Merhaba, bir sorunum var, bugün bütün akşamı tüm programlara bakarak, tüm forumları okuyarak geçirdim, ancak hiçbir şey Razer  Barracuda Bluetooth bağlantı noktalarıbağlamama yardımcı olmadı, hem Android'de hem de bir dizüstü bilgisayarda denedim ve onları bağlayamadım, sürekli mavi göstergeyi yanıp sönüyorlar ve dongle'a zar zor bağlanabiliyordum.

I like to keep my desk clean and move everything to clean the dust at least once a week. But I do it more often when the weather is nice and I open the window to enjoy some fresh air as this brings in some extra dust. But I'm not sure how to clean my mouspad now that I've had it for a few years and I'm seeing some dirt accumulate on the bottom of my mouse. Pretty sure that I've got some dead skin cells in the surface texture. Should I rinse the surface with water and let it dry? Should I use a soft hand soap or just water? Or is there a better way to get my mouse pad back to mint condition?

HiI recently bought a used Razer Blade 15 Advanced model 2019 and it has a German Keyboard, i would like to swap the Y and Z key caps between them,  however i never tried to pull a key cap out, it’s something that can be done easily? I don’t want to break those tiny claws that keep the key cap in place.Thank you

Hello,I bought a Huntsman V2 keyboard (along with mouse and keyboard) about a year ago. I loved how everything felt and looked but something felt off - My typing really came out slow and if I backspaced or held down a key, there was a long delay and the characters came out slowly.Just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I plugged in my old Corsair keyboard and everything was nice and fast. I plugged the Razer back in and sure enough, it was slow and delayed.I double checked the Windows Keyboard properties and it showed that the repeat delay was set to short while the repeat rate is set to fast. Despite this, the Razer keyboard felt like the settings were default or slower.I decided to force close Synapse and sure enough, the repeat rate and delay were fixed and the Razer keyboard typed like the Corsair as per the Windows keyboard settings.Unfortunately, that was a complete deal breaker. I type a lot and I just can’t bring myself to have a slow repeat rate and delay. I ended up selling my Raze

Please continue selling the Razer Naga X! It’s the only lightweight MMO mouse available. The V2 is too heavy for me.

i’ve had this black widow mini v3 hyper speed for a while now and i haven't been able to use it because it won't even turn on i got curious to try and turn it on after some years and it stayed on for like 2 mins max and it cut right back off and ive tried everything, the hard reset, and all i tried charging it last night by plugging the cable into the lil port behind the frame of the keyboard and the little light next to it didn't light up so i thought maybe that was normal well i just got home and tried to turn it on and nothing works!! it won't even turn on for 3 sec not even a light or response from the keyboard. so this is my last resort if u know anything please help 

Hi everyone I’m using my Razer leviathan v2 speaker use Bluetooth mode connect to device listen music but suddenly the speaker auto disconnected after I can’t switch to Bluetooth pairing mode again press the source button also can’t turn to blue light pairing mode always keep on the green light how can I do pls help me guys !

How can we check the basilisk v3 pro mouse battery life level without going thru the razer synapse app?Like any physical led to show the battery life lvl and charging status?

So I was a dumbass, and deleted THX spatial audio from my softwares. Now my speakers don’t make any sound. They are connected, my computer and Synapse also sees them, but they don’t seem to do anything. Any tips are appreciated! 

Tittled headset has constant buzzing in the left earWhen I go to sound settings and disable the Microphone, it all goes away. Enable it and picks up again. And just staying on the “recording” tab in sounds makes the buzzing even worse! This is both on my pc and laptop. Even when the microphone is removed from the aux the problem persists. I’ve been a razer fan for a long time, but this is rather ridiculous. Especially seeing how many others have the same issue and we have been given no explanation

Hello, Razor users.My younger brother decided to play some games while I when to the shop. When I returned from the store, he said he heard a spark from the charging port and the laptop died.  Problems that I know exist:old battery (drains so quickly) overheating problems  I get small electrical shock from the surface of the laptop when charging I have always have it plugged in whenever I am using it because I usually have Adobe softwares and games running most of the time when I am not doing school work (which I do not use the charger). Can anyone help me diagnose the real issue? Is it the charger, battery, charging port, wiring? I live in Fiji and the technician I visit had no compatible parts for the repair. Your help will be much appreciated. 

Hey Razer Community,I'm facing an issue with my mouse's middle wheel button. It works perfectly fine when Razer Synapse is open, but the moment I close Synapse, it stops working. This happens consistently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to make the middle mouse button work even when Synapse is closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

I’m experiencing an issue where the mouse keeps randomly disconnecting when the dongle is plugged into a USB 3.0 port. It works perfectly fine when I switch it to a USB 2.0 port, but I’d prefer to use USB 3.0 if possible.

So I have my Razer mouse (DeathAdder Elite) for about one year and I had the same exact model right before for again about an year long. I also have a Razer headset (Razer Kraken Tournament Edition) for about a year and a half now, I was using razer synapse ever since I ever bought my first mouse and it always seemed to work up until couple days ago (about 3 days), as if one day I woke up. opened my computer and it decided it doesn.t want to detect my devices anymore, because of that I don't have any access to my mouse settings i once had and I can't change my DPI or any mouse settings, it doesn't even show I have the mouse on the app, it also showed up as "Driver error" in window settings. as for the headset, from the day my products disappeared from the synapse, my audio was crashing and it kept sending the audio troubleshoot. What I tried: 1) I tried reinstalling the Synapse App multiple times, doesn't do anything. 2) I tried reinstalling the driver in the Device Manager, doesn't

So I had my laptop outside with me yesterday playing music, so I know my battery isn’t shot, I turn it on this afternoon and unplug my laptop and suddenly it just turns off, as if the battery is shot but it’s not… I just used it the day prior just fine. I power it back on and the battery says it’s still fully charged… I thought it might be a driver issue so I updated everything including the drivers, didn’t work, the moment I unplug my razerblade 15, no matter what I do it just instantly powers off does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I would like to refresh the overall look of my gaming station by changing out the keycaps but I am unsure of which keycaps to use. I read that we can't replace the bottom row of some older Blackwidow keyboards. Not sure if mine falls into that category considering it is indeed old already was hoping to change to a colorful set of keycaps but there are so many variations out there and i really need your help! 

I've had my razor blackshark v2 pro for a couple of years and it's been working perfect. Now all of the sudden when using the wireless mode it sounds very distorted and muffled. Almost like the audio is far away. Everything is also just quiet now and sounds terrible. If I plug in it into my pc then the audio goes back to normal, I would just use it like this but the cable isn't long enough to reach. Is there any way that this distortion problem can be fixed, or it it can't, would it be able to be replaced?

Hi! I have a Razer Huntsman Mini and it is giving me problems with the keys. The keyboard does not take some keys that change randomly every time I restart the computer. I also tried on other computers and it gives the same problem so it is not a computer problem but a keyboard problem. I also tried to do the combination to restore the keyboard to factory settings (Esc + CapsLock + Space Bar) but it still does not work despite the reset being done. How can I solve this problem I am sorry to change the keyboard since it is one that I paid quite a lot of money for

I've had nothing but issues with this controller since I bought it. First, the controller constantly puts input when I didnt, for example I'll put maybe 10% on a stick and it puts in 50% causing my character to look everywhere or completely miss when playing GPS games. Second, many times I'll push up on the D-pad and it'll also activate the left button, switching my gun from auto to semi-auto without me knowing. 

Title says it all. That bot is utterly useless at what its meant to do. I was trying to claim warranty on my Basilisk v3 but the bot refused to work properly even for one instance. It keeps spamming "I had an issue processing your information. Please try again later." like dawg I've been trying for two days already!Now the thing is what should I do to claim warranty? The whole process is unusually convoluted and now Im at loss. Any help will be greatly appreciated
