Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer headset and tried to register the product on your website in order to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.Unfortunately, I received the following error when entering the serial number:"UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER – Please double-check similar characters such as 'I' and '1', 'O' and '0'."Here are my product details:- Serial Number: RZ04-02950100-R381 (as written on the product)- Unique ID: NAC2428D11607843- Country: Iran- Purchase Date: May 23, 2025I have double-checked the serial number carefully, tried different variations, and I am still unable to proceed.Please advise on how to register the product and obtain the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.Thank you for your support.Best regards,  Soroush Hajian

Hello dear razer support team, I recently purchased the Blackshark V2 x headphones, but when I registered it, I realized that the device was already registered, and now I can't use the 7.1 channel sound feature. Please guide me. Thank you. My serial number: HN2121D13402976

I saw a special offer for the RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X today. After using it, I found that my earphones had sound, but the MIC could not sense it. After checking the instructions on the official website, I found that there was supposed to be a one-to-two earphone cable, but it was not included in the package. I would like to ask what is the problem?

I would like to inquire about the Graph frequency response details of the Razer Seiren V2 X microphone. Can you provide me with an official frequency response curve, or at least, accurate information about its performance across different frequency ranges? I'm particularly interested in how it handles low (bass) and high (treble) sounds, and whether there are any noticeable increases or decreases in specific frequency ranges. I intend to use it as a starter for professional voice overs. If certain conditions apply to it, I will purchase it.

Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeedI feel there is a delay when it is enabled by default. I hope to add an option in the driver for players to choose whether to enable it or not, I hope razer to develop an XM mold mouse for players with small hands of 18.5cm to use.

Hi, I have a DeathAdder v2 HypedSpeed and Ive been usse it for more than 2 years and recently the side buttons become a little bit loose and wobbly. Is there anyway to repair it or making more stiff? (preferably without opening it) Its really a good mouse and I want to maintain it.here is a video

Hello, I have this issue and I couldn’t find the reason why it happens. When I hold down Fn, everything lights up as it should, but the buttons don’t work, it only does regular for example F11 function. I would appreciate any help.

Bought the Razer Barracuda X headset in November 2023. pretty much useful ,no issues used it for PC and PS5 gaming and bluetooth for my phone. Around February 2025, i went to charge it, no different than usual, i either charged it using my PC or the same old plug for the USBC wire. I can still plug it in to ps5 aux  for console play but it will not charge up AT ALL,it appears green after a while,as if it has been fully charged, yet when i turn them on it shows red low battery on my phones bluetooth and keep repeating  ‘low battery’.I guess i have a few months left to claim warranty but will razer even listen?fix it or replace it ?im unsure what to do

Can anyone know any application support Razer Viper v3 pro on Mac, I just want to change the mouse speed. Thanks

After using the trackpad for more than 15 minutes it begins to get unresponsive and less precise until it does not detect me touching it at all, it then goes back to normal as soon as i close the lid an re open the laptop, does anyone else have this issue and how can i fix it? 

My teenage kids use my computer quite often to game. I loaded up my own game tonight and now my middle mouse button isn’t functioning like it did yesterday. Is there some setting I’m missing? I reinstalled razer synapse and unlinked the mouse and relinked the mouse from the computer and restarted it. Nothing is letting my use the middle mouse click anymore.

hi, i have a problem with my razer 7.1 surround. ocne ive upgraded to windows 11, my surround was nowhere to be found so i decided to try and install it through manage devices and through legacy installer which worked i have the driver for it and everything, but when i try to play a sound or a video the sound just makes a pop and nothing and while playing the video the video lags alot and wont even play. i need help to get it working so if someone would help id be thankful.

When can we expect the Wolverine V2 Pro PS5 controller to have Synapse 4 integration? I assume it will as I just found out the v3 pro got this support in a firmware update a month ago. There should't be a reason why this one can not right? Especially since Razer doesn't even offer a PS5 version of the V3.I just want fully remapable buttons please…Incredibly frustrating when Razer releases products and then a couple years later release a version X of the same product which gets full attention in software development and the older one left in the bin. Makes me hesitent of buying razer products if they have been out for more than a year.Apologize for the title misspelling I just noticed I can't edit.
