Is there any problem if I use the headphones in dongle mode while charging them, or will it damage the battery?

You locked the thread… I wanted to buy a laptop with  PayPal credit, it has nothing to do with Razer gold. Is it possible to purchase a laptop on PayPal credit ? It doesn’t show up anymore

My Razer hammerhead gen2 earbuds just shipped, and despite the case being fully charged, the earbuds don't appear to turn on. Any fixes recommended?

I plug the dongle into my Ps5 and after about 20 seconds it just disconnects and every time I try to unplug and plug back in the dongle it keeps just disconnecting how do I fix this?

I have a razer hyperspeed and lost the usb dongle. I bought a new one from razer, downloaded the the app to pair, follow the procedure (press the 3 buttons etc.) every time the pairing fails...any advice?

I was told we could use PayPal credit but it doesn’t give me the option ? Is it still possible ? 

Keyboard worked fine for 4 days and suddenly stoped working. I left it in bluetooth mode and I left home for a few hours. When I returned, the keyboard was not waking up. My guess was that battery ran out,  so I’ve connected cable and set switch to wired, but still keyboard was not working and PC not finding it (same for Synapse 4). I’ve tried:to connect it directly to PC, not by USB hub to connect it to other PC to charge it for few hours to click FN + ESC to click ESC + Caps Lock + Space like it is shown hereAnd nothing worked. Is there some way to do a hard reset? Or is the keyboard dead and needs to be sent back under warranty?

Hello, I bought a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset in about a year ago and since then, I had minor/major popping sound problems. Whenever I started a song, it would make a popping sound first and play the song. Whenever there were pauses in sound it would make a popping sound. And weirdly, it would just make popping sounds out of nowhere while playing a game and watching videos too. Is there a way I can fix this issue? I am concerned if a software is causing this problem or if this is a physical problem and needs to get repaired.

So, I bought the headset in target and I tried to connect it to my pc with a mic splitter since I did not come with one and I can hear audio but I cannot use my mic I've tried everything like watching tutorials and going to control panel sound and have found no resolve please help.

Moments after turning on the Camere Kiyo Pro Ultra it turns itselve off. Also in the synapse software. To get my computer to find the camera 1: I have to unplug the camera from the computer.2: Restart the computer.3: Plug the camera back in.4: Open Razer Synapse and reselect the Kiyo Pro.5: Turn off Razer Synapse. Moments later the camera turns off. The newest firmware is installed. (*Removed the serial and product number for security purposes)

I have been experiencing intermittent disconnects when using my Razer Kiyo Pro webcam with different software. I have used it previously with OBS for hours with no issues, however I’m consistently seeing issues with both Zoom and Gather meetings. The camera will work well for about 20 minutes or so, at which point it just disconnects. While disconnected it doesn’t show in Razer Synapse or in my Windows settings. It hasn't been a full year since I bought the Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse, and I'm using it wirelessly. Even though it's fully charged, I've been experiencing an issue that seems to be related to the mouse itself — not connected to any application or game. While the mouse is on and supposedly working, it stops responding and doesn't move for about 10 seconds. I play CS professionally, so this is a major problem for me. Please find a solution to this issue and get back to me via email. Thank you.Also, this issue is not related to the USB connection, as there is no notification or indication of a driver being disconnected — the mouse simply stops moving and starts working again after 10 seconds.

My question is simple yet important. Does anyone know if Razer has quality control such as to inspect specs and ROPS of their cards and products before shipping them out? My blade 18 supposedly arrives on Monday but I'm terrified after this long wait and investment to find missing ROPS which is essentially a defective system.

Same as others who are experiencing my razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed just instantly slowly drifting upper left, and there is no response from it, even left click or right click (like one out of 10x it responses). I bought this one last Feb 2022, so its a 2 year old mouse, but based on the post, many are experiecning the same issue instantly. Is this a software defect? Even tried to put it on another pc/laptop with no synapse, but still has the same issue. Anyone has a resolution for this? I totally love this mouse and I am even planning to buy another one but if it is the same issue i would hold it off, even thinking of getting the wired version but I am already having doubts with razer quality. Please help.

My mouse, as listed in the title, is slowly drifting across my screen and doesn’t respond to ANY inputs.
