I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro as a display. There's no cosmetic or material issues with the headset, just a slightly damaged box. I plugged it into my computer, and it produces sound without issue. However, despite its excellent microphone being praised, the headset's microphone is incredibly muffled. Also, when I access Synapse, I can only adjust the volume. I also can't adjust the EQ. Can you help me resolve this? Is there a problem with my headset?

Hello Razer Support, I received a Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse for free through TEMU on April 3rd. It worked perfectly until today. After playing a game with my controller, I tried to use the mouse again, but it no longer turned on. There are no lights, no response over USB-C cable, and it doesn't connect wirelessly either. It seems completely unresponsive. I’ve tried: - Charging it for over an hour - Using different USB-C cables and USB ports (direct to motherboard) - Holding the DPI/power button for over 10 seconds - Connecting to another PC Unfortunately, nothing helps — the mouse remains completely dead. I still have the original box and the serial number. However, I’m not sure how to properly contact Razer for a warranty request in this case. Could you please advise how I can get support or a warranty replacement? Thank you in advance!

My Razer Viper V2 Pro is no longer recognized via the wireless USB dongle or the USB-C cable. The issue occurred yesterday while I was using the mouse and charging it at the same time. Since then, it hasn’t been detected by any device, and it shows no signs of charging or power.I have already tried the following steps without success: Reinstalled Razer Synapse Tested a different cable and USB port Tried the mouse on another PC

When I first bought this thing I thought I got ripped off with an offed version of the mouse, which might very well be the case here LOL.So, I started off like with any razer product, my thing wouldn’t work and it wasn’t detected on Synapse, I’ve already owned a few keyboards before so I was familiar with the issue, but this mice just wouldn’t let me be.I deep-dived a little into the tutorials and there was a constant amongst them, they all just seemed to have a different device. Whether it was on the Control Panel’s Devices tab, or when checking the drivers in the Device Manager, they were all at least labeled “Razer DeathAdder Essential” or had any trace of Razer in their components.My device’s not like that, it’s not named “Razer DeathAdder Essential”, rather -> “USB Gaming Mouse” with no image preview of the model.It has a driver, but it’s the same as any other driver labeled “HID-Compliant Mice”, and although there was a mini thread shortly discussing this same issue, the reply

Trying to create a new account and it keeps saying I am failing the Captcha (invalid captcha). (Cat Captcha). It will let me proceed through the Captcha (give me the green check mark), but when I click “accept and continue” it says “invalid captcha” in a small red window.  there is no way I failed that captcha that many times (it’s also a terrible pattern as many things look close to cats, if it’s being super strict or something) but having done it about 5 times, there is no way I failed it.  Is there a way to create an account any other way? Thanks in advance!

My Gigantus V2 arrived today and it is 2-3cm to wide for my desk. Instead of returning, would it be alright to cut it to size because I really like the mat and would much prefer to keep it.

Been using my Razer thresher ultimate for my Xbox series X and now randomly it has stopped connecting to my Xbox. The HUB and and headset both connect to eachother as the solid LED is showing. I’ve checked the settings which are all fine (I haven’t changed anything from when it was working). It works fine on my PC but I’ve tried it on a friend’s Xbox and it doesn’t work. I can’t seem to diagnose a problem as everything seems to work individually. 

My Razer Deathadder Chroma mouse uses a std windows driver, and i would like to update the driver. However, windows update does not recognize the Raser mouse, and cannot get ‘additional’ drivers. Therefore, i have look ed for a driver on Razer homepage/support, but the Lancehead software, does not detect when i connect/reconnect the mouse to USB port. I cannot click next/begin.Have spent too much time to find a simple driver for the mouse, and have somewhat given up on it. You are my last resort.I would like to get the Windows 11 drivers for my mouse, not as a .exe file or MSI, but just the drivers so i can get the mouse to respond properly. Many thanks in advance.

Hello to everyone… I have been a razer enthusiast since I built my first pc 10 years ago (I was 13 years old at that time). Since then I have changed a lot of peripherals ( some where from other companies) but now I am close to my dream razer settup (already have razer siren mini , razer basilisk ultimate and razer blackshark wireless). All these devices keep disconnecting from the PC and the only solution to these is pluging the mouse in and use it wired. But I paid for the wireless connection so I want to use it😅😅.this problem has been there for at least 1 year . I have updated drivers downloaded the new razer synapse 4 and everything else that may come to your mind. I don’t know what else to do and now I’m reconsidering  if I should either buy a razer keyboard or to choose an other company and change slowly all of my razer products. RAZER PLEASE HELP I KNOW THAT A LOT OF US COSTUMERA HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!

Hi theree. I’m getting reports that my Razer Synapse 2 will be retired and profiles/macros will no longer be accesable. Are there any plans to support the Orbweaver Chroma on Synapse 3? Or will I just have to continue to use 2.
