Good day, I have a problem.  I bought a headset and I tried to register the headphones via Razer ID, but they wrote to me because the headphones were already registered. What shoud i do? 

Hi! Since this morning my keyboard doesn’t want to charge anymore. When I connect, it does show it’s charging but the battery level doesn’t increase. I’m always using the cable that came with the keyboard connected to the computer, using a different cable or charger doesn’t change this behavior. . I’ve tried a factory reset and reinstalled Razer Synapse.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Some months ago my Naga disconnected when I was playing games. After some research others had found that reducing the lighting worked, so I set my lighting from 100% to about 10% - lo, the mouse worked again. Yesterday I accidentally switched to an old profile that had 100% lighting, and it bricked my mouse. It connects for 1 second, then disconnects both from Synapse as well as my computer. However, the lighting is still on - and on the coloration of the old profile I had, so there's got to be some sort of local memory storage that remembers the profile. While originally I thought this was a software problem of Synapse, given its track record, but now it seems that it's a hardware issue with the power supply from the USB port and cable to the mouse itself. The mouse was fully functional before I swapped, and I'd like to try and get it working again. But since Synapse doesn't let me change profiles while the mouse is undetected, I need a way of turning down the lighting locally to get

Hi,I had noticed my controller double inputting triangle, both on triangle itself and the M2 button which is bound to triangle too. It is new, any ideas?

Tartarus is about 6 months old, working fine yesterday, logged in today and in game the D pad isnt working at all.Its not a mechanical issue as it works briefly if I unplug USB and plug it in again, works for about 2 or 3 inputs then dies. No idea whats happened, assume some issue with Synapse which may have updated. I run all Razer peripherals, keyboard, headset, mouse even cooling pad so dont think its a compatibility thing.

Hello, after about half a year of use my Blackshark v2 mic has started causing static and other unpleasant noises when touched or moved at all. It's fully plugged in, the notch is lined up and I can't push it in more. I want a replacement from razer before trying a third party option and I saw on the subreddit you can make a support request for one. Please give me some info on this

I have already checked everywhere in my mail, in spam, in mailings and in the basket. But there is nothing anywhere. Please help me solve my problem.

So, for the past couple years I’ve had to stay on keeping the mouse charged while having 2.4GHZ on to use the mouse. otherwise even if I turn it off and keep it charging it wouldn't charge. perm stuck at 0%. It would occasionally go back to normal and charge and work wirelessly. I’ve tried resetting and power cycling it. Nothing would work. Need some real help

As the title suggets, my two day old headset volume control knob doesn’t work. When I turn it down, a sound plays and when I turn it the other way, another sound plays. Both result in no volume change. Please help to troubleshoot this issue, thanks.

I lost my dongle to my Barracuda headphones, is there anyway I can use them with bluetooth without the dongle? if not where can I find one? ive tried finding replacements and I cant seem to find any

Last night my mouse ran out of battery so I plugged it in to charge but it didn’t turn on, I left it charging overnight and today it still has not turned on and wont turn on even after pressing down on right and left click and mousewheel for 7 seconds.

My dad had bought a pre-owned controller and it didn't come with a dongle. I was wondering if there is a way to get a replacement dongle.

The scroll wheel on my Razer Deathadder v3 is having issues (bouncing up and down while i scroll) and I would like to send it away for a repair/replacement but it says the item is outside its return window? Everything I can find online is telling me there is a 2 year warranty on this mouse yet I cant return it?

My razer viper v3 pro mouse does not wake from sleep by just moving the mouse. I have to open razer synapse and manually hold down the power button to wake the mouse. This started happening yesterday. Firmware versions of both the mouse and dongle are up to date. Anyone else facing this issue? I have tried the trouble shooting steps mentioned in razer website but the problem still persists.

Hello,I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset on January 27, 2025, and after only a few months of use, the HyperSpeed USB dongle stopped working properly.At first, the issue was temporarily solved after updating the firmware. However, now the dongle does not work anymore at all. Sometimes, when I plug in the original USB dongle that came with the headset, the LED turns blue. Previously, I had a Razer Blade 14 and adored it, now I’ve got an 18 and was impressed over the past week or so I’ve had it, until yesterday. The problem is as follows: My laptop will not charge further. It says it is charging, the charger is plugged in, but the number never increases. First, it was at 100%, then I unplugged it and plugged it back in after it dropped to 98%, rinse and repeat again at 96%. It now does not charge past 96% despite being plugged in for hours. Presently, I have shutdown my laptop entirely and left it plugged in for the whole night, then booted it up this morning, only to see it sitting at 96% still. All signs indicate that it is charging, so I’m not sure why the percentage isn’t going up. I’ve read that Windows settings might erroneously cause the percentage to display like so, but spent all my time prior to work this morning messing with them, restarting a few times again to no avail. Currently, I’ve left my laptop shut all the way down and unplugged while
