The Razer Armory

The problem is that on my Razer BlackShark V2 X, the serial number behind the ear cushions has been partially worn off. I can see the first 10 characters, but the last 5 are completely unreadable, no matter how hard I try. Because of that, I can’t identify the full serial number. Also, the scratch code for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation is missing from the box. However, I do have the original receipt, the box itself, and everything else that came with the headphones.Is there any way to retrieve the 7.1 Surround Sound code in this situation?I bought it from an official seller.

Hello! just wanted to ask if this is software problem because, i noticed my seiren mini v3 randomly increase it’s mic gain. also after restarting the computer, the mic gain volume is changed, sometimes the gain is increased and sometimes decreased. thanks!

I have razer huntsman mini. It was working amazing till today. I was using my computer and it suddenly died. I tried resetting computer, changing the cable. I cannot find it in device manager. I tried downloading razer huntsman mini firmware updater but it don’t register my keyboard. What else can I do? please help

Hello all, The issue is with the W key, on the Ornata V2. it’s getting stuck while pressing. i need to press it again, maybe a bit harder, to make it work. Any ideas? or the product cannot be fixed?

About 4 months ago i bought razer huntsman v3 mini.  It worked fine until last week. My keyboard just doesn’t respond to my clicks sometimes, usually wasd keys. I need to click it 2 or 3 times before working. I tried everything reinstalling synapse, cleaning keyboard, messing with software, disabling chroma but nothing worked. Did anyone else have same problem or is it just me?

Im using a mac and i have a deathadder v3 pro. Its been working for a while but it suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to use it nothing happens, but when I turn it on the light flashes white for a few seconds and works but then stops. How do i fix this?

 Hi.So for a long time I was wondering about one thing, changing keycaps in my keyboard. I feel like I can’t find the ones that gonna fit (I have Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard). The questioning is not about the regular keycaps (as “WASD”, arrows or function keys) but the spacebar and enter keycaps because they have a “metal bar” inside of them and the keycaps I want to buy are not showing if they have them or not, so my “question” is, does normal keycaps (cherry profiled) will fit my spacebar and enter as I mean will function because without the “metal bar” my spacebar nor enter don’t want to move.

Hello. So after a lot of back and forth with support who have no idea about their hardware and can't communicate with the people responsible for creating drivers, I managed to fix the problem that plagued Basilisk v3.The problem, the same as many of you experienced after updates, literally from one day to the next.First of all, I would like to point out that I no longer have a warranty, which is why I was ignored right away. The only thing they told me was to reinstall synapse, connect the mouse and restart... the problem was that the mouse couldn't even connect because it was in free spin mode, which caused a strange system of connection breaks, but no one in the support blockhead understood that.How did I fix it? After opening the mouse, I didn't know what was wrong, I unplugged the scroll and checked if it worked. Got the 5090 version, max battery saver and battery everything on with optimus on, dim af, streaming youtube and no other apps, 4-5h maybe. Seems like the battery is 85 mwh instead of 90. Batterypro states about 13mW discharge rate after a while of jumping to high 30s. Rivatuner reports about 20 mW usage idle with no applications using it.How is it that asus manages, what? 8-10h on the same cpu and 4090. 

So I been a problem with my mouse not pairing to my computer or any of my devices.I tried the mouse pairing utility, changing the usb cable and reinstalling the synapse. I don’t know what to do now and anyone help me.
