Hello,I have an older product from your company that was purchased and then stored away for quite some time. I am now using it, it is a pair of Razer Kraken X Lite headphones, but I cannot register it on the website and use the 7.1 Surround sound app. I have serial code, P/N code and 7.1 SS code.Best regards,Pavel Panov

My serial number for my Viper Mini says it’s not in the database. I need to create a warranty claim for it but I can’t do it without the number working first. Can anyone help?

 bought Kaira X headphones and registered the product on the Razer website but until now i have not receive the 7.1 sound activation code. The only thing I received was an email confirming my successful product registration. My email is : ngothieukhang@gmail.com. I also tried going to this link to request a new code: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index. the system said “A copy of the activation code was sent to X” But still not received the code . Can you guy check for me? Thank you very much and merry 

Hi - The refurbished laptop site is loading blank, I’ve checked about 20 times in the last few months and it’s empty. Is it because I’m a US customer? Is this expected?

Hello!I have recently ran into a major issue with my Leviathan V2 X soundbar: the Chroma RGB lighting has stopped working. Audio still works fine, but absolutely no lighting, not even on the startup & shutdown sequences. This soundbar is always plugged directly into my PC’s motherboard USB-C slot for power & audio, I do not use the Bluetooth mode.What can I do to fix this? I have already submitted a support ticket with Razer directly, but I thought I would ask here for advice as well.

I switched from the scuf envision pro to the wolverine v3 tournament edition controller for Fortnite. I play confirm edit on release which requires persistent use of the R2 trigger. I’ve noticed that when confirming my edits on the controller it bugs out and is very inconsistent, I’ve seen that other people with the tournament edition are also reporting the same issue however I’ve seen no reports from the people with the pro controllers and wanting to know if it may be a firmware issue or a manufacturing issue. 

Hey there,My headset ran out of battery so I charged it over night. After disconnecting the cable I was not able to turn on the headset anymore. It just worked with connecting it to my PC via cable. The light is always constant red since then. When I disconnect the cable it says “power off”. After two days, the audio started to turn off completly from time to time. It worked again by plugging it out and in again. That kept happening over and over again.I tried to update the firmware from 1.4.2 to the new 1.7.0. Now it kinda works … the blackouts stopped but the sound is barely to hear and Synapse does not recognize the headset anymore. I also still can not turn on the headset on while whireless. Is the headset just broken or is there something I can do to fix it? Thank you very much for any kind of help. 

Got a new Basilisk V3 Pro (using wireless not Bluetooth) and about 80% of the time I unlock my PC the mouse fails to reconnect to Synapse. Any solutions?

Hello!My question is that the Playstation version of the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro is fully compatible with the pc software just like the PC version of the headset?

I seem to have misplaced the detachable mic for my black Razer Barracuda X headphone. I can’t seem to see any legit replacements online.

I purchased the Razer BlackShark V3, but for some reason, when I connect them, they appear as speakers in my system. However, I’ve seen that for many users they show up as a USB sound card. Because of this, I can’t access the Windows sound settings to disable all the THX effects. Consequently, the sound with THX enabled is absolutely terrible. Windows 11.

Von heute auf morgen funktioniert mien razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed nicht mehr.Als ich heute mein pc gestartet habe und mein headset eingeschaltet habe kam kein ton also headset on wurde nicht gesagt.Ich hörte nur ein rauschen und als ich versuche habe einen ton abzuspielen kam kein ton das rauschen war immer noch da aber das Mikro funktioniert…Nachdem neuen Instalieren von treiber war das Problem immer noch nicht behoben und das rauschen ist noch da ich habe bei Windows die Soundverbesserung ausgemacht doch es bringt nichts.Außerdem habe ich versucht das headset neu zu verbinden was auch nichts gebracht bzw das rauschen ist halt immer noch da und es wird kein n ton abgespielt...

Hello, RC30-0346 USB WIRELESS TRANSCEIVER. I had my usb which connects to my computer syncing my razer headset. Its all all black headset with mic attachment. Can I please receive assistance on getting a replacement part with instructions so that it can be resolved and back to working?

I lost the connection dongle for my headset a while back and have been unable to find a replacement as they don't sell any. Wondering if there is anywhere to acquire a replacement.

Hi, I recently got this new headsets it is the first time I get something from razer and if I have THX Spatial audio active sometimes I get a weird clicking noise… how can I fix this? Should I return the headset ? I would appreciate the help.

My Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset stopped working this morning.When I started my PC and turned on my headset, there was no sound, so it wasn't actually turning on.I only heard static, and when I tried to play a sound, there was still no sound. The static was still there, but the microphone was working.After installing new drivers, the problem persisted, and the static is still there. I've also tried disabling sound enhancement in Windows, but that didn't help.I've also tried reconnecting the headset, but that didn't work either; the static is still there, and no sound is playing.

Hi, I have a Blade 14 for work, bought in August 2022, and the battery is swollen for the past months as i can see the trackpad bending and the clicking is not working. I was wondering if there’s any battery replacement available for it as I have the tools for the replacement.

Hello, all the keys on my blackwidow v4 75% (wired) are not registering anymore, except for Down Arrow and Right Arrow. The issue happened both in Window and in BIOS. I have updated the latest firmware (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20595), tried reinstall window device driver, and tried key combinations to hard reset the device. Sadly nothing works. Please help!

I bought a razer kairo headset for the xbox about 2 weeks ago, been working perfectly fine, and been using it perfectly normally, then one time it died and thought nothing of it and charged it like i’d done previously, but this time it doesn’t charge, nothing comes on, and when i try turn it on, it turns on for a second, then says its dead then dies, ive tried multiple plugs, multiple wires, ive cleaned the port, nothing, so can someone help me please, and dont give me the same old copy and paste answer about its your port, its your battery when it isnt.
