Hey, Currently having issues with the 12 key side panel where the 2 key registers 10% of the time. I’ve cleaned the pogo keys and contacts as per the support article but no luck. The number 2 key works perfectly for the 6 key set side panel. Is there any way I can grab a replacement part of the 12 key set panel as I play MMOs 

Will Razer ever bring back the NAGA Wired Chroma, 19 button mouse (this model: RZ01-01610100-R3U1)? I don’t expect the exact same model internally, but basically something like this. It was an epic mouse that was loved by the community. They sell a Left-Handed version of it still. I’d love to see it return. It had the perfect amount of programmable buttons, the mouse-wheel could be clicked left and right, it felt great, was wired*, and it was durable: everything that is needed for a daily workhorse mouse. I was about to buy some game products that were connected with Razer Gold, but I feel like Razer is distancing themselves from customers like me, that enjoy rugged, classic, wired gear.* If they are going in a different direction and alienating my group of customers, then why maintain a relationship with a company that is discarding me? I hope I am wrong. The middle-aged group that I belong to is the group with disposable income. This is the group that bought razer products in our 20s

Does v2 pro console version work great with pc Or it's work with console only..  Does it support thx 7.1???????? Usb c version 😏

My keyboard won’t work and every time I click on it when plugged up it sends a ripple of green light throughout the keys, I’ve tried to plug it to a different USB in the pc but that hasn’t worked either.

I bought something from razer gold about 19 hours ago, and they say the purchase should be done in a few minutes. Customer service is unreliable with no one responding during their “respond times”. Is this supposed to be normal? (edit - this purchase was made on a guest account, so it isn’t going to show on this account, I have a screenshot of the purchase just in case)

i have an razer huntsman elite keyboard and i dont know why but the keyboard is acting odd, few of the key always are of diffrent colour irresective  of colour also i cant ress vital keys such as enter and few more keys i tried uninstalling razer but the roblem stayed it did go away once or twice when i uninstalled few files.....ive tried using diffrent rofiles but that didnt work

The mouse suddenly stopped working after watching a 10 minute video and not using it during that time. Neither the dongle or wire works for the mouse, and when the wire is plugged in, the rgb lights immediately shut off. The mouse is definitely charged as I usually use it wired and has always been plugged in.

Bought a Deathadder V3 used "Like New" for $36 and got sent a Naga V2. Seems like a solid mouse, thoughts on it in comparison. I usually do wired mouse but I think I might just go wireless since I got this if I like it. Not really an MMO person, but I play things like MOBAs. 

The microphone on my Razer Blackshark v2 x headset does not work on the computer, it only works on the smartphone.

I’ve got a €20 promo code from finishing my account setup that’s supposed to be eligible for any purchase over €100, so I was going to use it when ordering the Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed but it’s rejecting the code for some reason. I’m assuming this is an error caused by the product being new or something along those lines. Would love for this to be sorted asap (since the code is only eligible for so long) so that I can order what seems to be an amazing piece of gaming equipment.

I have the mouse and I enjoy it a lot. I have set it at the default 1k right now.I read a youtube comment saying that there have been reports of the 2k and 4k modes not working properly, so you should either go with the 1k or 8k.To be honest I'm not interested in using the 8k mode, it just eats up battery way too fast. I have a 300hz monitor arriving today and was ready to go up to 2k or maybe even 4k, but I'm now not too sure if I even should.Anybody have more info on this? 

Evening lads and gals, Earlier today my mouse was working fine via the dongle (connected to the USB port on the charging dock), when I came back home few hours ago it wasn't working fine at all and all of a sudden it started freezing after I moved it for a certain distance (repeatedly), clicks and scrolls didn't register immediately and would have taken several attempts until they would register. I've already tried the following: Connect it directly with the USB cable - the mosue was still not working properly and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, working for less than a second between each disconnection/reconnection so I couldn't reach anything on the screen. Use it via BT on my work laptop (it was already paired before the issue started) and it didn't work on the laptop via BT as well. Updated Synapse didn't help. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse didn't help. Uninstall the device from the device manager, restarted the PC for it to automatically install the device

again sensor keep strop tracking and havea delay. what the f… is wrong i waited for firmware update still same issue cmon guy its almost 200 eur for this mouse this should not happend.

Just bought this new headset alongside my PS5. When I enter the discord voice chat, my friend kept telling me that my mic gets clipped at the end of each word I say. Save the fact that my internet connect isnt super fast which is why I think it’s a bit choppy, but I don’t get why I get these consistent clipping at the end. Its jutsjust sounds unnatural. Pretty much all of the threads I looked into use PC. Any settings I should change in Discord to get this fixed?

Hi! I have a problem with a Razer keyboard. It's a model Ornata V3. So when I want to type a '3' from the numpad the number doesn't show up on the screen and what is the weirdest - keyboard registers the press of the key. Whats even more weirder, when the Windows starts I can easly use the '3' to type a password (the situation is the same when I use the hot key WIN+L). Also when I changed the settings in Razer Synapse 'When click 3 turns on the calculator' It also works propetly. Just a moments after logging to my acc I can use the '3' from Numpad in notepad but just after a few seconds it stops working once again. All of the Keyboard Drivers are updated and current, the hard reset of them also doesn't work. I've already tried to plug the keyboard to other USB ports, I've turned off the program completely, tried to uninstall and install once again - all for nothing. If someone have any idea how to fix it - or maybe had the same problem I'd be very grateful for help.

I have windows playback disabled and every other app (OBS, Discord, CS2, esc) with the ability to play my mic back to me closed and that feature disabled and I still can hear myself. If I press the physical mute button of course I cant but I want to not have hear myself when playing games or just doing anything. I also cannot update the firmware as when it tells me to plug my headset in, even after unplugging and replugging in, trying different usb ports and everything, the “UPDATE” button stays greyed out. May I add that all off this came completely randomly and everything was working normally earlier and I changed nothing, all I did was watch ONE YouTube vid before closing Opera and walking away. My headset cord and USB has no damage or anything so nothing makes sense. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and the device itself but that didn't work, even with the device uninstalled from the system via device manager I could still hear myself thru playback. Is there any
