I have a problem with my razer blackwidow v3 hyperspeed mini keyboard,well when i type with it most of the time keys enter input more than once per tap (Example: when i type "e" it comes out like "eeeeee") and its not with one key its for lots of keys on upper side of whole keyboard its brand new nothing spilled on it i clean it regularly and check for updates every day.  Can someone help me?

So I’ve been using the Razer Viper V2 Pro for quite some time (As of Oct 26, 2025) And then, all of a sudden, out of no where it just stopped working when I was using my PC, playing some CS2. What? How does this even happen? I was using it wireless, but when I plug it in wired and device manager says that nothing has been plugged in, nor any system connecting noises play on my Windows 11 system. I held the power button for at least 3 seconds, 10 seconds, and 15 seconds, and nothing was showing up on the light just below the scroll wheel. I also tried the other methods as I dug through other forums and found that plugging it into a wall outlet for at least 30 minutes will do something, but nope! Still no power and it’s like the controller inside it just… died. Why does this just happen? I’ve even uploaded proof of purchase to my account and would like something in return for an item that has been less than a month old. 

So i recently took the keys off and cleaned the board and put them all back together but now when i plugged the keyboard back into my laptop it has completely shut off and wont work. so I am at a loss on what to do someone please help. the keyboard is BLACKOUT  V4 X

Hi I lost my dongle for the viper v3, when I got the box. Could I replace it another one? I have the box and everything.

I have had NUMEROUS issues with this. I have even gone through Razer Support and gotten the same model keyboard replaced through the warranty department because I thought it was a product malfunction. I have had this issue for more than a year. It happened so many times with the last keyboard that unplugging and plugging the keyboard back in caused the keyboard lightning to blink constantly and become 100% unresponsive.I don’t know what else to do. It happens with the new keyboard too and the only thing that fixes it seems to be unplugging it and plugging it back in (which will ultimately cause it to break again).I have:Turned OFF Dynamic Lighting in Windows Turned off ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ for all Root Hub USB 3.0 under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. is there a way i can buy new optical switches for my huntsman v2? some of mine are getting sticky (spilled beverage), ive tried cleaning them but they don’t come out right unless i pull them all the way apart. id rather stick with OEM parts instead of trying to find a 3rd party part, anyone know how to get some of these?

Can anybody confirm what the polling rate is for the raiju v3 when connected to the ps5 through usb the site says its only.250hz when wireless but 2000 hz on pc surely for a 200 pound controller its a 1000hz on the ps5 using usb like the edge is can anyone confirm whats what thanks

When I unplug my Razer Kraken V4 headset, YouTube freezes and does not load. My other problem is that the sound is better with a wired connection.

Does the blackshark v2 pro xbox usb option on the dongle connect to Playstation 5? 

I have bought these headphones recently, connected everything up, read the manual a few times, make an razer id, got an account made. Later this day when I went to use them and listen to some music I noticed I couldn’t hear anything from the right side of the headphones only the left, I have spent a few hours researching various pages and couldn’t find anything that helped. The only thing I noticed when I plugged the cables in the case it came out of both sides, but when I plugged them in the motherboard it only produced sounds from the left side, It might have been the connector that comes with the headphones. If anyone knows anything about this I would realy appriciate it. My Viper mini mice got disconnected when i was writing an essay it didnt light up but the  red sensor still shows up. I checked my device manager it doesnt show my mouse there. I havent experienced this to any of my mouse therefore it was my first time if anyone experienced the same problem as i do please tell me how you solve it Thank you in advancei tried uninstalling drivers and a lot of things but, it still does not work, my serial number is 632035H14901159 

Three of the five legs have all split at their welds and are causing the chair to lean an odd direction

I have had my Iskur XL for about 2.5 years now. Over the past few months, I realized that the chair leans to the left when I sit in it and it's getting worse. The left side is lower than the right by about 1/2 inch which doesn't seem like much but it means my arm rests don't line up with my desk and is starting to cause wrist issues.  Does anyone know what I can do to try and fix this? Again, it's only when I sit in it, otherwise it's level (yes, I tested this with a level) 

Hello everyone since razer automatic software update + automatic firmware update, my lighting dont work. only generic lighting(cnaging one color at time). if i start razer sofware keyboard start blinking and cant fix. i find new firmware update but update dont wont to start, i believe because now keyborad have one error in device manager(USB input device). Keyboard is out of warranty, and i hope that this problem can be solved somehow Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,I'm hoping someone in the community can help with a frustrating Bluetooth issue on my BlackWidow V3 Pro. The keyboard has suddenly developed a problem where it can no longer maintain a Bluetooth connection.The ProblemThe keyboard enters a "pairing loop" and won't finalize the connection. Here is the exact sequence of events: I press Fn+1 (or 2/3) to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light above the arrow keys blinks, as expected. My laptop, PC, or tablet sees the keyboard. I click "Pair" on my device, and the device reports that it is "Connected" to the BlackWidow V3 Pro. However, the keyboard itself keeps blinking as if it's still searching for a connection. The keyboard works for about 2-3 minutes while it's blinking. After this time, the blinking stops, and the keyboard immediately disconnects from my device. So i have been using this mouse for about 8 months, and recently the scroll wheel has been jumping, either not scrolling down, scrolling up instead of down, and vice versa. I tried blowing air into it, reseting the software, updating firmware, reseting the mouse, and even plugged into another computer and the problem persisted, at this point it has gotten so bad that the scroll wheel is practically unusable
