Hello,I can’t seem to install BIOS v2.03 for my Razer Blade 16 (RTX 4090), the installer would complete and my laptop would restart normally but upon logging into Windows I see my BIOS is still on v2.02.

Hello everyone,My Razer RZ09-0409 want turn on anymore all of a sudden, when I press the power button nothing happends, when I hold the pwer button it flashes once but nothing happends. leaving it on the charger also doesnt seem to help. The laptop is just out of warrenty by 4 months so I hope anyone can help me. Yhanks in advance!

I have a quick question about my Huntsman V2, are the Switches able to be hotswaped? because i've been looking into getting some of the Linear Optical Switches instead of the Clicky Optical Switches it came with. any info would be great, Thanks!

It has gotten quite dirty and the usual scrubbing wouldn’t do the job so I decided to order a prying kit by iFixit, then let it soak while I enjoy my Sunday. I looked at the official thread by Razer on how to remove the ear cushions, tried to find the joints, guides, etc. that they advised me to do, but in the end the earcups just came off like this. Felt like they were super glued onto there. Now I’m sitting here frustrated, wasted 2 hours trying to understand the mechanisms, seeing if I did something wrong, browsing threads and trying to put them back on. I have no other option but to superglue them back on, and if I have any warranty that is voided I’m sure.  I see that th

Leviathan v2 chroma visualizer not working.After the update of razer synapse 3 version 3.9.630.62714 it just broke my leviathan v2. The chrome rgb settings in razer synapse wil not sync with my leviathan v2. My leviathan v2 will always in default spectrum cycling lighting.

I turned my pc on like just like any other day, and when razer synapse launched keyboarded started to connect then disconnect repeatedly. When i turn synapse off, this doesn’t happen

Hi,I have had my Mouse the deathadder v3 pro for about a year after about 3 months the scroll wheel will jump up when scrolling down. I heard it was the encoder at fault and the blow method on the left side worked periodically but that temporary fix is not working anymore. Can i submit it for warranty repair? I know it has 2 years. So I’m wondering if I can get it repair or should I just toss it out. Feels like a waste of money tbh. If I can’t get it fixed I will probably stop buying razer. Terrible quality for a supposed top quality item.

I just posted this on the Razer discord help but was told to contact razer support because my dongle is defective.My friend (i don't blame him) got a viper v2 pro, but didn't use it very much and sold it to me. The dongle never shows up when, plugged in but he didn't really like it so he never tried to fix, I thought there would be something online but there was nothing. He's replaced it with a Viper V3 but I couldn't find a fix for it either. How do you fix it I've tried everything.I've updated the mouse (tried updating the dongle but still didn't show up). I've unplugged all peripherals and used only my viper mini to try to update it but nothing works. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, I payed too much for just a wired mouse.

Hi! I hope that you all are doing well.I will get straight to the point. I have a razer blade 15 base 2020 with rtx 2060 and i7-10750h. About two weeks ago I have done service of my laptop,cleaned its fans and also changed thermal paste by Service centre. But from that day my cpu is overheating and its only capped to 3.1 ghz while its base speed is 2.6 ghz and it can reach upto 4.5 ghz easily. I have checked throttlestop and here are the results.these are the issues occuring now and I am unable to undervolt my cpu too.I am going to show you the results from the time of freshly installed windows and less heated laptop; 

Hi allI am finding with my Kraken V3 Pro's that when I have the lighting enabled that the sound will cut out. The headset remains connected wirelessly there is just no sound. Turning off the lighting ensures the sound doesn't cut out.I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, and have all the latest drivers/windows updates.Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a solution as I do like my shiny lights.Thanks!

Hi,I've had Tartarus for a few years now, but it's been in a drawer for the past few years. I was using the Gamesir Aimswitch VX2 which is a wireless gaming keyboard which was great but the 'W' key stopped working and the device was unusable. So I pulled Tartarus out of the drawer hoping to be able to play games again. But I figured out why Tartarus was in the drawer. Although it works fine in windows (it simulates WASD keys), when I start any game it stops working. Although it reacts jerkily to key presses, it is unusable. I thought it would be because it was conflicting with the XBox controller. So I removed the XBox driver and thought that would work. But it doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Láďa

Hi I bought this used Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 on may this year, apart from a few scratches it was practically new it even still had the stickers. Recently I’ve been bringing it to class giving me an estimated 4 hours of battery life since it would drop to about 50% from a full charge for since my class lasts 2 hours,  this morning i took it to class again on a full charge and by the end the battery had drained to 6% i started using battery saver recently and even messed with the power plan settings and now the battery life has halved i didn’t even have it on during the entire class i had it on for maybe an hour at most what could be causing this drain? I always have it on half brightness and no RGB when i bring it outside I noticed the fans were on during the entire class which could be what drained the battery but i was just sitting idle using Visual Studio as usual. Here’s a summaryStarted bringing it to class  Lasts 4 hours normally Recently messed with the Power Plan for more Batt

Hello community! I am happy to announce I joined the razer Blade family! I love the new blade 16 (4090) 2023!  i got a quick question. I do always a clean fresh install after purchasing a new notebook.I swapped the m2 ssd to bigger ones. normally Intel chipset and several drivers (Intel management, touchpad, Intel graphic card etc) are located at support/ download. But for the blade 16 I can't find anything. I just went thru the windows 11 drivers update +Nvidia drivers, which worked super fine and quick. system runs also normal but I am curious if I miss something ?  Thx! bestVi-Dan   

I’ve had this mouse (Deathadder V2 Pro) for a couple of years, and I’ve never encountered any problems whatsoever—I absolutely loved the product.However, recently, I’ve been experiencing some wireless connectivity issues with my PC. Whether using the USB dongle or Bluetooth, the mouse sometimes randomly connects and disconnects in a loop. On the other hand, the wired connection has always worked flawlessly.Until yesterday, the mouse was functioning perfectly. But last night, after leaving it on, I found that it wasn’t showing any signs of life this morning.I attempted to connect it via cable to multiple USB ports on different computers, using various cables, but it remained unresponsive.
