The Razer Armory

I'm looking to upgrade my dock as I need more USB-C ports and use thunderbolt for my external drives and my 43" 4k monitor. My primary use is home recording and music production.I'm considering the Razer Thunderbolt 5 dock for its added m.2 slot to support an extra 8TB of storage. However, I've read the fan noise is quite loud and frequent.Does anyone have experience with this dock? How frequently does the fan go off and is it loud enough to add background noise during recording? 

Ive had a Deathadder for probably 12 years now, maybe even more.. It has started to go back and forth from double clicking and needing 2-3 clicks to register. Would love to get another Razer mouse and am just looking for any and all opinions/recommendations. 

I am begging on my hands and knees, please bring back the ouroboros, its the best mouse i’ve ever used, it was sleek, ergonomic, customizable, it was the greatest gaming mouse i’ve ever had, what do i have to do to get a V.2?

Hi, My keyboard is almost new, i own it about 3 months. Today my battery dropped to 10% so i decided to charge it. However, at first it didn’t charge at all, then synapse showed me 100% battery level while connected by wire, then i unpluged it and the level dropped to 10% again. I already tried updating firmware, re-installing synapse, checked the wires, dongles and etc. Nothing helped.

My keyboard battery life drop very fast, just got it for almost 1 week. How can i extend my RAZER BLACKWIDOW V4 PRO 75% battery life? While the ads say it has a 2100 hours of battery lifetime on Power Saving Mode. And also on my 2nd charge, it only show 5% charging and no change.

Hi everyone, I am setting up macro shortcut profiles on my Razer BlackWidow keyboard using the new Synapse 4 Beta. I want to map specific quick-launch keys that instantly open our daily corporate operational tabs in Chrome.For example, I have one macro mapped to pull up our primary web asset showcase at Yumi Nutrition store, but the URL launch command occasionally opens multiple duplicate blank browser windows instead of a single active tab.Is there a specific parameter or string format I should use in the Synapse macro recorder dashboard to ensure the shortcut command cleanly forces a single target window refresh? Thanks for any setup advice!

I updated my razer firmware after getting a prompt to do so on the synapse web browser, and now the mouse is malfunctioning. Any ideas on how to fix the mouse or maybe download an older update? 

I use a Raza Naga X (RZ01-0359) and  error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off.  The problem occurred when I launched Razer Synapse.Is there a solution for this?

Can we please get a setting that can set the mouse wheel sensitivity.Please don’t tell me there is  Windows  settings in mouse settings. Its not what we need. I would like to have the wheel sensitivity set so that i have to DELIBERATLY scroll  in game because it drives me insane that my mouse will scroll when bumped and swap weapons in a fire fight (CS2)…  The feature request is like this… have it customizable that 3 scrolls within some small period of time = 1 scroll output. That way I can purposefully scroll and not have it randomly scroll when bumped.  

I recently factory reset my Android phone and ran into the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) verification screen because I couldn't immediately access the original Google account. After successfully completing the verification later and setting the phone up again, I noticed that my Razer Kishi V2 no longer gets detected consistently when connected through USB-C.The controller sometimes powers on for a second but then disconnects, while other times it isn't recognized at all. I have already tested the Kishi V2 on another Android device where it works perfectly, so the controller itself doesn't appear to be faulty.I've also tried clearing the USB settings, enabling USB debugging, restarting the phone, updating Android, and reinstalling the Razer Nexus app, but the issue remains. The USB-C port charges the phone normally, which makes the problem even more confusing.Has anyone experienced a situation where an Android device behaves differently with USB accessories after going through the FRP

Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked.I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.

i just  got my  new razor black sharkv3 yesterday from amazon they are wireless and have the hyperspeed but i can only use them in  bluetooth  and wired and when i do that the  mic  sounds so bad and  the sound is so bad to  and  whenj  i use the hyper speed i  cant hear  or  use my mic

While scrolling down, the mouse sometimes registers an unexpected scroll in the opposite direction and moves up. This happens frequently and affects my normal use, especially during gaming and everyday computer tasks.I purchased two Razer V2 Pro White mice, and unfortunately both devices have the same issue. This makes me believe that it may be related to the model or a possible manufacturing issue.I live in Tunisia, and returning the products to Amazon is very difficult for me. Getting a blank screen when laptop tries to load windows after selecting DGPU only mode in BIOS.Works fine if I select DGPU through Nvidia control panel but I’m tired of the occasional screen freezing when it switches from IGPU to DGPU and vice versaRazer Blade 14 2025 5070 all drivers up to date.Reinstalled drivers with DDUAny suggestions? 

Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35KIssue: Bluetooth stopped appearing on Windows and phone, despite working wired and via HyperSpeedSymptoms: Slow blue breathing light, profile button would not enter pairing modeWhat fixed it:Held:Left clickRight clickScroll wheel clickAll three side buttonsProfile buttonMouse entered Bluetooth pairing mode and became discoverable again. The usual left/right/middle click reset method reported for other Razer mice did not work; this combination did.(I speculate this mouse is just handsy-r lol) It's worth noting this happened after installing Synapse 4 and updating firmware and troubleshooting, Bluetooth became stuck and this method recovered it. Hope this helps, peace.

I can't figure out how to turn off the RGB lights while the kraken v4 pro is in Bluetooth mode. It's an unnecessary drain on battery life and it's really frustrating. I have tried turning off brightness on synapse but the moment my headset isn't connected to my PC anymore, the RGB resumes. Does anyone know how to trim them off and keep them off while in Bluetooth mode?

Hello,CS 2 profile switch resets to default after searching for new game.I setuped a new profile for 8000 hz polling rate, extra for cs 2 to limit battery drain.I also tested the profile switch behavior with using a cable instead of the hyper polling dongle. Same effect.Reinstalling Synapse 4, deleting all app data files and doing the same does not work too. I assume profile switching for CS 2 is not working at all.Best regards 

Where can I buy a full sized BlackWidow v4 keyboard in UK layout with orange switches? It’s frustrating to be able to buy everything in US layout but extreamilty limited in UK format. Does anyone else fine this to be an issue? I don’t want to jump ship to another brand with MX Brown switches (or equivalent) but I may have to…

In my opinion, there isn’t a single mouse on the market that comes close to the ergonomics of the Naga V2 Pro. It fits my hand like a glove. And the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023)? That microphone is in a league of its own. I want to use these products, I want to recommend them—but Razer is making it incredibly difficult for me.I am a Linux user (running Bazzite). Would be cool if razer made some open ear, ear buds like Sony or Shokz, that is all. I don’t like wearing full headsets for the most part. I did order some Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed so I’m looking forward to getting those. I know it's a big ask for them to make such a niche thing, but hey a guy can dream. 

I want the RAZER NAGA HEX V2 back. The layout was perfect for me and it was build to last. I've had 3 Naga Trinity since, but the build quality isn't on par with the Hex v2. I now use the Naga pro v2 but i't's 6 number faceplate layout isn't what I want, so I slapped the trinity hex panel on the pro although it doesn't give me access to the “7” button.  The Naga Pro v2 built quality is on par with the Naga Hex V2, but the trinity isn't.PLEASE!! Either give us the Hex V2 back, or make a side panel for the Naga V2 PRO that resembles the one on the trinity.
