Reporting a bug (with workaround)Just bought a 2025 Razer Blade 18 RTX 5090 laptop.I followed my normal setup, including setting Windows "Power Mode" to "Best Performance" before running some benchmarks.GPU performance was awful doing that. 3DMark benchmarks were just *below* the 2024 RB18 with RTX 4090 due to insane throttling behavior.But, leaving Windows "Power Mode" to "Balanced" fixes this entirely. GPU performance popped to 22% better than the 4090 in the 2024 RB18. CPU was not affected either way, though for the record it looks to be 30% faster in the 2025 RB18. Together, those are some beastly laptop numbers (at least in benchmarks)So, this “Power Mode” behavior is a bug somewhere Razer might want to address.  Maybe it is in Windows or the Nvidia driver, but it should be fixed.

I bought a new razer blackshark v2 x headset. I can't find the activation process for the product. They probably sent me a returned product. What do you want to enlarge to distribute my headset?

I’m trying to update the 256GB SSD to a 1TB SSD in my 12” 2017 razerblade (might be 13” or 14”) I used Macrium Reflect to clone the SSD as was suggested online, but the new SSD wont boot and all the normal suggerstions to make a non bootable SSD boot fail.  Thats fine, I dont mind a clean install of windows anyway. So I mount the new SSD and boot off a clean win 10 install drive made fresh this morning and it stalls on a loading drivers screen.  I’ve never had this before with win 10, so not sure if there’s a set of drivers somewhere I can load?   Is there a better way to make a clean win 10 install? Any suggstions? 

What can I do to repair my charging port for relatively cheap. I’ve had this headset for 3 years with no prior problems

My razer blackshark v2 pros directional audio was working perfectly fine, I could hear where people are coming from and the gunshots. When i restarted my pc i still cant hear any directional audio 

Hi Received this controller as an early father’s day gift and it’s a great controller, however when it is connected to my PC and to Synapse, the program doesn’t recognise that it is connected.   My PC says it is connected and it is through a third party USB-C 3.0 cable in a USB 3.0 port.  It works on the PC as a controller, but neither Synapse 3 or 4 recognise it at all. Is there a fix for this or is it not compatible? Thanks in advance

Hello, I have had a mouse stuttering problem for over a year, and I realize that now that it is because of the mouse, let me explain:For almost a year, I have had a Deathadder v3, and during rapid mouse movements I noticed a slight stuttering problem, I searched everywhere thinking that it was my configuration the problem, that I had done something bad, but it's not the case, from today, the slightest mouse movement in game causes a huge drop in fps (+300 fps > 10 fps, so it's impossible to pretend it's nothing) , I tried to find information everywhere, and in the end I tried an old mouse more than 8 years old from a lousy brand of which I don't even have the name, and the magic, no stuttering, I try to uninstall synapse, change the mouse port, lots of useless stuff, but the razer mouse causes horrible stuttering. If you have a solution I am interested, otherwise, I will unfortunately request a refund for a faulty product.Product paid 90 euros for this quality, extremely disappointe

Hi, The headset was working fine two days ago, but it suddenly stopped today. I tried turning it on, charging it, and i have pressed the power button several times but its not working but nothing worked. When pressing the power button, the power light (?) never turns on. It was fully charged before I tried using it, but now it refuses to charge no matter how long or what cable is used. The light never turns on. This is the first time that this has happened, and I’ve only had the headphones for 8 months. The only issue is that it have some cracks on the sides . Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hello guys! I have a problem with my Razer huntsman elite. . It works fine when I unplug the wrist pad but when the wrist pad is attached it gets super laggy and sticky key issues. The keyboard working properly when i unplug the second cable. Do you know how to fix it ?

HI i just recently bought razer kraken kitty edition. But i have a issue every time that i open my mic when i am playing csgo, the sound will start to echo. When i open my mic it has like a lag for 2 seconds on the pc and then the sounds just echoes from that point. I need to restart the PC again so it can be fixed. Can someone help me like has this happened to anyone else or are the headset faulty?
