Razor Blackshark V3 Pro Replacement dongle needed S/N 862539D38101485Please help me find the right replacement to find.

I bet they have a billion V2's left and no one wants them... Well yeah compared to the Naga X which I have been using for over 6 years now, compared to it they are a downgrade! Why would a gamer need wireless? Why would a gamer who is not 12 need 3 different side panels? Why? I would rather have one with cable that is below 85g with 12 buttons than anything the V2's can offer me! The only reason I am waiting for the next razer naga is 1. They have the best feel for me period. 2. No one else who could rival Razer is Logitech but they make no 12 side buttons no more.... So pllllllssssss just give me a new updated Naga X ! I beg you!

Will there be a white version of the Huntsman V3 HE soon or should i just go with a different keyboard?

Hey Razer team,I wanted to suggest adding a BHOP (bunny hop) mode to the Viper V4 Pro, similar to the BHOP feature that Logitech SuperStrike 2 has.I think it would be a really cool addition for FPS players, especially since the Viper V4 Pro is already designed with competitive gaming in mind. It would be great if BHOP mode could be added as an option directly in Razer Synapse, and also made available through the Razer web-based configuration/software.Ideally, it could just be an optional toggle that users can turn on or off depending on what they play. That way, people who don't need it wouldn't be affected.I think this would make the Viper V4 Pro even more appealing to competitive FPS players, and I'd really appreciate it if Razer could consider adding it in a future update.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device feature and was hoping to get some help or see if anyone else has faced this.My Devices: Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4 LP TKL Mouse: Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed The Issue: I tried pairing my DeathAdder V3 to the BlackWidow's 2.4GHz dongle to save a USB port. The initial pairing process completes successfully.However, just a few seconds after they are connected, the keyboard completely drops its connection and becomes disconnected. Strangely, the mouse continues to work perfectly fine through the keyboard's dongle.I have tried unplugging and replugging the dongle, as well as restarting Synapse, but the exact same behaviour repeats: both work for a few seconds, then the keyboard disconnects while the mouse stays connected.Is this a known bug with Razer Synapse, a firmware issue, or am I doing something wrong during the setup? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank

Can anyone tell me how to remove my optical purple switch from my razer hunstman v2? i dont wanna ruin my whole keyboard trying to remove 1 specific switch, the thing is i play geometry dash all day and i smash that specific key, so now its tilted to the left and makes a terrible sound.

Just bought it last week and used three times and not working now for one side of the ear bud. Both ear buds paired or connected at different timings ended up only one side connected.  

I have done everything from trying to connect the dongle to the front and the back using the adapter. My headset is flashing green but not connecting. Help Please im 15 and dont wanna have to buy a new 80 dollar headset 

I bought the 2XKO Razer Iskur V2 X chair since it was on clearance on Woot! I received it today and just as I expected, it’s so ugly and I don’t even play the game, but it’s pretty comfortable. Is there any sleeves that can fit on this chair that isn’t directly from Razer? The sleeves are $130 which is almost as much as the chair.

Whe i connect the razer Kaira Pro (PS5 Version) to the PC, the Mic is so low that when connected to Discord the people on the channel cant even hear me. Looking at the configuration in windows and doing the sound test (with the mic at 100%) only receives about 5-10%. I tried everithing on wondows and connecting via dongle and BT, but nothing works. In the PS5 works good and the Mic sounds very well (tested with Discord too). I dont know what more to try, im thinking on returnng them. Some help?

I just bought my Viper V3 Hyperspeed and after several use, the wheel scrolling stopped working. When I changed the DPI, it will sometimes work for several seconds but then stopped again. How do I fix this?

Have the same issue as described here: razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse cursor moving on its own/not workingI’ve been trying to fix this myself but I can’t figure it out nor can my local computer shop.the cursor is drifting to the top left of screen. I can’t click or do anything on the mouse. I mostly play Nintendo 3DS games on PC, especially Tomodachi Life, and I'm using a Razer mouse with Synapse.I'm curious what settings other gamers prefer for slower, casual games like this.What DPI do you normally use? Do you create separate Synapse profiles for different games? Is it worth assigning macros to mouse buttons for emulator shortcuts like save/load states or fast forward? Any Razer mouse recommendations that work especially well with emulator gaming?I'd love to hear how you've optimized your Razer setup for emulator or simulation games. Thanks!

Hi! I’ve came across an issue recently that razer synapse doesn’t detect my keyboard. I have tried everything but it doesn’t work like: uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling, restarting pc, deleting my drivers and installing them again, uninstalling riot vanguard and Valorant. My keyboard is Razer Huntsman Mini .  Is there any other method i can try?  

i’l looking around and i cannot find the color and model for my headset, i love it and it was a gift from my bf and it’s a shame that both the paint and leather are falling apart, they create a pink mess and i want to buy some kind of solution for them? for now i just found the ones with the zipper but i don’t really like them, i prefer spending a little more money to get a perfect replacement.

i have a razer viper ultimate and synapse 4 (im fine with downloading other software). im trying to make rmb work as rmb and a sens clutch for tarkov. tarkov has awful and unmodifiable ads sens per optic, so im hoping i can have a few different profiles for the optics i use and have my sens change on demand.

I had reached out and never got any reply so posting on here but what are we doing with the Synapse app!?!?  Honestly, 3 had better features and I guess it snuck up on me but when did you become a bloatware company!?!?  For Gamers By Gamers DOESNT MEAN ADD A BUNCH OF BLOATWARE to peddle your goods.  How about working on the app?!?!  None of my profiles auto switch anymore, and when they did they were VERY hit or miss.  The fact that I can select a game profile across all my devices like I could in 3 is insane.  Lets put it this way, I have already asked Ai how do I get off of Razer echo system and on to SteelSeries as I have switched over to SteelSeries GG Client, and what a terrific experience.  No bloatware, just what I need and it works every time.  My need for RGB everything is coming to an end so the only thing that ties me to Razer is my Tartarus and my Naga but with onboard memory, technically I have a work around for these too.   It hurts to watch a company turn into a profit m
