I registered my razer soundbar, but I specified the wrong location and time of purchase, can I change the data?

Hello! Barracuda dongle RC30-0378(which was with headset) recognize in Windows 11 like USBAudio 1.0, I try to use program RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.11.00_r1 - didn't see the dongle;RazerBarracuda_053C_FirmwareUpdater_v1.07.03_r2 - didn’t see the dongle;Synapse 3 - didn’t see the dongle, also used the  program troubleshoot with connection program.Synapse 4 - didn’t see the dongle;Razer audio for android didn’t see the headset;Razer audio for iOS didn’t see the headset;BUT! The headset is working from Bluetooth from any device (Laptop, iPhone, tablet, PC with analog 3,5 cable)Please help me to compare my headset with synapse 3 or 4.

Hey, just got struck by bad luck today..: My Razer Blade 14 2022 went to black today and when i try to boot it up it gets stuck in this wierd loop of the black backlighting on the screen turns on and off, exactly as in this video here: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/118jc05/razer_blade_14_3070ti_black_flickering_screen/ I can see that the reddit page has comments of people saying motherboard issues, but does anyone have details on this? Is it really nescessary to send it far away for a lengthy repair? I have allready tried unplugging and replugging the CMOS battery. Also pressing every single button on the keyboard that other forums have suggested for varius amounts of seconds Is it over? Does someone have details or even a solution?Best Regards

Hey. I recently realized that my battery have started to bulge and was trying to request for a new battery. Is it possible for me to get a new battery without needing to send in my laptop. I sort of need this laptop 24/7 for work and school. 

I am using Naga V2 Hyperspeed and the dongle broke the other day. How can I buy just the dongle again or get a warranty? I would appreciate your help.

Everything about this headset has been great, but out of the box the volume wheel doesnt do anything. Im playing on PS5 and cant seem to find any settings to fix this issue.

I reloaded some razer gold and now I'm trying to top up on my game. But I'm not getting the otp for 2-step authentication on my phone. I don't have the backup codes and when I try to view my backup codes or change authentication method, it's asking me for the otp again, which I'm not getting. 

I've got 2 Razer Phone 1's that me and my wife had preodered when they first came out. She mightve got hers swapped under warranty once I think, however both phones screens were defective and stopped registering touch in different parts of the screens. At the time we gave up and moved on to other phones but I recently dug them out and would like to repair them. I actually am working as a repair technician rn so if I could just get ahold of some screens id be good.I don't suppose Razer has a warehouse full of old phones/ screens and could help me out?Or if someone could point me to an aftermarket replacement? Thanks in advance.

suddenly my Keyboard Black widow v3 Pro stop workin properly when I press any Key for example the letter E the keyboard gives me back this “3edxc”. I tried reset the keyboard, synapse even the pc, updt the drivers and still not working, there is no macro or so instaled on the keyboard and I have no idea what else I can do

As stated in the title, the built-in camera is not detected. It seems that a keyboard shortcut activates and deactivates it, but I'm unable to find out which one (no, it's not Fn+F8).

I had purchased a Razer Cynosa V2 a few years back to take advantage of the somewhat quieter keys (my house is an amplifier I swear), and after a long-overdue cleaning, one of the posts on the spacebar that hook onto the metal rod that distributes the keypress snapped clean off where it attaches to the keycap (luckily flush against it). I had managed to repair it then with a little dab of superglue, and it was working fine, but once again when trying to clean it a couple days ago, the same one snapped off again right at the base. After the requisite day’s wait for glue to dry, this time it is refusing to spring back up when put back in place properly, stuck in the depressed position until I lift it manually with something wedged underneath it. It snapped off again after this last repair, but I don’t want to try fixing it again until I have an idea of what I did wrong this time.I’m on something of a budget and can’t really afford to go hunting for a new keyboard when literally the only

I have A Razer Kraken BT kitty Bluetooth Quartz edition (this issue has been going on for quite a while) every time I load up certain games for some reason no audio comes out from any app I've tried almost every possibility, I've tried removing the device and reconnecting it but nothing seems to change with this headset I also use a razer seiren mini if that helps with anything, without it It won't work but that's not much of an issue it's just some games I get in my audio cuts out and I can't hear anything even when I tab out my game the audio comes back after I close the game, I've tried going into settings and changing the games input and output and also changed the input and output in the game (If available) If anyone knows how to fix this that isnt disconnecting and reconnecting i would appreciate the help. another thing my headset doesn't show in the razer synapse app and I'm not sure how to connect it because it says it should automatically connect to the app. Headset: Razer Kr

I cannot log in, app keeps asking for credentials. I have no problem with Synapse 4 and Chroma (separate app).

the camera was working perfectly earlier today then after i attempted to adjust the light it crashed and hasn't been able to function properly. already removed it from device manager and re-downloaded it and when i check for firmware updates I’m prompted with the attached image. 

Can anyone help me out? I recently cleared out everything on my pc for a new start, and i tried to reinstall the drivers for 7.1 and THX drivers but i could no longer install them again. The Razer Installer indicates that its already installed but its actually not because i recently deleted it. It also says that rzappengine.exe is missing probably the UI used to access 7.1 and THX. Please help.  

I bought blackshafk v2 x green edition few days ago and I did get a card inside but it's not a scartch scard and I didn't get any email after registration... I went for the activation issue and it asked for serial number but after putting the aerial number it says this device doesn't support 7.1 sound

So i uninstalled everything on my computer recently, and im trying to reinstall the drivers for the 7.1 System but whenever i try to install it again the Razer Installer indicates thats it’s already installed when its not anymore. Can anyone help me out.  Razer installer says “Installed”  when im trying to install it again after it being deleted.

I put the backup codes wrong 3 times that’s why my profile got blocked. How to fix this? I need to top up rn.

I’ve been having this trouble for weeks now. I can’t change my macro keys for whenever I changed the macro keys the Synapse goes blank screen in both of my mouse and keyboard. I’m using a Basilisk v3 and Ornata v3. Please fix this problem.
