Recently uninstalled Synapse and other Razer apps from my computer as I was having issues with the software. I used windows to uninstall and then went to my AppData and Program files etc to delete any Razer related folders to do a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.My problem is after downloading either Synapse 3 or The New Synapse installers from the website and starting the .exe (as administrator also) it will show the little green razer logo and then disappear completely. There is no error code, there is no other processes happening in my task manager just completely shuts itself off like I never clicked anything.I have tried extracting the folder with Universal Extractor and using the RazerInstaller.exe which shows the same problem also. I have restarted my computer and stopped processes and tried again and again.Would appreciate anyone who could provide some suggestions to what might be the cause or potential fix. Hopefully it gets patched soon if its on their end, thanks.

My Viper 8K shows an 8K polling rate in Synapse, but both the Razer polling rate checker app and websites confirm it's stuck at 1000Hz. I even tried lowering the polling rate to 125Hz, but it still remains at 1000Hz.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, updated mouse drivers, and rebooted Windows, but nothing has worked.I’ve been using this mouse for months on the same USB port, and it used to show polling rates above 1000Hz, even reaching 8000Hz.See the attached Screenshot and Video Link of the issue Youtube link to Screencapture of Issue 

Hello, im looking to buy A new mouse deathadder v3 and cant understand when 8khz polling rate will work, do i need to buy hyperpolling dongle or i just can insert charger and use it like that to get 8khz? With other of Razer mouse has 8khz?

When I buy the product and I made sure to include my apartment number when ordering, but after I ordered and received the confirmation email, the apt. Number isn’t included in the shipping or billing info, so I’m worried it might not be getting shipped to my apartment. Does anyone know it’s gonna still ship to the address that I fill in

My leviathan v2 pro used to be displayed inside the synpase app however recently, in the past couple days, I have noticed it now isn’t being shown in there. I have updated the speakers firmware and that hasn’t done anything. I have also tried hard restarting the app and also turning the speaker off and then on again and still that didn’t do anything. How do I fix this issue?

As the title states, my mouse does not charge or turn on. I turned it off and it had the red off light indicator. Now when i try to turn it on or charge it there is nothing. I am using the same usb cable it came with (connected to the PC) and restarting my pc multiple times just in case. I tried to charge the mouse on a wall outlet with a separate usb C charger but nothing. I tried charging it in the PC for 30 mins, but it does not charge. Mind you, the mouse was working perfectly fine before I turned it off. Now there is no reciprocation from the mouse whatsoever. I've been at this for two hours but I will keep trying any and all methods to fix it.I still hear the connection when I plug in my usb cable to the dongle and the disconnection sound, as well as see the red light inside the mouse still.If anyone knows anything to help that would be appreciated.Thank you. 

Headset has a blue flashing light when i turn it on despite the usb dongle being plugged into my pc. The headset had been working fine for a while until suddenly it stopped working and is no longer connecting to my pc.

I'm experiencing a persistent static/buzzing noise when using the Hyperspeed Dongle with my Barracuda Pro headphones. The noise starts as soon as I begin playing music or video and continues at every volume level. It doesn’t scale with the volume, which makes it even more frustrating. The noise disappears about 5 seconds after stopping playback.Interestingly, the noise is somewhat ignorable when playing music or watching videos, but it becomes very noticeable after stopping playback and is especially distracting during remote calls, where the headphones are essentially in constant playback mode.This issue doesn't occur when connected via Bluetooth (even at maximum volume), which makes me think it might be fixable with a firmware update. I've already updated my headphones to the latest firmware, but the issue persists. I bought my Seiren X a couple years ago and it worked well. Since one year though the cable has a loosen contact, so I have a lot of problems with it.I tried using different cables but somehow my pc can’t recognize it, even though they also are USB-A to micro USB.Does anyone else have a solution?

Recently I was looking for some visual feedback program, because of my unilateral hearing deafness, because of this, I end up at a very disadvantage in FPS games and among others related to strategy. That's when I saw this Razer surround, from what it addressed, it provided something similar to what I was looking for, but it is necessary to have some kind of product key, I think it would be cool if Razer provided some kind of visual feedback tool, for the inclusion of people with hearing problems like me, I believe this would promote the brand in terms of accessibility and inclusion, since Razer has so many useful tools, such as Razer Cortex, I believe this would be a great improvement for their services.

I bought a Razer Kraken V3 X headset but I did not receive the license with it. Can i get it ? 

When I first connected my new headset to my PC, it worked fine. It had sound, stable connection, no problems.But I decided to disable the light on my headset and install Synapse to do it.After installing Synapse, I lost the sound in my headset (there is a "Kraken v3 pro" device in Windows sound settings, I see the sound indicator but no sound on the headset).Also the connection with the dongle is unstable:Sometimes after starting the PC, I can control my headset via Synapse (e.g. lighting), but after 30-90 seconds the connection is lost and nothing happens until I uninstall Synapse + drivers and reinstall it.  Sometimes the headset won't connect to the PC after startup until I reinstall Synapse. Well my whole keyboard oftenly types multiple letters to the point it less likley for it to type normally (im curently using another keyboard) i would like to know if there is a way to do it since my keyboard started doing it a little after warranty was over. Can you charge the razer puck with the ASUS ROG Balteus Qi Vertical Gaming Mouse Pad with Wireless Qi Charging Zone. its a mouse pad that supports qi charging and the charging puck says as long as the device is qi certified it’s compatible. I know that their is more to it but I can’t find out more of the requirements that the puck needs to charge.

I just installed Synapse because my friend had told me my audio was quite & i had it previously but when i just installled it now, it completely killed my audio, i can't hear anything at all & my mic activity also doesn't work. I then uninstalled synapse hoping that would do the trick however it didn't. Has this occured to anyone else & is there indeed a fix for this.I'm using the Razer Blackshark v2 X & i'm using Synapse 3.
