Hello, how do I remove the saved quick connect devices from my hammerhead true wireless 2nd generation on the android app? I've read in posts that you double tap both buds and hold and it causes them to reset but this isn't working. Model: Razer Hamerhead True Wireless (2nd generation)Product Number: RZ12-03820100-R3G1

I have called around to local gaming stores and can’t find any physical Razr Gold gift cards.  I can find a couple of them at Target, but wanted to buy ones that have higher denominations than $50.  I DO NOT WANT DIGITAL GIFT CARDS!!  How can I find more physical gift cards locally?

Is the Blackwidow v3 customizable? As in, can I change the switches and keycaps to custom ones?

Been reading the manual of my now boxed DeathStalker V2 Pro (with persistent Demo-mode issues) and I have hard time even seeeing a hint of it in said manual. Only after doing a search on the Internet I was made aware if it (notably after my keyboard had itself set into this Demo-mode during a boss fight no less).What’s up with Demo-mode anyway? I clearly do no use of it during normal operation and most certainly not during game play (not at home / in a lan party or at a ternament).I just wonder if I am the only one being baffled with this in my view  markerting feature gimmick even more so since it can act up at anytime if you happen to trigger the combination of keys to set it of.Even the way to get a keyboard out of Demo-mode is troublesome as it involves unplugging and replugging of a USB cable  to reset it.Imagion having to go through that trouble during a boss fight or when your team is killed of like flies during a ternament… (Sorry guys, my keyboard is now in demo-mode so I am g

Hi everyone,I’m looking to replace the original magnetic wrist rest of my Razer Ornata Chroma. The part is damaged and I haven’t been able to find it sold separately anywhere.Most of the wrist rests I’ve found online are for other models (like the BlackWidow or Huntsman) and don’t fit this keyboard.Has anyone here ever managed to buy this exact part, or knows if Razer has ever sold it separately?Thanks a lot for any help or advice!Best regards, 

There was a problem with the Windows 11 volume mixer. Its sliders simply do not change the volume, only turning off the volume completely removes the sound (screenshot 1). Running through all the Windows settings, I found a pattern: turning off one parameter of the headphone settings in Windows itself, the mixer takes on its own meaning and significance (screenshot 2). It feels like somewhere in Razer Synapse there is volume normalization (alignment of all programs to the same volume level), but in the Razer Synapse settings, volume normalization is turned off (screenshot 3). The problem is that when this switch is turned on, all processing and filters from Razer Synapse are turned off 

Looking to see if anyone had any luck buying any extension cables for the nommo v2 speaker cables.   It's a 15 pin VGA db15 type cable 3 rows.  I found one that works but it required a bit of modification to work.  Razer doesn't seem to make any which is disappointing.   

Can someone tell me what type of thermal pads I need for my Razer Blade 18 model RZ09-0484UEH4 from 2023? Or how can I contact Razer support directly via email to inquire about this?

Hi, i can’t decide whether to get the black or white version of the radar huntsman mini keyboard. I have a black desk, with basically all black set up, i’ve heard the white looks cleaner with the rgb but would that look weird with my setup?

 There seems to be a bug when I view my Razer Silver Balance. I have 3650 as shown above, but when I view the Razer Silver Balance, it shows 0. 

I am on PC. I can not figure out how to remap the share button.  I had a PowerA controller before this and it allow me to remap the share button in steam to a keyboard input.  I have my Wolverine V3 remapped in steam but it doesn’t do anything.  It can be useful for push to talk on PC games.  I downloaded joy2key and it can not even see the share button being pressed.  I understand the rear buttons are only remappable using the Razer software.  Any reason to not allow Windows to see the share button?

My journey with headphones began wonderfully with the Asus ROG Strix 7.1, but I later decided to invest in the Razer Tiamat V2 7.1, which ended up becoming my all-time favorite headset. The sound quality is simply impeccable, and over the years, I've purchased three units of it. Unfortunately, one of them has completely worn out over time, and now I'm using the second one while keeping the last one in reserve.Recently, the microphone on my current Tiamat started having issues, which has made me concerned, as I'll soon have to rely on my final unit. I've stayed away from the headset market for many years precisely because I had a "stock" of the best model I've ever used. However, as I look at what's currently available, I'm finding it extremely difficult to find anything that compares to the Tiamat V2 7.1.My impression is that both Razer and other brands seem to be focusing on producing headsets with simulated surround sound,

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse when attempting to update the firmware using the Razer Synapse software.Issue: The firmware update reaches 99% and then stops, but when I keep pressing the left, right, and scroll buttons, the update continues until it reaches 100%. However, once it reaches 100%, it restarts and loops back to the beginning. If I release the buttons after starting the update, the process stops at 99% and doesn't complete. The "Update Successful" message does not appear, and the mouse's light never turns on. I have repeated this process multiple times without success, and the same issue occurs each time. I have already tried the following steps: Tested different USB ports and cables Performed a hardware reset and firmware recovery process multiple times Attempted the update in Safe Mode, but the issue persists The mouse's light never turns on after the update process completes (or fails). Hi everyone,I received a Razer Gold e-pin but couldn’t redeem it on my Turkey account. I created a new US account and it worked there, but now I can’t use the balance in Turkey. I’ve contacted Razer support, but I’m still waiting for a solution. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help or advice.

Help please. i have right now Pro click v2 vertical edition. and i have mouse dock pro.  hyperpolling dongleno one can connect by hyperspeed with this mouse. 

so i got the razer viper 8khz in like october-november and there is a problem with razer synapse and i unisntalled it because if i turn it on it ends up making then right side buttons(both of them) useless and they for some reason just stop working. does anyone know how to fix this cuz i wanna change the rgb and some settings 

No drivers are showing, it doesn’t show up in razed synapse, but it makes noises when I unplug it after a factory reset. Please help🙏

I just bought a Blackshark V2 X and tried downloading the audio software to give it a try. I’ve been using the old Razer Surround Pro from 2015 without any issues, I love the surround sound I get and also its been working without any issues. But after trying to install the 7.1 Surround App, it doesn’t allow me to close the setup menu, so I cant select my audio drivers.I found a thread here that spoke about the app having issues with previous versions of synapse, so i went ahead, downloaded the Razer Driver Cleanup Tool and then remove everything with both that app and Revo Uninstaller. After several restarts, the app tells me the Surround 7.1 is installed, but it won’t open. Checking both Revo and Control Panel shows me that there’s no Surround 7.1 installed. Now I can’t even try to reinstall it because there’s no button in the app.So now I tried to give a go to THX Spatial Audio. Downloaded, installed it, and then, the same setup popup comes and I’m not able to close it again, so now
