Hey Guys, first time here but I’m in need of a dongle replacement for my Razer Viper Ultimate, unfortunately I can’t find it and I love this mouse is pretty much brand new, but when I go online and I can’t find an original replacement for it, I would hate to have to get rid of it or use it with a cable, can anyone help? 

Hello, I recently bought some Razer Kraken X Essential headphones. My problem is that they didn't come with a code to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I saw that they were supposed to include a scratch-off card, but the card doesn't have anything to scratch off. Where the code should be, there's only a QR code that redirects me to the Razer website. I would appreciate it if you could help me by providing an activation code or something similar. My seller isn't responding either, so I can't resolve my issue through them.

So I have a razor blade 15 And for some reason, the keyboard has completely stopped working I can’t even find a keyboard option on device manager, like I don’t know how but it has gone up and disappeared, and I’m unable to use it at all. I can’t even go into bios.

Hello everyone , i will keep it short. I just bought the vv4 and i love the mice but the glide feels kinda weird. Came from gpx2 and the main reason i wanted the switch was the issues i had with the firmware and the software itself. I really like the mice so far but i think the motion sync makes it kinda... idk different than unfiltered sensor. I always preferred motionsync off in almost any mice i used but in vv4 its forced enabled and implementated that way, maybe because of this force implementation i think it feels definitely better than the other mices motion sync but still for the most raw performance i would like to turn it off. Do you think they will ever bring some setting for manually turning it off or should i give it more time to adjust ? ( not sure if its adjustable i would really appreciate your experience and thoughts!)

The Razer Raiju Mobile app isn't supported anymore and recommended Razer Controller app doesn't seem to support Raiju Mobile either. Tried via cable and Bluetooth with no success. Tried to find any kind of answers online with no success. It's very frustrating that big companies can't even provide proper documentation about the products they are selling. Instead of testing the controller in games, I have spent hours trying to make official apps work so that I can remap buttons. Can it be done with Razor apps or will I have to use a 3rd party software?

Hi all,I’m working on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) (RZ09-0369) for a client.The machine previously booted into Windows without issue. The user attempted a Windows “Reset this PC” at home, and it now stops at a black pre-boot screen simply stating:Enter PasswordThere is no padlock icon, no recovery key ID, and F12/boot options are blocked.It appears a BIOS/Supervisor password may have been set inadvertently during the reset process, and the user does not know the password.Before escalating to Razer Inc. support, can anyone confirm: Is there any known recovery method for this model? Does CMOS/battery disconnect clear supervisor password on RZ09-0369? Or is motherboard replacement the only option if the password is unknown? Appreciate any help, thank you.

I still miss the old Razer Silver tournament platforms like Mogul.gg and Radiant.gg. Competing in tournaments while earning Razer Silver at the same time made gaming more exciting and rewarding. It wasn’t just about winning it was about the grind, the community, and the feeling of turning your skills into something worthwhile. Sad to see platforms like these disappear because they gave many gamers a fun way to compete, improve, and earn rewards doing what they loved.Are there any tournament platforms today that still offer the same experience competitive gaming with real rewards like Razer Silver or similar prize systems?

Hi there,A few years back I bought the Razer Barracuda X (on of the worst purchases of my life). The same year the dongle broke, twice. Once it just stopped working while nothing happened, the other time I dropped it myself. The first time I got a replacement of the whole headset. The second time, because it was my own fault, I was not able to get a replacement. Which I totally understand. The problem was, that I also wasn’t able the buy a replacement dongle, since they already had a newer version of the headset and did not make the old version anymore. Note that this was only a few months to maybe one year after the first version was released. This newer version (2022) also had bluetooth as an option.Anyways, after using the headset wired for the last few years I wonderd if it would be possible to use the headset wireless again using another way. I have seen second market dongles on sites like aliexpress (It’s a shame chinese companies are able to make these and razer can’t make them

I recently lost a usb and bought a replacement for my viper v3 hyperspeed, and there doesn’t seem to be any working software(the hyperspeed one wouldnt detect my mouse https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048) to connect the new usb to the old mouse, is it possible to reconnect?

 The mouse was working perfectly on the 2.4GHz dongle, but then it started dropping connection intermittently. Now it has stopped working on 2.4GHz altogether. Note the mouse is 6 months old.Bluetooth still works fine, and Razer Synapse detects the mouse properly when connected via Bluetooth. However, when I switch the mouse to 2.4GHz mode, Synapse shows the device as turned off.I have already updated the dongle to the latest firmware, but the pairing utility does not seem to do anything. It doesn’t complete the pairing or restore the 2.4GHz connection.I also tested the mouse and dongle on another PC, and the issue is exactly the same, so it does not seem to be related to my computer or Synapse installation.Could you please advise on the next steps? Is there a way to reset or re-pair the mouse and dongle properly, or could this be a dongle or hardware issue?Thanks.   !--&--> 

hello i have a problem about razer hammerhead hyperspeed xbox when i updated the firmware it has run into troublewhen i open the case it turned on and working but when i work with this One of the AirPods turns off.can i reset factory my airpods ? because i cannot come to warranti and im iranian and here is so Sanction.please help me thank you 

Idk how I manage to do this but my factory default setting has changed to my valorant setting closing synapse or switching to other computer doesn’t help how can i fix this  

I had this mouse for about 2 yrs now, but suddenly now it's having issues. It connects alright both dongle and bluetooth. And is recognized in synapse and also devices. But nothing else works, when I connect the status indicator lights up and then immediately after connecting it doesn't light up.Also noticed that the clicks go through albeit very delayed. Like pressing right click many times and after 2s I can see the input go through. Even the cursor moves(without any input this time) but extremely slow like 2pixels a second.I could also do a whole firmware update on it but to no avail.It feels like it's in okay condition until it connects cuz the status indicator just turns offNot sure what I can do. Please help

Bought a Razer Blade 18 from Razer store Singapore around November 2024. The unit developed some thermal issue around August 2025. (Less than one year old)Since there are no Razer repair center in my country I need to go to Singapore for warranty claim.(This problem solved with the help of Razer Care Singapore team efficiently.  They manage to replace the unit with a new Razer Blade 18 ) Recently there are minor issues pop up with the replacement unit. Some of the led unit under the keyboard failed.While this is not affecting the performance whatsoever, I was quite surprised as 2 Razer Blades 18 having issues at under 1 years old. Either I was very lucky to receive 2 defective Blades or Razer have quality issues with their laptops.  Its a pity as I also use 2 Razer Naga Pros for many years without issues. Hope they can make their Laptop as good as their peripherals.  What other and Razer think about this matter?  

Looking to replace the skates of my razer basilisk ultra and can’t really seem to find anything in the uk that doesn’t look like ali express drop shipped stuff. Anyone else bought some recently and can point me in the direction to get some? Thanks 

 Hi guys if anyone could help me it would be appreciated! Just got my v3 pro SE yesterday and everything was fine until suddnely the left click stopped working completely and it also wont register in synapse anymore. I have tried reinstalling synapse, modifying it, and reinstalling the drivers with no luck. Other mice work normally!  Id appreciate any help

Getting pretty frustrated with this keyboard and connectivity. I have to pretty much keep it wired to work. On boot up it will connect but once the PC goes into sleep mode it will not reconnect.If I go into Synapse to change settings it disconnects. Look at it wrong and it disconnects. It’s not the dongle, I have a Viper V3 Pro paired to the same dongle and it has zero issues. When in wired mode sometimes two installations show in synapse with only one of them active or powered on. Sometimes not. There’s no rhyme or reason that I’ve been able to find. I’ve reinstalled Synapse twice, changed USB power settings, etc. Seems like a driver or hardware issue to me but I’m using the latest firmware and driver.  Any suggestions on where to go from here?
