Hi all, I'm trying to top-up oneiric shards in Honkai Star Rail with Razer Gold but I'm unable to do so as I encounter this "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again" issue at the 2-FA page when completing the payment.  I noticed a lot of people are experiencing the same issue too, any luck with your progress? I'd appreciate some help here :( I tried using backup codes, but unfortunately I also need to go through the 2-FA page and its not working. 

Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" . PLEASE HELP MEEEE RAZER ADMINNN :(((((

Hello So my problem is first i didn’t get a activation code in my box and second when i tried to register my headsets it says its already registered when i never registered it before.then i checked the app the headsets weren’t registered. then i tried to find supports email and i didn’t find it .is there anyone here who can help me

so, my friend bought me a blackshark v2x as a gift. unfortunately he passed away days later. as a result i never used his gift since today.now the problem is, i tried to activate it today and it says it's already activated, but i never opened the box. how can i solve my problem ?*I'm sure he didn't used it because the box wasn't touched.thanks for your time.

I’m using a Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and paid for THX Spatial Audio, but the program starts multiple times on Windows startup and is getting really annoying !!! Auto-Launch is disabled in both checkboxes and it STILL starts on top of everything else multiple times!  Tried reinstalling the program but doesn’t help at all.Please tell me how to fix this! I’m using a  Windows 11 ProVersion    23H2Installed on    ‎5.‎10.‎2022 ‎г.OS build    22631.3085Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0 THX Spatial Audio version is 1.0.257

Hello! I encountered the following situation. I have a razer cobra pro mouse and a razer ornata v3 x keyboard. After connecting these devices to a new computer (windows 11), the synapse 3 driver does not work correctly. Namely: after the mouse goes into sleep mode and exits it, synapse cannot detect the mouse again. After some time, synapse stops seeing the keyboard. But the main problem is that the alt tab and alt f4 key combination stops working on the keyboard, although these combinations are NOT blocked in the keyboard profile. Alt tab and alt f4 work fine until the mouse goes into sleep/wake mode. (or if you turn the mouse off and on again, the symptoms are the same - synapse stops detecting the mouse...). On the previous computer (windows 10), such problems were not observed.

Problem with the scroll wheel on the Razer Naga X mouse. At random moments, the scroll wheel may scroll the site up instead of down or change the scrolling speed. The problem becomes more apparent if you scroll the page slowly, one step at a time. I can not contact support, the function «Submit a case» is no longer available, the site redirects to a form with support only for US and CA regions. The mouse is connected via usb cable. I tried reconnecting it, tried interacting with the software, tried connecting the mouse to another PC. None of this helped, the problem remains and makes my job harder, maybe someone had the same problem?

Buenas, la situación es la siguiente: En mi cuenta de Razer se me pidió un código de la aplicación de google authenticator se me guardó ese método pero el problema es que desinstale la aplicación de google y como no está vinculada a ninguna cuenta si no al codigo QR al momento de descargarla de nuevo no me aparecen los codigos que solicito de Razer , y tambien los codigos de respaldo accidentalmente se me borraron del sistema de mi computadora; por eso no puedo hacer la verificación en dos pasos. Does anyone know if it’s still in production? Or was it like the final mouse Where they stopped production?  And if not how long do new batch’s take to be put up for sell? 

I own a Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed.Everytime I Alt tab from a game or any applications my volume suddenly changes and goes very very quiet and theres no fix. If I alt tab back it stays quiet and now I cant hear anything either game volume or music. I cannot find a solution, but I find others with a similar problem. Everything I have is updated and I tried finding other solutions yet nothing fixes this problem.

Recently uninstalled Synapse and other Razer apps from my computer as I was having issues with the software. I used windows to uninstall and then went to my AppData and Program files etc to delete any Razer related folders to do a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.My problem is after downloading either Synapse 3 or The New Synapse installers from the website and starting the .exe (as administrator also) it will show the little green razer logo and then disappear completely. There is no error code, there is no other processes happening in my task manager just completely shuts itself off like I never clicked anything.I have tried extracting the folder with Universal Extractor and using the RazerInstaller.exe which shows the same problem also. I have restarted my computer and stopped processes and tried again and again.Would appreciate anyone who could provide some suggestions to what might be the cause or potential fix. Hopefully it gets patched soon if its on their end, thanks.

My Viper 8K shows an 8K polling rate in Synapse, but both the Razer polling rate checker app and websites confirm it's stuck at 1000Hz. I even tried lowering the polling rate to 125Hz, but it still remains at 1000Hz.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, updated mouse drivers, and rebooted Windows, but nothing has worked.I’ve been using this mouse for months on the same USB port, and it used to show polling rates above 1000Hz, even reaching 8000Hz.See the attached Screenshot and Video Link of the issue Youtube link to Screencapture of Issue 

Hello, im looking to buy A new mouse deathadder v3 and cant understand when 8khz polling rate will work, do i need to buy hyperpolling dongle or i just can insert charger and use it like that to get 8khz? With other of Razer mouse has 8khz?

When I buy the product and I made sure to include my apartment number when ordering, but after I ordered and received the confirmation email, the apt. Number isn’t included in the shipping or billing info, so I’m worried it might not be getting shipped to my apartment. Does anyone know it’s gonna still ship to the address that I fill in

My leviathan v2 pro used to be displayed inside the synpase app however recently, in the past couple days, I have noticed it now isn’t being shown in there. I have updated the speakers firmware and that hasn’t done anything. I have also tried hard restarting the app and also turning the speaker off and then on again and still that didn’t do anything. How do I fix this issue?

As the title states, my mouse does not charge or turn on. I turned it off and it had the red off light indicator. Now when i try to turn it on or charge it there is nothing. I am using the same usb cable it came with (connected to the PC) and restarting my pc multiple times just in case. I tried to charge the mouse on a wall outlet with a separate usb C charger but nothing. I tried charging it in the PC for 30 mins, but it does not charge. Mind you, the mouse was working perfectly fine before I turned it off. Now there is no reciprocation from the mouse whatsoever. I've been at this for two hours but I will keep trying any and all methods to fix it.I still hear the connection when I plug in my usb cable to the dongle and the disconnection sound, as well as see the red light inside the mouse still.If anyone knows anything to help that would be appreciated.Thank you. 

Headset has a blue flashing light when i turn it on despite the usb dongle being plugged into my pc. The headset had been working fine for a while until suddenly it stopped working and is no longer connecting to my pc.
