When holding the power button on my headset the green light blinks once long and once short and then turns off. They were working fine yesterday then when i tried turning them back on this happened. I cant connect them to my laptop to try and update them. 

I really enjoy using my Tartarus Pro for MMORPGs (FFXIV, GW2) as well as many isometric games. But recently while it was in my luggage during a flight, the “spacebar” key (aka button #20) broke off at the cross-peg. Using the controller in this state is not impossible, it is incredibly inconvenient.I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any way either [A] repair the broken cross-peg on the switch after extracting it from the keycap, or [B] some way to outright replace the keyswitch to not have to deal with a slightly haphazard end result of a fix. Thank you for your time, I’m open to any suggestions since I’m thinking about re-subbing to FFXIV and would like to not learn how to play FFXIV on a controller.

I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2X headset and, after registering it, I attempted to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature. However, I realized that the verification code to activate 7.1 was sent to the email address associated with my Razer account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email.I tried changing the email address, but I am unable to do so because I cannot receive the verification code due to not having access to the registered email. As a result, I am unable to activate the 7.1 feature on my new headset, nor can I change any other account details.

I bought a microphone and for several years now I have been experiencing a problem when my voice in any game (software) always becomes quiet and low!!!Is this fixable ?I really like the microphone with the smiley face! Please help me =) This problem works in any game and software - when I start to speak loudly it automatically makes my voice quiet!! 

I just bought Blackshark v2x and while streaming my mic getting sound on my desktop. I made all updates and i double checked all my sound and record settings but still its taking backround sounds while playing game my mic getting the game sound and while listening music my mic getting the music even i set my sound level to zero and there is absolute silence in headset it still getting the music.

I bought a Razer Rogue 14 Backpack V3 Chromatic less than a year ago and I'm truly disappointed with the quality of the backpack. The lettering has been fading and peeling off on its own, the rubber grips keep falling off on their own, and I only use it to go to my office. Before buying it, I was tempted to buy an Asus, but in the end, I decided on a Razer, and I don't think it was the best decision. Dear Razer, please improve the quality of your backpacks. At least the model I bought is of very poor quality. 

everytime i type, it has some sort of delay or lag so it doesn’t let me type that fast or move around in game as fast and this never happened before. my rgb lighting stopped working as well. I already turned off dynamic lighting, updated my drivers, updated windows, reinstalled synapse 4 (nothing changed with synapse 3 either), restarted my pc a bunch of times, and turned off any apps that interfere with chroma but the issues still persisted. i plugged it into another computer that doesn’t have synapse and the same issues still occurred with the typing and the lighting. I plugged in a different keyboard and it works just fine but somehow when I use the huntsman it isn’t fine.my keyboard was also working just fine 2 days ago 

My headset recognized as a speaker somehow and I don’t know how to fix it. The sound quality become extremely cheap. Anyone know what the problem and how to fix it? I’m using Blackshark V2 pro.

I’ve been using Tartarus pro for over a year. This morning my synapse wasn’t working when it finally did it none of my setting were there. I downloaded them from the cloud and it’s added multiple copies. Now when I’m playing any games left and right are inverted. I’ve tried to invert the keys manually but its determined to do its own thing. any suggestions would be great as its frustrating walking off a cliff instead of going the direction I wish to go in. I’ve updated Synapse, moved to another USB port and tried to make a new profile, but nothing it working.

I purchased Basilisk V3 Pro a year ago and now it is not working anymore unless I plug in the wire. How can I set up an RMA for repair or replacement on this?

Hi, I hope a person can help me to resolve this issue. I couldnt find an answer to this solution but my razerbook 13 screen keeps on glitching for a few moment during idle. However when I bring up desktop (Win + D) everything goes back to normal. I also realise this happen when I scroll really fast on a web page or changing to different tabs on microsoft edge quickly. This happens on a random frequency, sometimes it does it more often that the other day.I have tried reset my windows, updated the driver and windows update but still no luck at all. The issue still persist. I also have tried download the razerbook 13 bios updater but everthing is seemed up to dateThe device is out of warranty coverage hence I am not able to get help from razer which is unfortunate.If anyone has the same issue, please share your experience if you had ever solve this matterThanks ! :) 

Is it possible to get a firmware file to resurrect my Razer Naga X mouse? I think it just got murdered on a short, as it now thinks it’s a storage drive called CRP DISABLD, with a single file, firmware.bin inside of it.  Is there any fix to this?

Hello! I'm looking to add a 4TB SSD PCIe 5.0x4 M.2 to my new Blade. Question is if the system is set up for the Gen 5 or if it's still Gen 4. If it's Gen 4 then I don't want to use a Gen 5 that will be throttled down.  Thanks!!

A random buffer starts for 5 seconds, same duration each time, then it unpauses and makes no sound and I need to reselect it in the audio output device selector.This is less than an hour after a factory reset.This is not exclusive to youtube.I have also tried a different usb port.

My Razer Barracuda X was working completely fine and out of no where they disconnected from my PC. I always have used the USB-C directly to my pc but its not working anymore.I have tried it on other devices and other ports. I also tried it on the USB-A adaptor but no luck.  The light just flashes blue but wont go static. My headset only works when connected with the audio jack but I can’t use that its too short and the mic doesnt work Please help. Mi just wanna game :(

Unplug the device. Press the power button several times and hold it down for 5 seconds to clear all power. Plug back in. Switch back to PC mode. I’ve been having issues with mine refusing to connect to PC mode and being stuck in bluetooth mode (which also wouldn’t work). This fixed it. I’ll never buy another Razer soundbar. POS.

Hello, I’m having batery life issues on my Razer Blade 14 - RZ09-0482. The battery life is only about 2 -2.5hrs when:browsing the web screen brightness at about 30%  refresh at 60Hz Best power efficiency Energy saver modeBattery only has 76 cycles and the capacity already dropped by aprox 20% (I haven’t checked the capacity before, so don’t know what it was at time of purchase).Battery calibration has been performed, but nothing changed. Have the latest BIOS installed as well as updated all the drivers, OS and SW. Also, unable to get Optimus working with 240Hz refresh rate. The only thing I haven’t yet tried is a OS reinstall.I’ve been searching your as well as other forums, as well as other sources, to see if I have missed anything and to try and improve the battery life, but it remains aprox. the same.This is the third Razer system I have purchased, and the one with the worst battery life by far.I could understand a 10, 20 even 30 percent difference between tested and actual runtimes

Hi Razor. I have this problem on my msi computer using a freshly bought Razer Kraken v3 and using synapseFirst there was a problem with a alternating whining noise, i fixed that by turning off the Chromatic RGB, then the nosie stopped. Then the next problem was the sound being full of artifacts and snapping noises. I fixed that by turning your enhancement setting to low. Then finally and this is a problem i have not found a solution to, the audio is louder than my last headset from logitech despite having the setting at only 2%. If i use 4% the sound literally damages my ears. If i acidentally turned it to 40% it would make me deaf, no joke.Something is wrong with it. Can you help? What i have triedSetting audio via mixer Setting audio low in game (did nothing, bugs +1) Removing the default output device as razor Checking default output device (Set to speakers settiing for some reason and it can´t be changed) Checking the 

Hello. I have a 2020 Blade 15 Advanced Laptop. It appears the HDR has stopped working. I've tried messing with the settings and uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but it still won't enable. If I click to enable, the screen briefly flashes black then untoggles itself. It says my monitor supports HDR videos and games. The monitor's colors look oversaturated now. What could I do to restore HDR functionality? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Steven

My razer blade 2020 base model wont turn on for few minutes even if the power adapter is connected. I have to wait 15 or more minutes to turn on an then only turn on after pressing power button. It wont turn on before even tho ubpress power button. It runs fine after it turn on with no problem.What could be the problem?I have removed the battery cuz its bloated.  Please help what could be the issue.

Razer blade 16 2025, Win 11 Pro. After update KB5060829 - stuck on Win boot, “You are 100% there”, 30 minutes nothing. Had to use a restore point to go back.. How Microsoft can ship wreck updates, not showing actual progress or say what went wrong, iq 5.
