I try to activate THX Spatial Audio, with the code I received in my email for my Razer Barracuda X Chroma headphones and it tells me "the code you entered does not appear to be valid"

I want a refund on my recent topup as the SMS code is not working.  Please expedite this process as this has already caused frustration on my end. :) 

My mouse was working perfectly fine last night, I turned it off and went to bed.This morning when I attempted to move my mouse around after turning it on, there were no lights, there was no detection of the device within Razer Synapse with my dongle or mouse (headset shows up fine).I have tried unplugging and replugging it back in, I have tried take out the dongle, I have also tried the reset (LMB+MMB+RMB) and still, no activity from my mouse. How should I go about fixing this issue?

I am using a huntsman mini RZO3-0339 keyboard and I can’t type the letter u, I already tried restarting the computer, unplugging and plugging back the keyboard and enabling and disabling the demo mode.Does anybody have an fix for this?Thanks

I recently purchased a Razer huntsman mini special edition for 100 dollars and as soon as I plugged it in the colors were all funky and messed up. I downloaded like 100 different Razer apps people on YouTube told be to download and it don't do Jack shit. It changes colors like it's rainbow. But the U key stays white. For 100$ i should have it working out of the box. Someone please help me fix this problem I don't wanna bring it back it's a really nice keyboard

Razer Viper Ultimate was working fine earlier today, and suddenly stopped disconnecting and reconnecting every second, and only happens when connected wirelessly via USB dongle and works perfectly fine wired.I’ve tested the ff and identified it to be the USB dongle.• Tried different USB power settings• Turned off WiFi/Router to isolate any wireless interferences• Unplugged and powered off wireless devices using 2.4 USB dongles (Keyboard, Controller, Headset)• Connected directly to PC’s USB port and other ports available• Tried different PC and laptop (one has lower version of synapse, other has no synapse installed)• It can’t be a synapse software, as it has the latest software updated over a month agoHave tried above actions but no luck, and the obvious one is that even when the mouse is powered-off, there’s a sound/notification of USB being plugged and unplugged when the Viper Ult USB dongle is just connected, and it stops when I disconnect it. Has anyone who experienced the same, tr

Cuando me llego el correo de activacion, lo abri, el codigo estaba ahi, lo copie, me puse a instalar todo el software, mientras tanto borro mis correos, voy a la papelera y los borre definitivamente.  Cuando envio una peticion de nuevo codigo, nunca me llega uno a mi correo, por favor, no puedo usar los auriculares, recien me llegaron y no los puedo usar, muchas gracias.

I recently needed to use my Kiyo Pro again. I plugged it in cause it used to always act so buggy and I figured there would be a firmware update by now. There is it’s currently on 1.0.3 and now 1.5 is available. HOWEVER when I download the firmware updater after it recognizes it it says that I have to contact Razer Customer Support to update. I go through the support to contact but after putting my serial number in it says it’s no longer eligible for support. WTF This might have been the most pointless $150 I ever spent on a webcam. How am I supposed to update this thing and get it working? 

Have used front and rear USBC ports, tried different cables, tried using the dongle in both ports. Purchased on Sept 2, worked mostly fine using cable with occasional disconnects, even when sitting very still and babying the controller. Totally disconnected with cable so switched to dongle and had same occasional disconnects that got more frequent until it totally disconnected and wouldn’t connect at all. It turned the console on after a day but wouldn’t respond to input even though the RAZER and XBOX light is on. Don’t have the box and the serial number on the controller is rubbed off. How can I get this serviced or replaced?

Like the others  whohavepaid close to $200.00 for the keyboard i have  come away with no fix for the issue? Others have sentin their keyboards for RMA only to have theproblem  return shortly after receiving themback? i have registered the product and it stated successfully registered but is almost a day but i still didn’t receive the activation code. is this normal?

My Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 headsets right hinge just broke, when I grabbed my headset to put it on, no impact or nothing. What can I do? Can I get a warranty?

The Connect function of the Razer Synapse app does not recognise the game Diablo 4.  I have repaired the app using methods in other tickets and even done a full reinstall but it does not appear in the list of apps.   As shown in the below screenshot the app recongnises Factorio automatically but not Diablo My keyboard is a Cynosa Chroma, can you help?App version 3.8.630.62814

now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.

The Razer Blade 16" (2023) Customer Firmware Updater dated 2024-07-25 won’t install.When it launches, it complains about that it can’t load the driver WinRing0x64.sys . So I disable Core Isolation und rebooted. Now the application launches but nothing happens. Any hints? I am on Windows 11 23H2 pro.

Hi, I recently purchase a razer blade stealth late 2020 with oled panel, the part number is: ‎RZ09-03272E82-R3U1, however I cannot use the touch screen, I have tried to update windows, BIOS, firmware driver… But still no luck. The question is if there is a version that use oled panel but does not support touch ability, because I have search on razer official web site that there is only 2 variants of this model, one is 120hz none touch and the other is 60hz oled touch screen.
