In the downloads is a firmware update for the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Firmware Updater | RZ01-04620  Is this firmware also for the “Basilisk V3 Pro 35K” ?

I am new to razor coins. I have some silver coin and I am trying to redeem a mouse pad($55, 63 including tax. No shipping cost since I'm in Canada). When I get to the payment section, it is asking me to choose between PayPal/credit card information. Can I fully pay for an item using silver coin only? Or silver coin is like a discount voucher only?Am I doing this correct? If not, what is the correct way to get the mouse pad by spending my silver coin?

Recently grabbed myself a wolverine v3 and I must admit it is definitely one of my favourite controllers nowadays. The lack of software options however, options that are available on much cheaper offerings from the likes of Gamesir, is nothing short of disappointing for the price. I really hope we get a firmware/software update in the near future that adds at leastTrigger dead zone adjustmentAnalog stick response curves (disabling sticks as well)Default button remapping (not just paddle assignment and with keyboard/multimedia key support)Profile switching onboard and shift layers(the profiles are already saved to the controller board)I don't believe there are any console restrictions here because the elite series 2 supports all of these. Knowing razer there's probably a controller in the works with these features for twice the price of the v3 but I really hope I'm wrong

Hammerhead True Wireless - 2 defective pairs. Unlucky or outdated product?I ordered two pairs of Razer’s old style gaming ear buds with no silicone on the ear piece. The second pair was because the first pair didn’t and still doesn’t work, opening the case when it’s fully charged does not “play an audible cue” that indicates it’s attempting to pair.It just does *nothing*. There’s no audible cue and it never shows up on any of my devices (phone, Xbox or PC) as a pair-able device. I’ve tried everything, from charging the case without the ear buds, to charging one ear bud at a time, and of course charging both earbuds. They are both basically overpriced paper weights.Someone from razer actually reached out to me and informed me the seller I bought it from on Amazon HDD Shop, isn’t an authorized reseller for razer, so I can’t get a warranty on either one. All I can do is return them back to HDD shop since razer can’t find the S/N I provided them for both products.Am I really just unlucky?

When I map the left stick click to m6 or any back button it simply makes my character walk slower. The left stick click sprint works as it always has but i want to map it to back button. Just can't get it to respond properly. I've mapped it using the controller app for wolverine v3 pro TE and using the function button on controller. Same results. Any insight into what I am doing wrong?

Since I installed Windows 11 after 10 version on my 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model rz09-0367x (nvidia rtx3070 mobile gpu), I have been experiencing blue screens with the message 'Video Memory Management Internal' and Kernel Power source issue on event viewer, even when the computer is doing nothing. I have also noticed that, compared to before, the fans are running loudly even when the computer is not performing any major tasks.I have tried all the solutions I found online, such as reinstalling the graphics drivers, cleaning the registry via CMD, and even formatting the laptop, but the problem persists. I’ve been looking for a new keyboard and i have all my periferals from razer, so the Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL seemed a good option. I live in Portugal and the keyboard is around 220€, its pricey as hell, but in the USA razer website, the keyboard has a 40% discount, 130$. Since the USA website only delivers for USA, it’s possible to have the same discount on razer europe?

I have a proplem with Basilisk V3 Pro And Mouse Dock Pro. They are working nice, but when I dock the mouse to charge (and if Synapse 3 is enabled), Synapse doesn't update the battery level when moude is charging (but mouse is charging). And that' why the RGB light indicator of battery level doen't update too. When I redock the mouse the battery level is fetched and then doesn't update again. I did a lot of things. There is a list of some of them:- Reinstall Synapse (clean, recovery, update, switch to Synapse 4)- Check at another PC- Change USB ports- Change all possible settings of mouse and dock in diifferent combinations- Try to find dependence of this behaivor according to Chroma settings- Of course, I wait some time, but battery level doen’t update and light color on the Dock too- Try to inspect logs of razer synapse- Always update firmware of mouse and dock- … etc. But nothing helps. If I disable synapse, It works well. Looks like a program/firmware bug.

I have Razer kraken gaming headset and i have recently reinstalled my THX Spatial Audio application because i had some issues with it, and now it wants activation code again, is there a way to use my account so i can use the application again ? Or can i get new activation code somwhow?

I’ve been looking for a new mousepad for a while now since I had mine for like a couple years and there’s a lot of unwanted friction (even after periodically washing it). What’s the best mousepad for speed and for the best value? Should I settle for the Atlas even though it’s 100$ or is the Strider or Sphex better in terms of like less friction per money?

I bought this device the other day specifically to be a controller for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. But...there are no profiles anywhere on the web for MSFS 2024, including in the loupedeck marketplace.Further, I’ve not been able to configure any physical buttons or knobs to control anything in MSFS 2024.Has anybody gotten this to work, and if so, please share how.Thanks!

I’ve been using Razer products for almost 10 years now and I wanted to post some thoughts about my experience followed up with a question about future products.The first Razer product I ever bought was the Razer Naga 2014. I bought it back in 2015 (almost 10 years from the date of this message). I’ve had it this entire time and it’s never broken. All the buttons work flawlessly. And the older Razer Synapse software is lightning fast, responsive, and never has issues. I originally used it for World of Warcraft, but soon after that I started using it for my work (game dev). I was able to map the 12 side keys to all the software I use (Maya, Unity, Unreal, code IDEs, etc). Hello, I just got a new Deathadder v3 Pro. Installed the Synapse 4 and I expected a way to customize the LED indicator found below the scroll wheel. I’ve seen screenshots of (i assume) previous Synapse versions where that was possible. I can’t find any way to do that though and the indicator is permanently turned off - it only lights up when changing DPI or turning the mouse on/off/plugging in charger. Was the option removed from the new Synapse or am I missing something?   

Hello, I decided to buy Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense. But two days in a row I am trying to make EQ for Siege, because steps sound is not so clear. Is anyone using the same (or near the same) headset, and what settings you have in Razer Synapse for better soung quality in Siege? Thank you in advance!

I have a question is it possible the use the bluetooth of the Razer Kraken V4 on the Phone and if yes is it with out an adapter. And is there an app to change the colour of the Headset on the Phone.

Hey Razer community, I’d love to see Razer offer a Hardware Control API that would allow us to efficiently manage hardware usage and reduce power consumption. A lightweight, minimalist alternative to Synapse, similar to what G-Helper is for Asus, would be perfect for users who don’t need all the extra features but still want control over their Razer devices. This would let us fine-tune settings for better performance and lower power draw without unnecessary software overhead. Let’s ask Razer to consider this and improve the experience for all of us!Yes, it was chadgpt, but the idea is till serious, and I think would be beneficial for both the firm and users. 🙄

Had this controller for around a year. Starting about a month ago, the controller would randomly ghost look and move during game play which caused game loses. Now the whole left side died. Not sure if its worth upgrading to the V2 Pro or the Ultra when i see the backbone getting lots of good reviews. 

Since i lost my dongle, i used bluetooth but when i game and flick, it stutters and only moves a certain distancePLS HELP
