Razer Support

I have a Windows 11 PC with a Soundblaster Audigy rx card installed.  I recently purchase Razer Nommo V2 speakers but they only have a usb connector.  How can I connect the speakers to the pc through the soundcard?

The Gamepad app isn’t available on the google play, I tried somewhere else but my phone always recognize it as a virus. So I’m asking if there is a place where I can safely download it or if it is normal that my phone strongly suggest me to erease the app (I’ve downloaded other app othside the store, but it is the first time that the phone recognise one as a virus)

Bt was working just fine but all of a sudden it stopped, i dont have the button anymore and if i try to connect manually from settings it says “Couldnt connect” I’ve tried different solutions from youtube and even Microsoft support took remote access of my laptop to check the issue and they told me i need to the manufacturer (Razer) for the BT driver Does anyone know what to do or how to get help to he resolve the issue? 

I'm mid move and need to change the address of delivery for a pre-ordered item. Can't find a way to change address and can't find a support phone number. Any ideas?

I am very grateful for the integration of the V3 Tournament Edition to Synapse. The previous software was terrible. I appreciate being able to switch profiles with a 2-button combo instead of having to open the software. I appreciate being able to adjust settings within 1000 hz PC mode instead of having to switch back and forth.The one feature that now seems to be missing (please correct me if I’m wrong) is the ability to have more than 4 mapping profiles. I could still use the old software to move them to and from the on-boarded ones, but that is a very glitchy process currently.Is there a menu I’m missing somewhere in Synapse to create additional profiles?Thank you.

Hello guys! Im trying to change button 5 to “Sensitivity stage down (or up” but when i click button 5 it cycles backwards, surfing the web etc. What i want is:Program any button on the mice so i can change DPI while im in game.Im using  Razer Synapse, tried to re-install but nothing   helps.Thanks )Matt

From time to time, I hear a double beep and the connection suddenly drops.I’ve tried everything I could, including Razer’s official recommendations as well as suggestions from other posts, but nothing has worked so far.Unfortunately, Razer.Aero has not responded to my private message.I really hope someone can help me with this.

Hello, My Blackwidow V4 mini hyperspeed turns on the caps lock button and then I cannot turn it off. I am unable to use it because it writes everything in all Caps.Occasionally it will turn off the caps button on its own without me trying to turn it off but then it will go back on.How do I fix this? Do I have a defective product? 

I'm asking if there is anything that can be done. My order went from 19 September to 15 October to ship. I'm a 100% Disabled Vet and I haven't been able to do anything at my computer in about 3 months due to chronic back pain. Plus, I hadn't really been able to do much before that either. I was really hoping for this chair as it its the only one I have found that has the adjustable lumbar and a reclining function, within my budget at least.I am in constant pain and the only relief I get is when I recline. I was thinking on the chair when I missed the sale but if it helps me at least get back to doing somethings other than watching TV I'd gladly pay full price for it. I've tried to find support on this but can't except here on the forums. Is there any way at all to recieve this sooner? V/R,Mike H.     

My Razer Viper V3 pro’s left click isn’t working anymore. I updated the firmware and my windows 10 is up to date but still the left click does not work. Everything else works normally

So the day before yesterday (9/11/25) the wheel was perfectly normal, it was intact changing the volume with it spinning up and down. But then as of yesterday (9/12/25) the keyboard made a popping noise which turned out to be the wheel, I inspected it and it was just loose. Turning it upside down made the wheel itself become displaced and then just fall out.  Been trying to find anyone with similar issues but so far no one has had this problem and I don’t know how to fix it.

i was reading up on a 5 month old post abt the same issue but it was taken to pms and i was wondering what happened with whether or not this falls under the 2 year warranty. I’ve had this headset only since last christmas and have taken good care of it with only minimal damage to the head pad showing up recently, and now falling halfway off from wearing it. Hoping someone can lmk if thats under the exclusions or not bc im not sure !!

I got the mouse and synapse wont even load the mouse, in device mananger it show and goes away . i tried everything i read on forums and nothing happend , mouse i new new

Anyone know how to fix this? Just started happening, when I click Mouse 4, sometimes it will double click. This is causing me significant problems in multiple applications. How can i fix this? Thanks! 

I purchased the razer blackshark v2 x from amazon on the 13th of this month. When I went to activate 7.1 surround sound, the razer program said device was already registered. Any prompt help would be appreciated. 

I've had this head set for awhile and have always had this issue. The headset works perfectly fine on my PC, switch, PS5 and Galaxy s24+ but the moment I use it on my Galaxy tab a9+ in discord it doesn't work but it works when watching YouTube videos. It literally only discord work on discord. Is there a fix or anything?

I received Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for my birthday. Unfortunately, while scratching off the card for the activation code, I smudged three characters and now I can't read the code. Please help.   

I’ve been experiencing unusually high keyboard latency averaging 100ms 37Hz on both my laptop keyboard and my Razer Huntsman Mini. The Razer Synapse software doesn’t show an option to change the polling rate for the keyboard either. I’ve tried reinstalling and doesn’t seem to fix it.  

I have a Barracuda Chrome headset. Never drop and everyday used. I saw something in the headset of mine. small crack. I’m not sure that's small or med cracks.
