I’ve had my Razer Blackshark V2 X USB for about 3 yrs and it’s worked perfectly until recently.My friends and colleagues complained that my mic sounded terrible and there was a lot of static in the background. After testing my mic in discord and on Windows 10 and not finding any issue I decided to open the Synapse app to see if I could find a solution in there (I've not used the synapse app in a long time).Immediately the Razer Synapse app starts to download an update and asks me to restart my PC which I do.On rebooting my PC I now have no sound to my Razer headphones at all. The mic appears to still work as I can see it register when I speak. The Razer Synapse app will not open and I cannot repair it or uninstall it. If I try either repair or uninstall it gets stuck at some point in the the process and just hangs. Hello, I have a Late 2020 Razer Blade Stealth (i7-1165G7, 1650ti, 1080p-120hz) (RZ09-0327). It’s starting to get to that point where I’d like to replace the battery (partially out of inflation fear). Are there good 3rd party options for a replacement battery or does Razer make any? I’ve taken it apart before to swap storage, re paste, and clean the fans, so I have the battery model# (RC330-02810200). I did a quick search the other day and only found one Amazon link with no reviews. I’m not as knowledgeable with laptop hardware, so I figured I would ask here. Would appreciate any and all help/advice!! Thanks!

meaning can i bind the thumpkey on a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro  as the hyper shift key aktivator. and then use the hypershift bound keys on my razer tartarus pro. keypad? if yes then info about it is very hard to find, and one should think it is a big selling point.

I have a BlackWidow V4 Pro. But i want to change the keycaps to the pudding ones (Razer Phantom Keycap Upgrade Set). My question is if this set has all the keys that are also on the keyboard self like the M1-5 buttons?

Hi guys, I bought this product from a Hungarian website, Emag. The first was to immediatly plug into my pc, but the mouse can not be recognized  by the Synapse program and cannot be registered based on the serial number either, because it said the product already registered. 

My Razer Kraken v4’s headsets lighting is not working. All my other razer devices are using the same chroma setting (connected to my walpaper engine) yet my razer headset isnt showing off any rgb. Can someone explain how I can fix this

Just bought the new Razer Black widow V4 pro today upgrading from the non pro version and am a little upset to find that the 2.4 GHz function does not work at all. I don’t know if another product may be causing issues with this, but I tried pairing the keyboard through my basilisk hyper polling dongle, it says that the device wasn’t discovered or registered.I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and tried to remove and install and drivers still left over. Plugging the included 2.4 hyper polling dongle from the Black widow does absolutely nothing in synapse or give me the change to try to pair. Works with Bluetooth, but not ideal for gaming. Please help. I’ve tried the separate pairing utility but the app does not include the new Black widow keyboard.

Hello guys! curious, how long lives your battery on Blackwidow v4 Pro 75%? mine board can work on 2.4 mode  on 1000hz polling and 35% Oled + 50% keys brightness only 8-10 hours of using. between other brands its extra low, as for me.

Anyone one experienced any such thing where this keyboard was used only for gaming like RDR2 or COD WZ and it had stopped charging all of a sudden with only 5 months of use ??? Tried charging with other usb c cables and other computers (my laptop) but didnt work. It just keep on showing 1% charging and doesnt go up.

My PC wont boot when my chroma HDK is connected.Worked just fine until  I updated bios to 3057.Asus B650E-I, 7900X3D, 7900XTX.If i connect it when PC is up and running it works.Tried with Synapse 3 and 4 and it works just fine in both.Any advice how to solve this? BR /m

Hey, Just wanted to see if anyone has a fix. I recently updated to windows 11 and I have razer kraken pros and use the older razer synapse version 2.21.24.41 for my audio for Fortnite and it is amazing. But after updating to windows 11, there is no audio coming out and when I turn it off and just do normal audio to my Speakers (Realtek USB Audio) the audio is low and sounds like its underwater and I don't like that its unplayable. The picture attached below is the settings That work on windows 10 and the audio is perfectly clear and everything. Any fixes to windows 10 with the same settings? I just want the surround to work on windows 11 as how it is on windows 10. 

How can you disable the sleep key, when i press FN + Z. I accidentally do it a lot as i have a function i use for map editing and i confuse it sometimes. Closes out everything.I tried changing the power settings and having sleep do nothing but the keyboard still puts the PC to sleep so that doesn’t work. I’m not pulling the key off as i need the Z key. Looks like a ton of people have this issue and razer just kind of said, “oh well, deal with it”Anything else i can try?

Can I change it again? With a new number? Please help and cooperate. I have done the steps listed on Razer support but have not found a solution that allows me to change my old phone number to a new phone number.

When i join a friend or if he join me on a room on Discord PC, the Blackshark stop my game audio to only let the Vocal.When he leave the room (and not me), the audio comes back.Why I can’t got Vocal and Audio from the game simultaneously please !? We need to use LoL vocal tchat and it’s not the best so I really would like to repair that.

Hey! I have a Big problem with my Wolverine v3 TE.Problem is that my Sticks are automatically changing.
