Does putting stickers as decoration on my headset void warranty? 

so basically i did my first recharge to buy the 500 diamonds in mobile legends bang bang.. i thought first recharge is 500(+500) but only received the normal 500+65 even though i did my first recharge.. can someone explain? and i tried asking the agents but nobody was available 😭

BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed wasn't charging until I pushed the wire hard into the side of the headphones type-c socket. Has anyone faced the same issue? Should I be prepared to change my headset? The wire is fine and I've used multiple wires hence the problem is within the headphones themselves.

Every time when I want to redeem my Razer Silver points the product is not available

Basically, they told me I needed to replace my usb dongle (I don’t have access to the old one), ordered a new dongle from eBay, won’t pair, called and they said that the old dongle is the only one paired to my headset and won’t ever pair to any other dongle ever. Make it make sense please. They also don’t keep a supply of the dongles.

Hi i would like to make a top up to a game but I can't seem to find my serial number

Bought Razer Naga V2 Pro in December, arrived on time for Xmas Day, stopped working on the 28th of December. Contacted Support for a refund, they asked me reasons etc. They were pleasant and convinced me that intermittent signal had occurred unfortunately in some of their units and that they would provide me with a new one. So far so good. The return was a nightmare, was done via FedEx had to print everything and rebook everything and find a Fedex drop off, easier said than done when you live in a small town. Anyhow there were issues with the Fedex label so I couldn't return it as 17 days had now passed, had to get another RMA, this time DHL, easier as one in town, managed to get the return but had to wait almost 2 week (from the return date) to receiving the new unit. Great finally arrived on the 28th of Feb. Used it to check it, mouse working great. I went on holiday for 5 days and when I got back, exactly same fault, intermittent signal. hello, I'm having a small issue with my laptop, the logo on the lid is not lighting anymore, that happened after a windows reinstall. the drivers are correctly installed and the razer synapse and everything is updated. the checkbox inside the software( synapse) is not doing nothing when i tick logo on/off.. everything else working normal, keyboard lights camera and etc... Google search did not helped.. also i reseted the laptop using his own recovery menu. still not glowing... maybe someone knows something about this bug

Hi- I have $200 in RazerGold in my account-- I thought I could send funds to a friend from my account like you can with Paypal. Razer tells me I cant get my money back.  It was a mistake for me to do this(I am not even a Gamer) ! Does anyone know any way of withdrawing my money and closing my account. I am not ever going to buy anything from Razer!I can’t afford to lose the $200-- can anyone help?  

About a month or 2 ago my huntsman mini started experiencing the A key getting stuck and slowly going up once released resulting in it inputting multiple times. This is extremely annoying while typing and gaming as it’s a main movement key and vowel while typing. It was recommended through multiple sources that it most likely needed keyboard lubing but unfortunately this has not fixed the issue. The only thing to resolve it temporarily is to blow on the key. I’ve fully cleaned my keyboard and there is nothing obstructing the key or switch. I’m extremely disheartened at this point as this is my favourite keyboard I’ve ever had and cannot afford to buy a new one and I am conflicted on if I had to if I would buy razer again as no removable switches makes this a bigger problem then it needs to be. I got this keyboard about a year ago but can’t seem to find my receipt unfortunately and do not know if this falls under warranty. If there is any way to get help with this or a non faulty keyboa
