StarCraft: Remastered is randomly crashing on my Razer Blade 16 (2024).In some cases the game simply disappears to the desktop. In other cases it causes Windows itself to crash and automatically reboot without displaying a traditional blue screen.I’m hoping someone can help me determine whether this is a StarCraft issue, an Intel 14900HX issue, a Hyper-V/VBS issue, or a hardware/firmware problem being exposed by StarCraft. System:• Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0510)• Intel i9-14900HX• RTX 4090 Laptop GPU• Windows 11 Home• Latest Razer BIOS (1.08) Symptoms:Originally, while playing StarCraft: Remastered, the entire laptop would occasionally freeze and then reboot. I’m trying to install a UAD 2 Satellite on my Razer 17 pro (RZ09-0368). Ive updated the drivers and have done all of the UA prerequisites and have reinstalled windows. I’m at a loss. How do I fix this?

The 7 Ring button plate,(From Naga trinity) is the best thing I've ever experienced on any mice.The way your thumb can grip it without touching any buttons, but u still having easy access to 7 other buttons that's very easy to map in your head due to the clear difference in direction, compared to other layouts where buttons just feels mushed together, is just fantastic.Not just that, but the way I have access to two of them very fast by just pressing in my thumb to a direction adds 2 buttons that's even more natural then common right and left click for me.I’ve owned 4.5 of these mouse in total.The first two mice broke on me, then I frankesteined them together(hence the half), now I own a third and have a backup since it’s being replaced by newer mice.I bought a Naga pro, because I thought I would get used to it, and I can. But it feels like a massive downgrade honestly.And the punch in the face is that my naga trinity plate DOES fit on the naga pro, but it does recognice it as the 6 bu

Every time I boot up my computer, my wireless headset starts quiet, and then doesn’t kick into its full loudness until I swap EQ Profiles in the Synapse app. This workaround works every time but it’s also annoying that it doesn’t this because then I have to keep synapse on my computer just to do this every time I play.I’d love to truly just turn the headphones on and have them work. Anyone else notice this issue?

Hi.My mouse broke down and I want to buy a new one.I saw the basalisk v3 x hyperspeed and it seems great for me but I have seen a lot of issues with it.Is it really worth the risk and if no which one should I buy for 60€ and under

Is there anyone here that knows the fix for this? I’ve searched the entire reddit and razer forums and it seems this is happening for a long time now. I just got this keyboard and well it looks like its busted again as it keeps on turning off the custom actuation points whenever i move to a different profile or tab like lighting. i need to manually reselect all the keys for it to work again with the custom actuation points. it defeats the purpose of having the profiles. im having second thoughts and just return this and move to a different brand. 

I lost my phone and now i cant top up. I also don't have backup codes but i can access my registered email.

During my trip to London, I purchased a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse with 12 side buttons and a replaceable side panel. I am attaching the purchase receipt.After setting up the mouse, I configured all my settings through Razer Synapse. Initially, the device worked flawlessly. The scroll wheel's stiffness/sensitivity settings also applied correctly at the beginning.However, after some use, only the scroll wheel settings become disabled. The scroll wheel becomes loose, as if it's spinning freely, and the stiffness/sensitivity settings I made through Synapse are no longer applied. Despite this, all other functions of the mouse work normally. The side buttons, main buttons, and macros are fine. The problem only occurs with the scroll wheel settings.To resolve this problem, I have tried the following:- Uninstalling the Razer Synapse application.- Uninstalling the relevant drivers.- Reinstalling Razer Synapse.- Reconfiguring the mouse settings.- I tested the device in both wired and 2.4 GHz wirel

Hi everyone!I really like my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset but I have a few issues sadly that I can not fix. - When there is no audio playing for a few minutes, the audio then played in ‘faded-in’. This is very annoying it basically mutes shot notification and short voice chat moments. I can't find to turn this off anywhere.- The headset stops audio all together sometimes, it still shows in Windows and is playing but no sound. Reconnecting the dongle or powering the headset on and off again fixes this. - Synapse tells me to update the firmware yet I already upgraded to the version that is listed on the website from August 1st 2025.

I turned off my pc last night and when I boot it back up this morning the dongle is not working. Every application to sync my mouse and dongle constantly sais failed but my pc is detecting the dongle. when attempting to update it keeps  going back to update like nothing happend. 

Hello I just bought a new hyper polling wireless dongle from razer website for my viper v3 pro since i lost the original one that came with it but i cant connect the mouse to the dongle. The dongle appears on my synapse when i connect it but my v3 pro won’t unless i connect it via type c cable. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Is there a way to have the gengar headphones not have the microphone? I already have a stand alone microphone.

This *beep* sound with brief audio cut is annoying and disturbs a lot. I play many games and use Discord using open mic - previously used Barracuda headset and it’s very convinient for me to use it that way, instead of voice activation or push-to-talk - especially during long game sessions and when needing constant input from keyboard for game. Where is the option to disable it? If not - please add it.

The current Intel microcode is causing stability issues on this platform. Some games are crashing due to the Intel Core Ultra series and devs say to update BIOS. Unfortunately, I’m already on the latest bios from razer (sept 2025) so there’s nothing I can do.Other manufacturers with the same CPU (Intel Core Ultra 275HX), including Acer, MSI, Dell, and Gigabyte, have all already released BIOS updates this month (March 2026) to address these microcode-related problems.Can we get an ETA on when Razer will provide an equivalent update for this model?

i got this razer black widow v4 after using the v3 for years and it seems to be double typing keys alot of the time, i saw a post on this aroound three years ago, wondering if theres any actual fixes whether its from the firmware or just whatever, are there any fixes oor do i live with this, its not awful just slightly annoying on a brand new keyboard 

For about a couple of weeks ago, my 7.1 surround stopped working due to the app showing reconnecting at all times and not working at all.I reinstalled it too but still no use. Now if i login into the account it shows logging in and then the window closes. You can see the app and razerengine app running in the task manager and minimized in the notification area but if you right click it, it gives the option of login, again.7.1 surround sound options shows up in audio devices but if you select it no sound plays as no device is connected to it I guess.I have Blackshark V2 and it was all working fine up until just some weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated. (Win 11)

Hi, We have a razer wolverine v3 tournament edition controller that remapped the M5 button (left thumbstick)  to the Y button by itself after using it for a while. Is this a firmware issue? Currently we only used profile 1. The rest of the profiles was not mapped.  Regards
