My mouse won't move. I changed the battery, connected Bluetooth but it cannot move. It can only press the left and right buttons and drag them up and down 

Hello, when I put my Razer Cobra Pro on my Mouse Dock Pro and charge it, it is at 20% and glows red but the color does not change when it is charging, is it normal that it does not change color?Only when I put it down again and it is already 100% charged and then put it back on the mouse dock does it light up green.Is that normal?

So wifi 7 out who updating the Razer router.  Has a team been put together to get razer router updated to the newest standard. It's long over due.   Also xbox wireless controller sick of waiting.  When is it coming out. Sick of waiting.  Also razer wolverine chroma needs pc support and options to download firmware updates.    How much hardware need to be updated now to new industry standards.     Getting very depressed about some hardware updates.   Thank God new laptop have wifi 7.  So wondering if the ceo doing Hello to all the fans game on.

So my Razer Viper died a few days ago and i replaced it with a naga v2 and saw that there a pucks sold as battery.So i also got an Puck, now I dont have the wireless charging thing for a rough 100 bucks and it seems that the "original puck" inside the mouse is just a cheap plastic placeholder, that doesnt even charge the mouse.So now im kinda confused how this sh... even works and if I do need that charging station.

So I’ve had my blackshark v2 pro (the older ones, not the 2023 model) for a couple months now. I’ve noticed that whenever I enter a voice chat and try to play games at the same time, the audio completely flattens - there’s no more dynamic in sound, and everything is just bad to listen to. I don’t have this problem when I just play games without being in a voice chat. Do the headphones just struggle with multitasking like that, or am I missing some setting that I need in order to be able to enjoy game audio while also talking with people? Thanks

Have got a trouble with my deathadder v2 pro. it’s like it’s block. I don’t know how to fix it. It turn on but doesn’t work even by cable my pc doesn’t find the mouse is like anything is plug. I was just playing and sometimes it turns off and on continually and when I tried to fix it by press profile + scroll clic + righ and left click, it’s start doesn’t workPlease can I have help 

So I know it's a USB-A connection, is it possible to connect this headset to a phone in any way? I didn't realize that it was only USB til I received my headset in the mail, I thought it came with both cords for some reason, and so I can only use them on my PC and I really wanted to be able to use it for both. If any converters work or If there's a cord I can replace or anything let me know (:

Hello-I've had the keyboard for 3 months, but it's already started to give double typing, there are already many keys that happen to it, I already updated the firmware and cleaned it but it's still the same :(

I know there are some threads about it already. Nevertheless I want to ask developers to provide Tartarus Pro with onboard memory. Such brilliant piece of hardware and it only can be used online. I would pay three times as much to get it. I am really hoping there will be a next gen with onboard memory. In combination with Naga it's fantastic. Sadly it's often not allowed to install any software especially not a cloud one.

Why do I have to unplug my headphones and plug them back in every single time I boot up my PC?Everything on my PC is up to date and have nothing but problems with all my razer devices.Use synapse 3 (up to date). Have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried using windows drivers, nothing seems to stop the problem.

I had an IT person point out that my mouse mat does not look normal & that I should get it checked out. Thought it was just what happens once it has been used for a while, although this happened the same day I began using it. Difficult to explain what is happening. It looks like all the ‘lights’ below the surface now have outlines. Even the logo in the top right is outlined with fine hairline ‘cracks’. This is the best word to describe it.  

I have the razer core x chroma and a rtx 3080, I connect the tb3 cable to the pc and I hear sound from the power supply but neither gpu fans or system fan will turn on. The pc doesn’t show the gpu in device manager but shows the core x chroma in settings under Bluetooth devices
