Hello!I have this Razer BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI HYPERSPEED keyboard and suddenly, the top row of the keyboard stopped working.I have to say that i tried resetting it from Synapse, resetting it by pressing ESC + CAPS + Spacebar and plugging it in, updating the firmware, but nothing helped. Has anyone had this issue and knows how to solve this, please? Thanks and have a nice day!

After using this mouse for 3 months, I encountered issues with it suddenly disconnecting when I lift the mouse from the surface. After approximately 2 months, it stopped working completely and is not being detected in Windows (So I cannot update its firmware). I have already attempted connecting it to other computers and laptops, as well as performing a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse 3 and deleting mouse drivers. The DPI Stage is blinks fast when I cover the mouse sensor but that’s about it. The product is no longer under warranty. Can someone please help me?

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Hi so, i’ve had my razer huntsman elite for over 3yrs now & recently i encountered an issue with my G & . keys, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes it double enters,. I told my friends this & they recommended that i replace my switches coz it might be the root cause of the issue. if it is swappable, can u give me a recommendation as to where i can find/buy switches? thanks!

So i got Razer Barracuda X 2022 and when i plug it in jack its working good but when i want to turn them on (like when i want them to use wirelessly) theres no sound comming out of them not even that “bu-beep” when i turn them on (which it should because it indicates that they are on). Only the blue light on them lights up but thats it.I appreciate every help i get.

Hello. I was using my Seiren X micro for ~year, and one day it just stop recording my voice in google meet. After that i try many options to localize the problem.tried to listen what my mic recording with standart windows tool (“listen to this device” in microphone properties). I hear omly small constant noise. No other noises created by me wasn’t recorded tried to plug mic in another USB port (3.0/2.0) seems no difference. doesn’t help. tried to update audio driver with standart windows tool and download all windows updates. doesn’t help. tried to find some driver software for this microphone. synapse 2 and 3 not working with my mic.  tried to check my mic on another PC. using method 1 same noise. doesn’t help tried to change cable, plug in and no difference. doesn’t help tried another mic in my system, mic from headset and webcam work correcly. not a system problem tried to look in OBS to loudness of recording noises and i saw that mic is actually hear my noises, yet i can’t hear it

Recently, I have purchased Razer Blackshark v2 x white edition and have few of problems regarding the headsets that are mentioned below: -Headsets are not getting detected in Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software I mostly play Valorant and CS:GO so whenever I play these games I couldn’t hear enemy footsteps properly. Struggling with this issue since a week now. Please help FYI: I am on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 64-Bit.

Just bought Razer Huntsman Pro V3 TKL. I don’t quite like the mushy feel from its linear optical analogue swithes. Plus the press force is kind of heavy to me. I need to 100% confirm if the Optical Analogue Gen 2 switches pre-installed on Huntsman Pro V3 TKL are truly hot-swappable and not soldered on the pcb.  Please also list compatible versions of Razer optical clicky switches which can be used on this keyboard. Any confirmed information would be of great help. Thank you! 

Purchased this unit for use with my Windows 10 PC in May of 2022. Working great until a week ago. No response from the USB dongle so I am forced to use the headset as wired which is not ideal. Steps I have taken to correct the issue:-Uninstalled / Reinstalled razer synapse software-Nari firmware updater-Razer Nari Pairing utility-Nari Dongle Recovery tool All unsuccessful.  Dongle is not responsive to the paring utility and is not detected by the recovery tool 

Please why is the card I bought a bad card please I need my money back  

(first post) i have the razer huntsman mini keyboard, i was wondering if the snap tap feature works on it or if there is a certain way to make it work ,if there are many steps to be taken or some stuff that are difficult to explain over text then i would really appreciate it if you DM me on discord (username: .mahyar.)(im not sure if the community will see this as i put the category as “Razer Support”)i hope, if this feature is not available on this keyboard, razer team would work on making it more available to suitable peripherals <3  

I purchased a Game Pass subscription yesterday and the product has not arrived yet. I contacted support and the problem was not resolved 😡

I buy a blackshark V2 X , but when i try to register my headest, a message appears:  “the activaction code is already registered”. So how can i proceed? Im not used the code.
