The Razer Armory

I've had my razor blackshark v2 pro for a couple of years and it's been working perfect. Now all of the sudden when using the wireless mode it sounds very distorted and muffled. Almost like the audio is far away. Everything is also just quiet now and sounds terrible. If I plug in it into my pc then the audio goes back to normal, I would just use it like this but the cable isn't long enough to reach. Is there any way that this distortion problem can be fixed, or it it can't, would it be able to be replaced?

Please fix my purchase region, I accidentally entered another country's Ml ID .Now I can't purchase diamond anymore . Help fix it please.  

Hi! I have a Razer Huntsman Mini and it is giving me problems with the keys. The keyboard does not take some keys that change randomly every time I restart the computer. I also tried on other computers and it gives the same problem so it is not a computer problem but a keyboard problem. I also tried to do the combination to restore the keyboard to factory settings (Esc + CapsLock + Space Bar) but it still does not work despite the reset being done. How can I solve this problem I am sorry to change the keyboard since it is one that I paid quite a lot of money for

I've had nothing but issues with this controller since I bought it. First, the controller constantly puts input when I didnt, for example I'll put maybe 10% on a stick and it puts in 50% causing my character to look everywhere or completely miss when playing GPS games. Second, many times I'll push up on the D-pad and it'll also activate the left button, switching my gun from auto to semi-auto without me knowing. 

Title says it all. That bot is utterly useless at what its meant to do. I was trying to claim warranty on my Basilisk v3 but the bot refused to work properly even for one instance. It keeps spamming "I had an issue processing your information. Please try again later." like dawg I've been trying for two days already!Now the thing is what should I do to claim warranty? The whole process is unusually convoluted and now Im at loss. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Originally worked fine, but after roughly a year or two of not having a need to use it, I was stuck with a “Camera is currently in use by another application” error whenever attempting to connect to a software, eventually I decided to give up on that and stopped using my Kiyo completely. Just this week, I’ve decided to come back to attempt and reconnect my webcam, this time I was face with a “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)A request for the USB device descriptor failed.” Error in the device manager. I’m wondering where the problem even stems from. Would this be a complete hardware meltdown? Or would there even be a solution for me aside from buying a new webcam.

I tried to save simple commands on the mouse like the sensitivity clutch and and the r key. Both aren’t marked as needing synapse running in the background and i know that on my Basilisk v3 its saved onboard without any problems, but on the viper v3 pro it only works when synapse is running in the background.

Im trying to use razers software for mic equalizers, but not rgb (i use openRGB). How do i block razer from installing drivers/devices to synapse?

Is Razer planning on ever developing and releasing a second generation of the Edge 5G mobile gaming platform? The first and only Razer Edge 5G really is a fantastic concept with so much more untapped potential. It would really be an embarrassing shame if they don’t don’t release a second generation Edge 5G with a newer G series Snapdragon G3 gen 3 chipset or superior and pair it with a superior mobile controller like the Asus ROG Tessen mobile android controller. The Razer Edge is truly and concept and platform that could become something uniquely very capable and special in every way that a mobile gaming platform could ever be. So in closing I seriously pray and hope that Razer doesn’t fall asleep at the wheel on this one. It would truly truly truly be a damn crying shame.

I can connect it to phone and pc, but doesnt connect to app. Plus the fact the left and right is inverted. Need help.

I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X which seems to be authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

I believe I have found the solution to this problem that seems to affect a lot of us. Go into system setting>Select Sound>Select Microphone Razer kraken V3 ProUnder Input Settings go to audio enhancements then click the drop down menu to the right and select OFF Your microphone should now sound much better. I really hope this actually solves it once and for all 

i charged my blackshark v2 pro over night and sounds become so low,  i don’t know how to solve this. anyone got same problem and solved it?

My brand new headset works perfectly fine when paired with my phone but the audio and microphone input are glitchy on my pc. Also, it wont show up on razor synapse. All drivers are updated to the most recent version. I cannot watch youtube or do a discord call on my pc. I've tried reinstalling synapse and disconnecting and reconnecting the headset to no avail. I have read over the manual and it didnt help very much. 

Hello, i saw that a year ago one guy made a thread talking about how his razer viper ultimate holds click and only works without wireless, so i would like to get help. I saw on other threads to restar the mouse holding the left, center and right click for 10 seconds and it works, but in 5 mins it goes bad again. I dont know what to do, i tried removing razer synapse and reinstalling it again but the problem stils.

I recently found mine in a drawer and fired it up again, and honestly, the 120Hz screen still feels smooth compared to many newer budget phones. I know it’s a bit outdated spec-wise, but the build quality and speakers still hold up pretty well.Anyone else still rocking it? I bought the Razer Nommo V2 Xcool speaker overall, ngl, quality stuff, and I like the size. But I keep having to stand up and push power on to use them every some 10minutes or smth sound is not coming out of my computerThe nommos power off at a certain point. I must stand up and get my hand behind my second monitor to press the power buttonIs there another way around?

Hey, I was using the Deathadder Essential mouse and all of a sudden the right mouse key stopped working. All the software is updated and the is no debris. Does anyone know how to fix this?
