My laptop is locked up so tight, the mouse does not work, keyboard commands are not working, but the keyboard chroma is dancing through colors.  how do you get this thing to unlock. Please Don’t tell me to install updates nor check drivers as that will not unlock this thing now.  it is an 18 from 2023.

Hello, Recently I have noticed 2 things:Battery drains significantly faster than before when mouse is not being used, Turning off the mouse (holding power button for 3 seconds) seemingly does nothing, mouse light doesnt blink like before, just dongle light turns off, while the red light from the sensor (I assume it’s sensor, not sure about that) is still on.While trying to resolve the issues I have also encountered another one, after a deep discharge, battery no longer charges to 100%, but up to 82%. The deep discharge happened 2 or 3 days after fully charging the mouse, which is definetly abnormal since before that mouse would last for me at least a week (I was turning it off every time I was not using it). In attempt to resolve the issues I have tried the following:Firmware update to the newest version Charging via original cable connected to main PC and then laptop Charging for prolonged amount of time (8h+) Razer Synapse reinstall on main PC, then installation on laptop Reset to fa

I looked in the packaging and searched online, but I couldn't find this code. I would like to activate it. my razer kyio pro cant update to 1.5.0.1 firmware and say on update to speak with suport and the camera i need to replugg it to my computer 

I believe I have the first gen of the Pro Type keyboard.  I don’t use it often now due to certain keys register multiple presses/gets repeated even though I only pressed it once.  Anyway, that is just one of the problems I have had with the keyboard.  I just noticed now that the keyboard turns on even when it is switched off.  https://youtube.com/shorts/9SeVGcVbETA?feature=share (I only created the video for proof.)

Hello everyone,I bought a Viper V2 at the same time as a friend and now both mice have the well-known scroll wheel issue. No matter where I look, I find countless reports from other users experiencing the same problem.I’ve already tried everything I can think of to fix it without opening the device: reset, firmware updates, compressed air, etc. Unfortunately nothing has worked. The warranty has also just expired.Does anyone have any further ideas on how to resolve this? It can’t be that a mouse breaks down after just over two years! Thanks a lot for your help!

I have the blackshark  v2 pro headset it works fine I’ve had it for a good bit but I just got the razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse and whenever I plug the usb in my audio gets very staticy and cuts out I updated my drivers and I don’t know what else to do

Hello Razer Support,I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer connects to its original dongle (Model No: RC30-026902, Rev. BV2P).The dongle shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port, and it is no longer recognized by Windows Device Manager. I’ve also tested it on another computer with no success.I have tried updating the firmware using the official Razer Firmware Updater for RZ04-03220, but the dongle is not detected at all by the updater.Because the dongle has no physical pairing button, I cannot reset or re-pair the headset manually. The headset itself still charges and powers on properly.Would it be possible to request a replacement dongle? Took my armrests off my Iskur V1- Black version and can’t find the bolts to put them back on. Searched online and saw a random page that gave me the size of 8Mx20mm. Got that size from Ace but it sums like it’s too big. Anyone know the correct size/thread to replace them. Thank you!

When I try to connect it to my PC, either via bluetooth or usb, it crashes with a blue screen with different messages but the one that comes up the most at the moment is ‘WDF_Violation’.My windows is up to date, I've looked at everything but nothing works. I usually plug it in via USB C and then my PC crashes, I leave it plugged in during the reboot and it's fine. I’ve been using a Blackwidow V4 for about half a year now and I’ve never had any issues with it up until today, I turned on my pc and it said that there was no keyboard detected and the keyboard wouldn’t even light up. I tried using different cables and different computers and have concluded that the issue is with the keyboard itself. I can’t think of anything that would’ve caused it to just stop working out of nowhere. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi, After an update of Synapse, All the lateral button (1 to 12) cease to work. Try resetting the mouse, uninstall/reinstall Synapse, reset profil but nothing work. The update simply turn my naga into a basic mouse 3 buttons mouse.Is there anyway to solve this ?

I just updated my firmware today on my hyerpolling dongle and then my mouse would no longer connect. I tried to update the firmware on the mouse then after and I was able to update the mouse firmware, but not the mouse + dongle because it is not showing device manager at all. I’ve tried all the different workarounds I’ve seen on the forum but my original dongle isnt being detected at all it seems like, which means I can’t try repairing or updating anything, however when I have the mouse in a wired connection it is still working and showing in razer synapse.
