So here's a weird one for y'all. Recently I had a windows update. After my computer restarted my kraken v4 pro doesn't work correctly. The wireless base doesn't want to be recognized by synapse. Even weirder the headset won't work unless it's connected via USB cable. That's not even the weirdest part. The weirdest part is that the headset acts like it's on, but when I hit the power button it doesn't shut off and says "power on" when it registers. It won't change audio modes either. I tried to check firmware and it was up to date, but also wouldn't let me force reinstall the firmware. I'm not sure what to do beside let the headset drain power overnight, and recharge it tosee of that helps. I know that it has to be on hyperspeed wireless to resync to the base, but I'm not sure what else to do. Also the mic wont retract even after trying to spin it around and try to get it to fit back inside the spot for it. 

Hi, As many users already reported, I have an issue with my new keyboard Huntsman V3 HE TLK. Some keys are being triggered unexpectly, while not pressed. Even when not using the keyboard at all.I noted the “ESC” and “F5” keys are mainly affected like some people reported. The issue seems to disappear when Synapse is closed.I already tried to reinstall Synapes several times, and I did use the driver cleanup utility as well.Switched to different USB ports. Can you please help and this fix issue ? (New firmware fix ?)

I am so tired of this software. You make a great item and then completely ruin the experience with this garbage software which is constantly crashing and just full of bloat. I think it may be time to stop using you guys altogether.

Hi! Unplugged my mouse from pc for 3 days. After I plugged it back, middle wheel doesn’t work as a button. Tried to find drivers on website, update drivers on windows 11, but nothing helped. Would love to read any useful advice here or any soft that could help me solve the issue. (right now Razer synapse doesn’t see my mouse as Razer device coz seems like it is too old, and razer didn’t expect to work it so long)

I’m trying to sort out a Wi-Fi issue at home and could use some advice from people who actually game regularly.My setup is fine when I’m close to the router, but the connection gets less reliable when I’m in another room. I’ve been looking at mesh Wi-Fi, but I’m not sure if that’s the right solution or if I should be looking at something else first.I’ve worked around a few Wi-Fi setups with Borderless Solutions, but I’d still like to hear from gamers who have dealt with this themselves.Would you go with a mesh system, Ethernet, or something else for a gaming setup?

So like a month ago ive bought a razer viper 8khz mouse and its been really good but sometimes the left click stopped working and i had to press firmly on it or unplug and replug, tried blowing under there, changing the refresh rate but nothing helped, i returned it and bought it once again somewhere else and it still sometimes stops registering left clicks, what can i even do to fix it? i saw other people talk about this so im not the only one

Hi everyone,I’m having a small issue with Synapse where my mouse works normally after Windows starts, but sometimes the correct profile doesn’t load automatically.The device is detected and I can see it in Synapse, but I have to open the software and manually switch profiles before my DPI and button settings are applied.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting that controls whether Synapse loads the active profile automatically when Windows starts?I’ve already tried restarting Synapse, but the issue occasionally comes back.Thanks for any suggestions

My 5 year old daughter saw my wife's Barracuda X Chroma Dongle and wondered what it was for. I told her to "put it away"....she heard "throw it away" and proceeded to run to our kitchen trash can and toss it. I didn't notice until tomorrow, that was what she was doing rushing out of my room. I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a  problem like this

hi all, em using Razer Huntsman V2 Analog for quite a while n i genuinely love this keyboard for it comfortablity and feel but unfortunately its almost been been a month n none of the light is working. i mean it was working completely fine n i shut down my pc n the next time i turn it on, the lights are not there. i have tried every possible way but they are just not there. keys are perfectly working but no lights n even the lights for num lock, caps lock etc are gone too. i have tried updatign the firmware, reintstalled windows, tried it on another pc, updated synase, reinstalled keyboard drivers but still nothing works. please please can someone help me with this

Cannot find anywhere to buy a replacement dongle. How come I buy a new one? My old is lost. 

So I hadn’t gotten this new headset for my birthday and it was the Bluetooth hello Kitty Kraken headphones and I hook it up to my PC like I get it. Bluetooth connected and it’s crackly like it sounds like there’s a robot a distorted robot talking or any type of noise and to other people, I sound like a distorted robot. I’ve tried fixing this multiple times different ways and nothing’s working. Oh, and every second or minute, it will go disconnected, connected and repeat !

Hello,I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my iphone or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.I am located in Portugal.Thank you.

As usual Razer's vibe coded untested garbage is at it again.With my laptop if I don't have a connection on boot, no successive restart of Synapse or anything short of a complete windows reboot will make Synapse detect ANY devices.Why is this software such? 

The Wolverine v3’s battery status does not work on Xbox. I assume Razer is aware of this issue. What is the plan to fix that? I did not expect to have this issue with a $200 controller. Relying on the app is a ridiculous work around. I would also like a comment as to why Razer does not make a charging station that is compatible with this controller. If there is no intention to make one I would have just preferred using batteries that I can easily swap out. Having to plug it in defeats the purpose and a charging station is available on all your competitor controllers.

If you brought back the Left Nagas in 2026, you would make bank.  You would not even have to create a new mouse evither, just re-release the existing model.  Maybe, tweak it to modern firmware/software standards, but just create a new batch.  Hell, I’d buy at least 2 of them.  I own both versions you’ve came out with and was one of many who signed the petition for the 2020 release.  Being only able to use my left hand for my passionate gaming, it made things 100x easierhave programmable side buttons. With Left Handed Gaming Mice niche being as barren as it is today, you would be the only source of the old school product.  The community of left handed gamers would flock to Razer. 

Hi there, I have already a bunch of Razer products, but I usually don't go doing macros and stuff.. And an idea came to me, what if I could switch audio peripherals from a single key of my keyboard ?So, I'd like to know, is it possible ? If so, how can I do that, or where can I find how to do it ?I've read a Reddit post about using Sound Switch but I wanna know if there's any way to achieve my goal without another software.Thanks ! 

Hi everyone,I'm looking to get a Razer Orochi V2 with the My Melody design. I noticed that I can either buy the official themed mouse directly for around NT$3,090, OR I can buy a standard version of the Orochi V2 plus a separate custom My Melody top shell for about NT$680, and then swap the shell myself.Since the Orochi V2 is designed with a removable magnetic top cover anyway, are there any differences between these two approaches besides the packaging and price? Does buying a separate custom shell affect the official warranty in any way?Thanks in advance for any advice!
