Whenever I use Razer 7.1 Surround, I get an installation error. So installation is not possible. I am using Windows 10 and RAZER BARRACUDA X (PLUS). Since last year, the program installation has been canceled with error code 121. I would very much like to use 7.1 surround. Please tell me how to fix this error.

Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier yeah pretty much the title. i am using a razer huntsman V2 and pushed some buttons to find a certain in-game funktion. now my A and D keys only work, if i use this mode that starts when pressing fn and f9. but this will disable my chroma effects. can someone help me please?for others to reply

Hi guys, i just got my barracuda x and read the manual and tired die basics. When i connect the headseti with bluetooth on my pc:My mic sound is like „flipping“ while i talk you hear a sound like clac clac clac and it kinda interrupts my voice and cancels itWhen i start a game the sound suddenly changes and it sounds like radio like really really bad quality. is there a way to fix it? If not im returning that sh*t and never buy razers again (also tried with the razer app on my phone to change the headset into Gaming Mode)( also uninstalled drivers on pc) 

I wanna buy it now but I don’t wanna find that it went on sale two days after I buy it for full price.

Hello, I bought a Kraken 3x about a year or two ago for my wife. Think I might have bought it from Walmart or another brick and mortar store. I have already thrown away the box and the receipt. I don’t care about the warranty, just need the surround sound. I have the serial number, just no exact date of purchase or proof of purchase. Is there anything we can do to get that code to activate surround sound please?

I decided to register the product on the website to receive the code. But after entering all the necessary data, it writes to me that this product has already been registered and contact support. I'm creating my first Razer battle station and I have everything properly set up except my audio configuration. i have my Nommo Subwoofer speaker at either side of me and my Leviathan V2 soundbar is front -center at my feet. I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out a workaround so I can have them both running simultaneously.Any advice or experience that you may have had similar to this and what would you recommend software-wise to utilize both systems?If this can be resolved I’ll show off my Razer battle station via photo.Thanks in advance !

Hi so I've had this mouse for about a year or so. First my 2 button didn't work. my friend told me to try updating the firmware, which i did, and then it fixed it. AwesomeThen about an hour later, my 1 button is now no longer working. I tried testing it outside of games and double checked my bindings in synapse, and I can't find a reason it would not work. I took the side panel off and it doesnt look dirty, so I'm not sure if I should try cleaning it?I'm not sure what else I can try. 

I had used a Razer Blade Stealth (2016,RZ09 -01682 ) for school for awhile and retired it when I graduated. It has been a few years since and I came back to it recently when I wanted to use a laptop. It still works well when I booted it.However, the rubber along the screen has started to flake off, tried finding replacement parts but I am not too sure they exist.Anyone has any idea if anything can be done about it? Its not the rubber pads at the bottom but the gasket rubber along the screen. 

I think Razer is scamming me. I bought 4 products, keyboard, mouse and 2 headphones. I did not receive the 7.1 activation code from any of the headphones.

Hi, I am having an issue with this. I want my keyboard to be recognised as a keyboard and NOT a mouse. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Thanks

My computer is new but the screen lags especially when entering or exiting games. The solution in the FAQ section is said to be only possible by installing the old nvidia driver. When I changed the chipset to "gpu only" in the bios, the screen quality decreased. When I updated Nvidia again, the problem persists, I hope I was able to explain it, please help.

Bonsoir, j’ai acheté le razer v3 mini black widow hispeed et IMPOSSIBLE DE CONNECTER mon clavier dans synapse, il ne reconnais pas le clavier, de plus, j’ai jeter la boîte et je n’ai pas de QR code pour insérer le clavier dans mon application, il me demande un code mais où est ce code???? 150€ le clavier et impossible de configurer le RGB de mon clavier avec razer studio ou GAMING je ne sais même pas quoi installer puisque de toute façon il ne reconnaît pas mon clavier, quand jele connecte au pc que dois-je faire?? Mettre le câble ?? Mettre sur 2.4hz? Mettre sur BT??? Aucune explication et mode d emploi que en anglais!!!!! 

Hi guys ! I'm hesitating between the OLED or the Mini-LED. Currently i have a laptop with OLED 4K (3840x2160). The thing is that the OLED Razer is QHD, not UHD. So i'm afraid to loose on sharpness while working on it compared to my current laptop bought on 2021. Also MINI LED seems cool but i really love that glossy look of the OLED displays.I have the choice between a Blade 16 mini LED 2023 i9 RTX 4090 or Blade 16 OLED 2024 i9 RTX 4080 for pretty much the same amount of money.I'm having a really hard time figuring out which one to buy as far i don’t know if i will loose image sharpness compared to my current 3840 x 2160 HP OLED Display. Also, the Blade from 2023 i can buy is refurbished and i’m afraid of the mini led panel issues.Any thoughts are welcome

Hello,I have a (now very old) Blackwidow Chroma v1 and it works MOSTLY well. This issue has been around for a while, however because I am now working from home more it really is starting to bother me.I have some issues as some of my keys are not working despite being lit up, such as numbers 1-3,7-9 on the right hand keypad as well as the down button. Another side problem which doesn’t bother me as much but it still weird is that despite selecting one colour on Static, say blue, z & n flicker orange, 6 on the number pad is a bright cyan. I have tried, ‘factory resetting it’, by that I mean putting it into demo mode and back to user mode. I’ve spent all day taking apart the keys, dusting it and cleaning the board with isopropanol, nothing has seemed to work so I believe the issue has to be electrical. I have checked all the drivers and Razer synapse for any updates but everything is up to date.I am very aware the issue may be because of its age (10+ years) but I am just hoping there

i just bought my first razer headset and just downloaded synapse 4, but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my blackshark v2 pro [xbox licensed] so my question is what imdoing wrong . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
