Need customer support help

I tried to update my headset firmware, but the dongle is always not detected. Is there anyone who has the same problem? Is there a solution for this problem?

I own a Leviathan v.1 2.1 soundbar and I would like to know if I could get Leviathan v.2 without the subwoofer and use my v1's one on it.That way I could get a fresh soundbar and use the old subwoofer to save money. Win win.

Hi all, hope somebody can help before I return this product. I've connected the controller to my PS5, I can navigate the dashboard and play games etc but,  the mute button does not activate my arctic nova wireless headset and the controller will not turn my PS5 on from sleep mode or from off.Also in pairing mode on the PS5 Bluetooth accessories menu it states the "passkey might not be correct* As this is an authorised product for use with the PS5 I'd expect it work easily. Any suggestion?Many thanks. 

Hello, I just bought a Razer Barracadu X, and when I start or pause a video, I hear a small crackling sound lasting about 0.1 seconds. What do you think this is? Thanks in advance. 

Hi, like in the topic, my not even 2 year old huntsman elite keyboard sometimes cant recognize that im HOLDING ESC key down, instead it sometimes dubbelclick while holding it down and sometimes even more than dubbel.And some days it also dosent recognnize its pressed down at all.  Anyone had this issue before or heard about this? Can’t really decide if i want to invest in a new expensive keyboard from razer again if 1-2 years is the time it takes to get these kind of issues.

Hi, I had 580 Razer Gold and started purchasing PUBG Mobile codes. The total value of the codes I received is 200.17 Razer Gold less than what I paid! My account balance is now almost empty, but 200.17 Razer Gold is missing!I opened a support ticket yesterday, but no one has responded yet. I've also tried multiple times to reach out via live support, but it’s like no one is there — I’m getting no response at all.Also, since opening the ticket, some of the codes (worth about 50 Razer Gold) have automatically appeared in my dashboard, which means I did receive part of what was missing — but there’s still 150 Razer Gold worth of products missing, and there’s no update or explanation.

Hello,I just upgraded to Synapse 4. Everything works great for my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and Naga Pro except for the two middle buttons on my mouse. I usually rebind those to mouse 4 and 5 (forward and back for browsing.) No matter what I do, the setting doesn't seem to want to work. Can someone help please?

I think Razer can make more products for female gamers. It’s really lacking in PC accessories in white colour, especially the keyboards. I really like the design of the Razer Pro Type Ultra but I hate the creamy feeling of yellow switches. There’s only very few white keyboards with green switches such as the Blackwidow V4 Pro, but it doesn’t look as good as the Razer Pro Type Ultra :(

Hello, I wanted to ask: I’m planning to buy the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse, but the issue is that I play on Xbox and changing DPI is very important to me. If I set the mouse to 800 DPI in Razer Synapse, will these 800 DPI settings also apply on the console, or not? Please let me know, this is very important to me.

So Im just gaming playing poe2 with the razer gaming pad on hyperboost and keep in mind im getting 180 fps on 1440 and only needing like 120w, never saw it go over like 140 on poe2 but now is the second time that the laptop just all turns off while gaming, which doesn’t even make sense because it should default to battery but I guess it doesn’t have enough time to change or something and just dies and I have to replug the oem brick so it has power again. Super strange. Anyone with a blade 2025 and the gaming pad that could try to duplicate. 

Hello. My speaker does not turn on by itself even though its in PC mode all the time and it turns off on its own when I don’t use it for certain amount of time. I tried the synapse’s power setting and it was off the whole time even after restarting and reinstalling the app, it stays off. I don’t know what to do anymore. Reaching in every time I turn on my PC is getting annoying. Please help. 

So I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed and a Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini HyperSpeed that I’d like to use with the same dongle. When I pair the BlackWidow to the HyperSpeed dongle of the DeathAdder, the RGB defaults to spectrum cycling and cannot be controlled from Synapse. This crossed my mind when I bought a new mouse. Grip tapes are quite good but there is something missing. It would be much better if there was a glass skate in the box. Some people may not like stock skates. It would be good if there were new mice, maybe they would want to change it.

Hello, i have Deathadder V2 Pro, my original dongle broke and it does not work anymore. Connects and disconnects to pc, even to other computers. I bought a new dongle, for same mouse, literally the same dongle, it does register it so dongle is alright, but the mouse does not want to connect to it and work wirelessly. What could be the problem? I've tried everything, updating the firmware, removing the device from razer and from my pc, non of that worked. 

I have the razor Wolverine tournament edition RZ06-0199. S/N PM2043C01906730On the app I can’t edit the binds for the controller when I click on edit it just shows a blank screen. Before I was able to but after an update it doesn’t allow me anymore. If I could receive support I would greatly appreciate it.
