Hi, I recently got this keyboard and heard of all the cool things it can do, I also needed a new keyboard. When I plug it in and test it into a game, it starts acting like it has stick drift. I checked to see if there was a controller function and that was disabled, even tried removing all of the razer software, and updated the keyboard. To no avail, it still drifts somehow in games. I am kind of disappointed in this keyboard at the moment.

Hello, I would like to confirm whether the US version of the Razer Barracuda X supports the Razer Audio mobile application and its features. I purchased a unit claimed to be the US version, but it cannot connect to the Razer Audio app via Bluetooth, while my friend’s genuine Barracuda X connects without issue. Could you please confirm if the US version should be compatible with the Razer Audio app and Bluetooth pairing? I would appreciate it if you could provide a written confirmation for reference. Hi, I have previously had the base plate at the bottom of the seat (Razer Iskur V2XL)replaced on warranty as it had cracked. I am now facing exactly the same problem.How can I get this replaced again and resolved?

I have a Razer Blade 15’’ Advanced Model (RZ09-0421PED3-R341) and the screen simply won’t turn on. First, it just acts weird (occasionally) like a bunch of stripes across the screen. Then stripes across the whole screen like a glitch. Then it simply wont turn on. I dual-booted the laptop so I could switch between my ubuntu installation and the out-of-the-box windows installation. The GRUB page sometimes appears, sometimes it doesn’t i.e. screen still works, only sometimes. Most of the time doesn’t turn on at all. When it does, it’s all weird looking. Anyhow, since it will boot into Linux first, and the GRUB page only sometimes appears, I had to turn the computer on and off a couple of times before I could finally log into the Windows OS.Then I connect to a second screen, and the second screen is recognized as the second screen in the display settings, and connected to the GPU driver. The laptop screen is recognized as the first, connected to Intel Iris Xe Graphics but it says it isn’t

I have a problem with the razer naga v2 pro scroll wheel. 1, there are  false positives that are very annoying when playing CS. Because of this, the weapon changes at the most inappropriate moment2, when I scroll down, it scrolls up, this happens when I want to scroll the wheel exactly 1 trigger.3, when I set the tight wheel movement and place my finger on the wheel itself, applying a slight movement to it, it "jumps" over its original state and gradually scrolls. I would like to know if these are widespread issues or if I am just very "lucky," and if there is a way to fix it.

Hi Guys,Purchased Razer Orichi V2 in Jan this year and it seems to have stopped working over the weekend. It seems like the issue is with the dongle. Steps I have already tried.a. Reinstalled the Razer software and drivers.b. Used the mouse and dongle on other computer and it still keeps on connecting and disconnecting. 3. Changed the batteries twice. Also if the dongle is plugged in my laptop takes a lot of time to boot up. Seems to be an issue with the dongle.I have paired the mouse with BT and it works perfectly fine. My other razer mouse which is almost 2 years old works perfectly on the same PC and Laptop without any issues. Is it possible to RMA and get the dongle? Thanks

I recently purchased a Razer Keyboard that is the special edition of SWTOR keyboard.I’ve wanted it for forever, but couldn’t afford it until now.I plugged it into my laptop and installed razer synapse 2. It said that I needed to restart, so I let it. Then my computer kept getting a blue screen of death stating that there was an issue with my SynTp.sys file. I was not prepared for this situation and spent the day recovering my computer. I wanted to try it again, because; I have wanted this keyboard for forever and it feels so nice.Plugged it in again, installed Synapse 2 again, and then restart when instructed to.Boom, Another BSOD. Thankfully, I thought this might happen, so I had a system restore point to go back to.I desperately want to use this keyboard.Am I the only one crazy enough to use such an old keyboard? So, is there something I can do, to keep my computer from wigging out over SynTp.sys?

I just realized what was going on with the new mapping for the directional thumb pad on the Tartarus Pro after the latest Razer Synapse update.It appears the D-pad's directions are now a one-to-one match with a standard keyboard's arrow keys. This happened immediately after a logitech ghub update. I have reinstalled and deleted every profile with no change. It works until i remap a face button.

I have a razer naga pro v2 mouse, i have it fully charged and when i go wireless its saying its not charged and sometimes comes up as offline, its becoming a pain and its a frequently new mouse (bought this year) and i would like to find a solution before having to waste more money 

Heya so i recently upgraded to Synapse/Chroma 4 because of the discontinuation banner in 3 and i must say worse decission in my life. Heres some issues i really need help with:- Synapse & Chroma dont autostart by setting it in the app i only got it working after forcefully putting the .exe into startup folder- This left me with problem 2 now they start up but they dont do it minimized as they should.- my mamba elite doesnt sync its chroma effect with the rest anymore, its detected fine by both synapse & chroma but it just doesnt work. And if i use a standart wave for example its lagging terribly (the glow is) and dims down to minimum for no reason. - My Blackwidow v4 pro sometimes has issues syncing as well but at least the colors do not lag however it now double types and i cant hold backspace anymore to delete things i have to do singular taps- you cant disabled auto updates on either software anymore… razer if you intent to release broken updates like in the past during syna

Wolverine v3 pro wont be recognize in game as a input. I've tried with dongle and wired. synapse can see controller but games from game pass do not recognize in game. tried multiple games.  Weird part is Fortnite has no issue with controller 

Recently moved to windows 11 after being on windows 10, completely new pc, however in my device manager the microphone is showing an error yet its got the newest driver installed and I cant find where to manually install one for the microphone from razer, any tips? (it still works just showing an error)
