I got a razer kraken v3 and it didn’t come with an activation code so I had to register the headphones to get my activation key but whenever I try to enter the activation key into THX spatial audio it doesn’t work, what do I do.

My mouse no longer works using the usb but my computer detects the dongle I’m not sure if it a problem with the mouse or the usb neither should be damaged. Another problem is that while my mouse is connected to the charger it works for seconds at a time then just freezes.

Using an Razer Siren X mic., with dedicated mute button with is a physical switch (but apparently not, at least learned that with newest Windows 11 24h2), even thou I set mic to be muted all the time, if I open Discord/join call/start a video game (with voice chat disabled), anything that asks for accesses to mic., windows switch from muted (red) state to unmuted (green).

Just got my new blackshark v2 x today that i bought off aliexpress, it was all sealed and seemed that it wasnt previously opened, but when i went to register it, it said it was already registered and i couldnt get my activation code. Is there any i can get my activation code or maybe a new one? Dont really know how the system works but i just hope i can this sorted since this thing is brand new. If needed i can send my serial number and proof of purchase.

Just curious here. I’ve been using Razer THX for quite sometime now, but I recently bought a good surround sound system. Would it be beneficial to keep THX running, while using the surround sound? Or would it be better to drop it in favor of the surround sound only?Thanks.

Has anyone found another source for replacement micro USB cables that fit into the charging dock of the Viper Ultimate mouse?

There is already a thread but since it has been closed I thought I would open a new one.Back in 2022 there was a request for a Kraken Kitty BT version in black. Why do they only exist in pink? I still haven't found any information on this but I would really love to have some.Preferably V3 in black, white and pink with THX Audio, the multi-zone lighting (like the new Kraken V4) and the new upholstery. The ears would of course be illuminated again and the microphone would be super tucked away so that you wouldn't notice it when the microphone is retracted.That would really be a dream and I would buy it straight away. What's your opinion? Is there a demand for such headsets? Question for Razer: Is there anything coming? PLEASE <3

When Razer removed the old THX driver about a year ago, Razer promised the would bring back the calibration feature. However, after almost a year, we are still stuck with the standard APO driver without any calibration. What happened and can we still expect it to come back? I bought the headset with the intention of using THX 7.1 surround but I no longer do because it’s useless now.

I just received my BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless (2023) . Everything is perfectly fine except that I cannot connect my headset to synapse 3. It will not detect whatsoever. I have did a ton of research and watched countless youtube videos and found nothing to help me. I am connected via dongle /headset to pc/ and its not working. Bluetooth is on. I have updated, deleted, troubleshooted synapse and cant get anything. I’ve followed tutorial and help forms detail to detail. Can someone actually help and be of use so people can learn how to use this headset. 

Hey there everyone Any help appreciated on thisi have a repair shop and there is Razor Laptop with not booting Correctly issue and took out the main board and I think  there are some bios  programing issue on Some of the IC like IC W25Q80Dw / IC MX25L6405 /IC MX25L1005/ IC W25Q80V  is there any way i can find the base factory bios for these ICs? if photo needed i can send photo or video of the main and the device if you could help on reprograming or factory base bios program please let me know 

Hello guys! i have i problem with my razer viper v3 pro ,my sensor was lagging or just turning off on halftime, so i decided to resolve this problem by update driver on my mouse , i downloaded from official site this update but when i run this update i got this “input string was not in a correct format” what i did wrong?thanks in advance for your help! 

Hello! I’ve had my Basilisk Ultimate for 2.5 years, and since last week I’ve been having problems with its dongle. When the mouse is connected through the cable it works just fine, but it doesn’t respond at all when connected with the dongle. I’ve tried update the drivers with the firmware installer, it says an update is required but the install goes to 40% and then goes back to the “an update is required” screen. I’ve also tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting my PC. Also all other steps on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5550. Lastly I’ve tried the razer pairing program, it says it cannot pair the dongle with the mouse. So, I’m thinking my dongle is simply dead. My warranty is expired, but I was wondering if you guys think buying a replacement dongle would work or if the problem is elsewhere? Thanks in advance! edit:After playing around with it some more (mostly restarting/updating my laptop) the firmware installer now goes to 100% and then goes back to 40

I currently got the Intel Wifi 6 ax201 in my Razer blade15 2021 home. However, every once in a while I have to uninstall the drivers because it stops working somehow, and sometimes this trick doesn't work. On top of that, I broke one of the ports (where I have to connect it with the laptop) when I was repasting the GPU and CPU. Now it holds only with a masking tape, so if I move it, it gets disconnected.Luckily, is not something too expensive to replace, but I'd like to replace it with something better, any recommendations?

I know I've definitely pressed a certain key combination before in order to turn on and off specific lights on the keyboard.At the moment my G, M, F11 and left shift keys have their lights turned off and it's driving me nuts.Does anyone know what buttons to press to get these individual keys to have their lights turned back on please?Edit: this is happening specifically in world of Warcraft it seems. When I'm out of the game, the rest of my keys are one colour but those keys I mentioned are on but a different colour, so if the rest are yellow, those keys are vibrant green. Does anyone know what I've done and how to fix it? Hard reset did nothing.
