so, when i log in / log in as guest, 7.1 surround just closes to tray and when i left click on the icon:and when i right click: no clue how to launch app, i’ve tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, restarting my pc. nothing works.

soo...has anyone logged into their discord accounts today and noticed the razer discord appears to be MIA?

Mat detected but not lighting up. Tried everything I’ve found online, uninstalled, installed some driver, reinstalled… nothing. Anyone found a way? Windows 10, and if it’s to update to 11, kindly point to the linux fix

Does anyone else want more than 4 profiles? They don’t even have to be saved to the on-board memory.I would’ve took being able to export and import profiles manually but can’t even do that.Help a man out.

Hello guys, today I come to you with a heavy heart asking for anything that could help me find a way to get a dongle for my headset.Back in January, my best friend bought these headsets for me since mine were already wasted and I’ve been hyping about how cool the Barracuda X White Phantom look like.I use them every time I had the chance, I really love them.But today, I noticed I lost my dongle and then realized it probably fell when I was rushing to get the bus to get to the office, I tried going back and look everywhere but had no luck.I gave up and tried to find a way to buy it, but it seems like Razer do not sell them, I even tried with 3rd party vendors because I am desperate since I can’t use the Bluetooth connection on my PC.I appreciate any kind of help, thanks a lot and have a nice day :’)

Is it possible to use the same dongle on another mouse? Looks like the dongle I have with the V2 Pro doesn't work any longer. May have to find the dongle that came with the Ultimate. Will trading them off work?

I m using the Ornata v3 X. An option I'd really like is using the sleep mode on the keyboard, but when I press the combo the the pc just like turns off, no amount of key pressing turns it on. Even tried the power button and it did nothing. I cut the power supply off my pc on the back of it and thats how I could start it and it loaded back up into the things I had opened. Where has the support been for getting Sensa HD Haptics added to games? I see posts on reddit from last year where one of the Interhaptics employees stated that 2-4 games were being added per month but that isn’t true when looking at the games list. There are maybe 15 games that aren’t racing simulators added in the last 3 years since release. A few of them are even still listed as “Coming Soon”. A couple companies dropped support in their newer games such as Silent Hill f. It was good in Silent Hill 2, so why wouldn’t they keep it in.  Are there more games that have supported it without being added to the list?The haptics on the kraken v4 pro are already totally underwhelming when compared to the nari ultimates, but the lack of any support makes it seem like a useless feature.
