC will not recognize it as a headset -- and consequently doesn’t register that there is a mic.I’ve tried every trouble shooting option I’ve seen even mentioned. I went into my Windows 11 settings and messed around -- but no input devices were detected. I downloaded Razer Synapse and registered my device, and nothing showed up. I went into the Realtek Audio Console to try and change it from a ‘headphone’ to a ‘headset’ there, but didn’t get the option. I went into Control Panel and Device Manager and updated drives, removed and readded the device, etc. Nothing seems to be working.Because it’s already a wired device and doesn’t have bluetooth capabilities, I don’t think an adapter is a solution. But I don’t know why it works on my laptop and not on my PC.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hello my friendi have issue with my blackshark v2x it works very well the mic and the speakers but when i switch to speaker's 7.1 as a default out put in windows and the select my headphone in 7.1 app there is no sound i have check the frequency of both 7.1 speakers and headset in control panel in sound advance they both are 4.800 hz 16 bit and also i check 24 bit 4.800 hz and even 4.4100 hzbut no sound at all Also in control panel it is showing that speaker 7.1 is working with the volume bar in front but there is no sound please kindly help me

Is it possible to update the firmware on my naga hyperspeed without bluetooth? Cannot get my bluetooth to work atm.

I hard reset it and now it wont type but flashes rgb lights and is still detected by synapse!!!

I lost my dongle, and I can’t find an official way to buy a new one. I’ve been using a bluetooth thing in the meantime and it sucks. Please help!

I've been using Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse for couple of months and lately when I try to use scroll wheel it started to jump up and down. Its happening in all browsers and games. If I try to scroll down the direction in the application I am using at the time will jumps  up then 1 down (and vice versa) chaotically.As per the razer support article for this issue I have done all the following to no avail -Tested in another USB socket. Checked the firmware. Windows and nvidia driver are already upto date. Used a hand blower that I use for blowing out dust from inside the PC, on the gaps between and around the wheel. I dont run Synapse or any other Razor related bloatware in the background - its a mouse.As an engineer, this to me ‘looks and feels’ like a sensor error on the mouse, I did post aanother thread for this issue but its not longer visible?! 

Can anyone say this model works or not wrt lighting i.e. has any basic lighting effect?. I  have synaps e 4 installed.

I made a reddit post about my Razer Blade’s issue, I’d like to ask an older BIOS file to downgrade my BIOS to check if that causes the issue or not. I literally checked every possible solution to find the what causes the poor performance issue, and my conclusion come to this:Guess 1: The Bios update was published with a bug, what made the VRM to work bad. In that case I think the VRM has no hardware damage, but the bios firmware is containg wrong values what makes the system work completely bad.Guess 2: The BIOS update contained wrong values what made the razer blades to work with incorrect voltage, watt and clock speed values and in a longer period it decalibrated somehow the VRM chip.Please, i beg to get me an older BIOS file.My Bios version is 2.06 now (need older than that.)My Blade is a Blade 15 (2022) RZ09-0421https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1hnjqv2/razer_blade_15_2022_power_throttling_i_need_help

Hello,I’m having a problem with my Razer devices. I recently got the Razer Kraken V3 headset, and when I first connected it to my PC, there was no sound. I managed to fix the sound issue, but now the my main microphone doesn’t work anymore.Another problem is that when I open the Razer software, it starts for a few seconds and then immediately closes. I’ve tried many methods to fix this, but nothing has helped.I’m currently using a Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed mouse and a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard, and everything worked perfectly before I started using the headset. Now, after connecting the Kraken V3, these issues started happening.Could you please help me resolve this?Thank you.

im not able to update my  Razer Kraken V3 Pro not updating during firmware stage from dongle version 1.0.6.00 to 1.10.00   iv tried every usb port on my computer when un plugging and plugging it back in and it still refuses to update. the update button is greyed out as well.  also the update fails after 2 mins upon plugging the dongle back in the usb port. how is their no ops to download this new dongle  version when the update keeps failing or refusing to even update. this the second post iv seen and it being completely ignored and not fixed. i can not find any sulution on fixing this.

Aa in many blogs asked, im not able to update the razer kraken v3 pro, what to do?

Just wanted to check if everyone else is still having V3 Pro wireless disconnects even after numerous software updates. Its absurd to sell a controller for $200 that doesn’t function as intended. Will work flawlessly for hours then poof, random disconnects, latency, the works.  Hopefully this doesn’t instantly get closed to “cUrB dIScUSSiOn tO Pm” so we can actually talk about it without Razer shutting it down. 

Please update Synapse (version 3), to switch profiles when adding bf6.exe to profiles. It didn’t work under BF6 Beta and it doesn’t work now, that BF6 BR (Free version) arrived. I cannot setup my keyboard profile to swap when BF6.exe is active. Thanks in advance!Regards,H0PE

Hi,My Razer Viper Ultimate wireless dongle suddenly stopped working. It began randomly disconnecting and reconnecting every second, as if it were constantly being unplugged and replugged. The issue is continuous and makes the mouse unusable.Is there anything I can do to fix this, and is this a known issue?Additionally, I haven’t been able to find a replacement dongle in my region. Could you please provide the exact part number for the Razer Viper Ultimate dongle and advise where I can purchase a compatible replacement?Thank you,

Deathadder V2 Pro - Bluetooth will not pair. It was previously connected to this PC but stopped responding. In an an attempt to reset it I had the PC ‘forget’ the mouse but now it won’t even recognize it exists in the bluetooth pairing menu. I’ve tried factory resetting the mouse repeatedly to no avail. The mouse works with the corded usb but I’d like to use bluetooth again. The mouse appears to be in pairing mode (slow blue flashing light after pressing and holding two side and up buttons) but it isn’t doing anything.

Hi,i noticed that my barracuda x (2022) are turning off after one minute without sound played on them. I’ve changed auto standby in app to 30 min/one hour/never and nothing helped. Also sometimes i have issue with connecting them to PC. Green dot is showing connection, but there is no sound. Have to unplug and plug dongle to usb to make it working. Is there any solution for that (espacially with first problem - it very annoying when i cant stop music just for minute cause headset is turning off without any voice or notification)?Win 11EDIT: Just connected headset to mobile via hyperspeed only (no bluetooth). Headset didnt turn off even without any sound played. That’s pointing for issue in driver/windows configuration/BIOS. Gonna make linux pendrive, try to change something in drivers and will try to answer.

I got an Racer Barracuda X. From one day to another, I couldnt connect it to  my pc with the USB dongle. I tried updating everything, PC and Razer software, but when connecting the PC tells me he couldnt read the device. The same happens on different Computers. The headset is perfectly working with  bluetooth tho, but with much worse audio quality, so looks like there is a problem with the dongle specifically
