Hi, I purchased a Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% with ISO layout. I am a Mac and PC user and was hoping on being able to use the keyboard with both machines. This is what the ISO Layout looks like on the Blackwidow V4 75%, borrowed picture from techradar. So as you can see in the image of the ISO, on a true ISO Layout, or the 2.4 mode, the keyboard has this layout (which is correct). Take note of the Red squares, shorter left shift and bigger enter/return key. Also pay attention to the key on the right of the left shift and on the top left of the keyboard, marked in orange.  The issue I’m facing is that on the 2.4 mode, the orange angle bracket <> and paragraph keys are correct, but on my Mac, whenever I switch to Bluetooth or Wired mode on the keyboard, for some reason the keyboard thinks it is some weird ANSI-looking layout rather than the actual ISO layout it has in both physical form and on 2.4 mode. So when I press that top left key it should output § but instead outputs <, and if

Hello guys No sound from the left side of my Razer Nari headset. There is no problem on the right side, it works fine. But when I give all the volume to the left earphone from the settings, there is little sound from there. When I turn up the volume of the headphones, there is very little sound from the left side. I could never fix it. There is no problem on the right, I looked at everything that came to my mind, I deleted the settings, I reinstalled the program, but I could not find a problem. If you have any information on this subject, I would be grateful if you could help.

I just bought these headphones and I conect them and everything but I have this problem of not streaming with them but when I disconnect the headset it lets me stream like normal is there a way to fix this problem

I have been using the Razer Viper Ultimate for years and recently there’s an issue arise with the sudden pointer stuttering while on wireless. Did a number of research on how to fix this issue because I don’t want to use it wired unless I don’t have a choice.  I installed the firmware updater for the mouse and the update is on loop. It will connect and disconnect when it reaches 100%.  I am not using Razer Synapse or any razer software and it’s completely uninstalled off my pc.  Anybody can help me with this?

For more than a month, I have been having an average of 50 to 100 Razer transactions suspended daily and I have been waiting days to get them back??? I have been waiting a long time and you have not found any solution and I do not understand why?? and this is latest ticket have over than 85$ 250727-000498   

No matter if i use a new battery that I just bought for the mouse. Synapse always says it’s low battery and the mouse turns off after a few seconds of low battery. I reinstalled the drivers and update the firmware nothing seems to change it.

Just as the title says I am unable to charge my mouse even though it says its charging when i look in synapse but it never goes up in percent, been like this for about a week now. Ive tried cleaning the connectors on both the charging dock and bottom of the mouse with a microfiber cloth (didnt work) and cant find this models firmware online to see if it needed to be updated or not. 

I would like to request the activation code for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset.

Can anyone please tell me if Razer makes a mouse with good RGB that works with Windows Dynamic Lighting? I don't want Batteries, Bluetooth etc. Just want a cable. Especially don't want built in batteries and charging!? Thank you

Hi, does anyone have a solution for this? im trying to use the razer remote play on my Ipad and it isnt working. I can connect it to my pc but when I want to use remote play and click on the PC icon with the name of my computer it just doesn't do anything. It works in my phone (android)I have the latest update available in my ipad. Does anyone have an idea?

I bought my razer blade 15 advanced and it worked fine for a bit then just randomly started having bsod even if I’m doing nothing or playing a game, is there any way to fix this?? Every 10-35 minutes it’ll randomly crash and it’s not overheating at all just randomly bsod, I have the correct drivers and still bsod

so basically, after using synapse for a few days (yes, a few days), the keyboard wont light up at all if i use the fn button. this happened literally 1 WEEK of owning the keyboard.

I have bought a razer blacksharkv2 2 years ago and i didnt get the code for the surrounding audio and i wanted to register the product today but i seem to have  lost the product number , i still have the serial number and the date of purchasing the product plus the proof of that so i was wondering if there is anything i can do  

Since I got my keyboard, I've always connected it to my PC using the original charging cable (Type-A to Type-C).So I rarely paid attention to the battery, but I’m pretty sure it usually stayed around 90–100%.After using it for about three years, I switched to 2.4 GHz mode a few days ago for some reason.It seems the battery ran out yesterday, but I didn’t realise it until this morning.I quickly plugged it back in using the original cable.The battery showed 5% at first (it had even shown “–%” before I plugged it in).After about two hours, it was still at 5%. Then, after quite a few more hours, it reached 7%, and eventually 8% an hour later.It's now at 8%.I’ve tried things like resetting the keyboard, but that didn’t help.What else can I do to fix this? Could the battery be dead? Should I just leave it plugged in and wait longer?Thanks <3

Hi,After updateing the keyboard, the original cable doesn’t work anymore with the keyboard, I try with other random type-c and keyboard still work without any problem. Using original cable and keyboard disconnect randomly, razer synapses display disconected and windows doesn’t detect keyboard. Again, no issue using other cables why ? Best regards,

Dear community,I am encountering issues with my Razer mouse and headset since Synapse 4 last update and firmware updates. With my Razer Cobra Pro mouse (and Razer Mouse Dock Pro):When keys are remapped on Synapse 4 (with keyboard keys or macros), they just don’t work if the mouse is used in wireless 2.4 mode. The buttons do nothing.These custom bindings only work when the mouse is used with the USB cable.This issue is caused by Synapse 4 since everything works perfectly with Synapse 3.Also, the mouse appears as “HID-compliant mouse” in the device manager when used in wireless mode (but it doesn’t seem to impact Synapse 3).  With my Razer Kraken V4 headset: This one is causing me a lot of trouble. I honestly don’t know what to do about it.When the headset is used in wireless mode (with dongle), everything seems to work except the Audio Enhancements (like the Bass Boost and Clear Voice), modifying them in Synapse doesn’t do anything to the sound. When the headset is used in USB mode, not
