Dear Razer team, Firstly thank you for your products quality and usability! I have got many your equipments (mouse, keyboard, pad, lights ...). Now I've encountered a problem that defies all logic. I'd like to publicly express my disappointment with your business model and the decisions regarding the mouse segment. I believe I'm not the only one puzzled by this. In fact, I think even some members of your team are likely just as bewildered. Who decided you sell Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro + HyperPolling Dongle without grip when you sell (same mouse without dongle) with grip? Even I can´t buy it separately in EU? (Donghle, grip)? These grips are a cost-negligible item so why you don´t add it for Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro + HyperPolling Dongle? Razer team this is non-sense! I don't usually write feedback like this, but I bought an expensive flagship product in this segment, and this really frustrated me to the point that I'm considering getting a mouse from Logitech. We seriously need a Razer controller with keyboard button binding abilities. I cant find anything close, and with all their software, I'm surprised one hasn't been made yet. Am I the only one looking for something like this?

Hello, does anyone have depth & width on the Iskur V2 chair?

My viper v2 pro wont connect to my new pc. Tried downloading synapse and firmware updates but it wont recognize the wireless usb dongler. My mouse still works on my old pc and the usb ports on new pc work with other devices. It works with usb cable tho.

I was just wondering, as personally I prefer wired mice and connections, if using the wire with the mouse is just a charging cable or if it actually ensures more reliable connection on the cobra pro, and if that's the case does the Bluetooth connection reduce the performance of this mouse? 

i have a deathadder and i use the top two mouse buttons as a mic mute + track skip, but recently they are just constantly resetting back to the default of sensitivity up and down, and it's incredibly annoying. i'll be in a game, go to mute my mic, and then all of the sudden my sensitivity spikes. the only way i've found to fix it is close synapse and open it again, but it inevitably happens again, sometimes within the nest 20 minutes, sometimes, if im lucky, the next day or two. does anyone else have this problem and know of a permanent solution?

First of all, greetings to the community since this is my first post here,So, I've been having a problem for a few weeks. Suddenly my mouse started acting funny and when moving it around it randomly activated the wheel effect.It's specially noticeable in games where mouse wheel changes, for example, item in hand from the belt. You move the mouse when walking and then it starts switching weapons.It's not constant and doesn't seem to affect the directin you move the mouse.Tried anything I could think, and haven't found a solution. And it's pretty annoying.Anyone with the same problem? Any idea?Thanks in advance

I have recently bought the Basilisk v3 and the g502 hero. I really dislike the loudness of optical main buttons of the v3 and prefer the sound of the g502 hero, although the v3 feels a lot better in my hand. Now I'm wondering what the Basilisk v3 x hyperspeed sounds like compared to the regular v3, is it quieter? 

I’m using a Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and paid for THX Spatial Audio, but the program starts multiple times on Windows startup and is getting really annoying !!! Auto-Launch is disabled in both checkboxes and it STILL starts on top of everything else multiple times!  Tried reinstalling the program but doesn’t help at all.Please tell me how to fix this! I’m using a  Windows 11 ProVersion    23H2Installed on    ‎5.‎10.‎2022 ‎г.OS build    22631.3085Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0 THX Spatial Audio version is 1.0.257

Hello, maybe somebody can help;We bought the Razer V2 Pro Headset for PS5. Now we have the problem, everytime my son wants to play we have to change the connection to wireless again. That sucks. Is there any possibility to save the settings? We put the dongle into the PS5 it works perfectly but after a new start we have to connect by pressing the button for 3 sek and once again. It would be great if we would'nt have to do that and it would automatically connect to PS5. Any ideas?   Thanks a lot!🙏

Hello. I was given headphones that were used at the cyber tournament. There is a box with headphones. How can I get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation key if the tournament organizer has already registered the headphones on the website razer.com ? The organizer cannot provide me with an activation key.

Does anyone know if it’s still in production? Or was it like the final mouse Where they stopped production?  And if not how long do new batch’s take to be put up for sell? 

I use the Razer Viper v3 Pro, white version. I seem to have this reoccuring issue where my sensor has microstutters. I have the firmware  v1.12.01_r1. This doesn’t happen on other mice, I have tried cleaning the mouse sensor, and I have tried other mousepads. This is also my second copy of the mouse, I previously ordered one on amazon and had the same issue. 

Good morning. I would like to know if it is possible to strengthen the microphone and improve its quality so that it does not muffle my voice, for example on discord. We tried to do something with the discord settings, but to no avail. My friends and I looked literally everywhere for information on this subject, we searched through Razer Synapse, but it didn't help us. I received the headphones as a gift last Christmas and I'm new to improving the quality of the microphone. I use headphones on my laptop, I have an adapter. Please help me :(

Hello All,So It begins with Wanting to Go Wireless, to replace my Corded Razer gear ( Keyboard, Mouse, Headset ) So I went with the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless Mouse, Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro Wireless Keyboard, and the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed  Wireless Headset. SO my Issue was with the Mouse It didn’t have it’s Dongle, So I arranged for a Replacement from Amazon And It to didn’t have the Dongle ???Now I could return them but in that process and being on the razer Site I seen dongles you could buy to Mate with a device so I thought I would give it a shot, Well that didn’t work so I arranged to have that returned. It was during this that I was told I could get the Specific Dongle for my Device from Razer So I have been in that process. What A Head Ache to say the least. Last going off I was told they Had none and Didn’t know when they would be available??? Then Because You get a email from a new person each time things get lost in the conversation But it seems somewhere along

Hello!I've been using a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Edition for the past few years, and it's been fantastic. However, a few days ago, I started experiencing some issues with the keyboard. Specifically, it no longer keeps buttons held down when I'm pressing them, and occasionally it double-taps when I press a key once. While this isn't a major problem for general use or even for most gaming, it’s quite noticeable and problematic for rhythm games.I've tried cleaning and repairing it, but the issue persists. I suspect it might be a problem with the circuitry. Given this, as well as it's age in general, I'm considering getting a new keyboard and would love some recommendations.I particularly appreciate the USB output on the side of the Blackwidow, as my keyboard is set up a bit away from my computer, and the USB dongle makes it convenient to connect other USB devices through a hub. The numpad and full functionality offered by the keyboard is also convenient due to it being my main drive

Hi so im wondering has anyone tried replacing the cable on headset which stopped working ? im 95% sure that the reason my own headset died lies in the cable as i had to tape it up in a few places over the years. Im not really looking to buy a new headset and so i was wondering is replacing the cable a potential easy fix ?
