Razer Synapse 4

I'm experiencing an issue after logging into Razer Synapse. There's an undeletable default app profile that seems permanently saved in the cloud. It syncs back to my local device every time I log in, and it sometimes prevents me from adding new profiles.

Tired of using Rawaccel every time I turn on my PC I need to open the program. I want to ask you guys when is Razer going to enable me to fix the rotation of my mouse? Or the hardware is limited and the Razer programmers will not make my Deathadder v3 Pro have mouse rotation? I already sent two feedbacks months ago and still no mouse rotation feature. I need to know so I can make up my mind to buy another mouse with mouse rotation built in.

You ruined my ability to make lighting profiles. Haptics have been a huge mess. I'm done. Can't take the abuse of the new Razer. You never finished supporting Lian Li still missing 26 Led fan option for Lian Li TL LCD 140mm fans to be used with Razer Chroma Addressable RGB controller. I asked for Tartarus on large format RGB mousepads in 2019. That has been sitting in beta working for over two months. I told you Clio has low volume. Still not able to hear anything in game from this as a rear speaker. Works with Voicemeeter. I can have actual 5.1 and volume. Haptics are very unreliable and inconsistent. My Razer mouse indicates 2 states via LED: 1. Awaked from sleep and no Synapse detected (Spectrum Cycling LED) 2. Synapse detected and just linked teh mouse (Switched profile’s color LED)Issue: My Razer BASILISK V3 X HyperSpeed does totally not remember my customized DPI and every awaking from sleep reverts its DPI to default. (400/800/1600/3200/6400 DPI) Then Synapse 4 applies my customized DPI list to my mouse again but it spends about 5 secs until the DPI reapplied so it makes me goes mad.The mouse works cool but its software’s awful and completely spoiling customer experiences.Do NOT tell me to update or reinstall Razer Synapse.

Hello all,On one of my PC Synapse 4 is not starting up properly.  During the startup phase, it is downloading files but it doesn’t complete.  It downloads files non-stop reaching 50 000 % + and keep rising. I have all the latest update of Windows 11and without any razer devices connected but it is always bug at this place. Anyone encounter this and have a workaround? Thank you!

Linked Games and Auto Profile Switch no longer works after an Synapse Update (Jan 2026), profile switch doesn't affect the apps i'm using. i did a clean install to the software, the linked games now takes forever to scan games and i can't even add programs to it.

The audio equalizare in Razer synapse 4 is not doing anything to my sound, cant modify anything, the problem started 3-4 days ago.

Synapse 4 is garbage it doesn't work half the time and the other half it keeps crashing, i have never used such a buggy software in my life, its literally reseting all my profiles to default even if i re-import them or create new ones, if i switch profiles for a differnet game its keeps jumping back and forth from 1 to the other, why this is even available yet is beyond me, cant use Synaps 3 installer "Server access unavailable" im using the Razer Tartarus V2 and its completely un-usable with Synapse 4, why could they not allow us to use Synapse 3 locally i dont understand, those that still have synapse 3 can use it locally 

I’ve seen some others have had some problems with installing Synapse 4, but the fixes either I can’t implement because they’re too technical (using PowerShell) or they don’t work for me (closing any Razer processes in Task Manager).Does anyone have any recommendations for a fix that works and isn’t technical?

Hi, I’ve been trying to recreate Sequence Macro like functionality in Razer Synapse. But for some reason it doesn’t really work well. Any ideas what’s the best way to create a macro like this:

In Synapse 4, Ultra-Low Latency mode is currently not usable. In the text description for it it says “… as low as ~10ms.When disabled, enjoy gaming grade latency ...” when in fact it should be “… as low as ~10ms. After updating to Razer Synapse 4, my internet connection started dropping for ~30 seconds approximately once per hour. When i try to upload on workshop Chroma effects it dosent upload it works on profile  and macro but not uploads i dont know if its on my side or if its the s4’s problemDid razer stop doing razer chroma effects fixes?I try to find more Chroma effects profiles but its none. I’ve already sent this to support but I thought I’ll put this here too.This is an issue I have only on Synapse4.Basically, when ever I cycle keymap(I use 1 as main and 2 for some obscure shortcuts) and use it, Synapse can randomly overwrite the 2nd keymap with the mapping of 1st’s.Here’s a video of me reproducing this issue by spamming keys while cycling, but this has happened multiple times when I’m using Tautarus normally and I don’t spam keys.My temporary solution for this is to dupe the preset so I can switch to it when it happens, delete the original and dupe the dupe for next time...

Sound quality on my Razer Kraken headset has become completely terrible. I’ve tried uninstalling Synapse 4, turning off all effects in the control panel, etc. I’m about ready to throw away this headset and buy a new one from a different company. Is there a cleanup tool that will delete everything and then I can try again before I throw this in the trash? This is so disappointing considering how expensive this headset was.

I want my CTRL key to also send U key presses, but I want it to keep it's original behavior. My Corsair keyboard has an option called "retain original input" which makes it exactly do what I want.I tried to setup a macro on my CTRL key in razer synapse but the issue is it will send CTRL and U but then I cannot "hold" CTRL (to crouch in-game for example), it blocks the original behavior completely.Is this not possible in synapse ?

I'm using a Razer Blade 18 2025 laptop. How do I set Razer Synapse 4 to not overwrite the icm color profile I added in Windows 11? I set the color profile via color management in Windows 11, save it as the default profile. After restarting, whenever Synapse 4 starts, it overwrites my profile with the default profile in Synapse 4. It worked fine for me on the previous installation, but I don't know why it's not working for me now? I noticed that I previously had a custom color profile filled in directly in Synapse 4, but now there is an empty field, see the picture. I'm using a graphics card in optimus mode. Can you please help me? Thank you!
