When I try selecting the “buy” button when I’m in an overview of an item, the “add to cart” button doesn’t pop up anywhere for me. This is with any item on the razer website. From mousepads to laptops. Even the items that are labelled “new”. Not too sure where I am supposed to post this inquiry so I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place.

Hi there, recently having a lot of issues with my Razer Viper Ultimate that is getting old and has lived way too many hours on my heavy gaming sprees, I was looking at buying the exact same model given I’m pretty happy with it, but when I looked it up on the website, you can press on the buy button but there can’t do anything else like you would any products(I’ve tried for other products and it works fine). So my thoughts where that Imma have to buy another model and wanted to know if someone knew how similar the Razer Viper is in terms of size and overall if it’ll feel the same as a Razer Viper Ultimate.

Please let me know when it comes back or a newer version of Raptor Gaming Monitor

I recently got my Basilisk X Hyperspeed and when I connected it to my phone, everything was alright. Except that whenever my mouse pointer landed on something for less than a second, it automatically clicked once, even though I didn't press anything. The error still is there even if I'm barely touching a part of the mouse. I've never had a mouse before, so I think this is an error. However, when I went on and plugged the USB into a computer, it worked perfectly. I tried a lot of things, such as using a better mousepad, trying to figure out how to make this error go away, but nothing. How can I fix this?

I recently bought (1month back) razer v3 hyperspeed mini 65%keyless.Now i noticed random key spamming/double input.followed through every fix for key spamming from razer and the issue not fixed.i want to return my product and get a full refund because even the rma issued new keyboard goes through same problem as per many user reviews.

I need new cushions for my 2021 Razer Nari Essential headset, but i have been scrambling the internet trying to find some good ones cause i usually like to keep the parts official. The headphones have worked amazing and my only problem has been the earpads. My question is that because the new cushions that Razer sells are for other headsets and not for my current one, is it still possible to fit and use them in my headset although they do not specify compability and if so would the headsets audio quality suffer in anyway? Or should I just give up and order some aftermarket cushions from somewhere? If so, are there any good recommendations?

HI,Im having a problem with my razer viper v2 pro. I bought this mouse in february 2024 ad had no problems with it.All of a sudden my mb2 is not working properly (if you press scroll wheel down).I need help because in my main game i have a important bind on it.

Hi, I am planning on replacing the grips on my deathadder v2 pro but all of the ones I see are all for the v3 pro.Question I now have is if I get the grip tape for the v3 pro will it fit on my v2 pro? Does the deathadder v3 pro have the same layout as the v2 pro? 

Razer, as a well-recognized brand in the gaming peripherals industry, naturally has many female gamers and players with smaller hand sizes. However, the Razer mouse series is generally on the larger side, which may not be ergonomically suitable for some users. I hope that Razer can offer a wider range of ergonomic designs in different sizes for its mouse products. Wishing Razer continued growth and success!

anyone know what razer accessories has hypershift?

Hi everyone. As title says. My razer wolverine tournament edition his LT broke. Still goes down when pushed but it doesn't flip back up again. Any fix? If it is not fixable how can I remap to using the M buttons so they also don't register as A? ( happens in skyrim ) 

I have the Razer Kiyo Ring light Camera, the ring light comes on but the camera is not working. I’ve been trying to get it to work in Stream Labs and it just isn’t coming up. The video is just showing a black box and I try to adjust the video settings but all the settings are greyed out and can’t be adjusted. I’ve seen a pop up on my computer saying the device is not recognized and to just unplug it and plug it back in but every time I do that it just keeps reinstalling the Razer Cortex software and still doesn’t activate the camera.I bought the device second hand from my cousin so I don’t have the set up instructions but he was able to stream on the same camera and just wasn’t happy with the delay on his system. I can’t even get the camera to turn on at all. If the ring light is on it should be recording right? And how do I even get the ring light to turn OFF cause right now it’s just continuously on even when I’m not even trying to stream.

Can the switches of Razer Blackwidow V4 Clicky Gen-3 be removed and changed?

So on my Series X, I remapped my share button on my Wolverine V3 Pro using the Xbox Accessories app. (I set it to ‘double-tap share button → open Razer Controller Setup app’). Every now and then the button unmaps, and all it does is record a clip whenever I tap it, or in this case, records TWO clips when I double-tap it.Usually I’m able to fix it, and I don’t remember how. I imagine just turning the controller off and on, or restarting my Xbox. But nothings working this time around. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have tips on fixing this?
