Damaged the code on accident so i cant activate full potential for Blackshark V2 X

Hey guys!I want to buy this keyboard, but it only has a US layout so it is QWERTY. Can I replace the keys on it to AZERTY?I would be glad if you help … 

I’m very excited to receive my blade 16 oled monday. One thing I’m worried about is the durability of the finish. I ordered a skin for it and I will be keeping it in a case. Most of the pictures online I see the power connector is all chewed up and paint missing. I will be unplugging and plugging back in probably once a day on average. Is there any other ocd people that have been able to unplug and plug it in carefully and not wear down the finish? it’s probably gonna be one of those things that’s unavoidable at some point. I way try and do some custom wrapping in that area as well to help as much as possible since the full body skins don’t cover that area.

I lost my old mobile phone and want to change it to a new one. I just recharged RM500 and can’t use it.

Hello everyone, Can anyone with a US QWERTY huntsman v2 analog could share the default key layout (I mean stock layout) profile please?I’m kinda lazy to create the whole layout myself, and Razer synapse doesn’t seem to provide default layouts other than the expected one. I’m a french layout keyboard user, yet I like to have the us qwerty variant as I’m accustomed to it since I’m a kid, and it’s way easier to switch to a qwerty layout in games rather than configuring every game. Thanks,SMFSW PS: If anyone is interested with the french default layout, I’d be happy to share it in return!

I recently purchased the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro to use its Chroma Connect function. I've already had the Vyper Mini mouse, which has the same function, for 2 years, and I noticed a difference in the colors.Apparently, the headset has cooler lighting than the mouse, which makes the colors completely different (What's pink on the mouse turns purple on the headset, what's yellow turns green, and so on). Is this common or is it a defect in the headset?

I’ll just start this with, I’m usually a desktop user. A long story short I had to replace my desktop with a laptop.  I’ve had a Blade16/4090 since the start of March but I just can’t get over the temperature. During gaming my GPU will sit around 70-80c but my CPU will sit around 95c-99c. Now I come from a desktop where I’ve used a custom water-cooling loop and never saw my CPU go above 50c so naturally these temperatures make me worried. I’ve tried to undervolt it but that’s made zero difference to my temps. I haven’t yet took it apart to apply new thermal compound but I figured I shouldn’t need to do that on a £4400 laptop which I’ve only used for a few weeks.  Any other Blade16 owners mind letting me know what sort of temperatures they’ve been getting and should I be worried? 

Hallo everyone, Because I changed my number before, I couldn't receive the text message (verification code) from my old number, so someone helped me, created a case for me and sent me the case ID number, asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. My current problem is that I don't know how to check my case, because I haven't used razer for a long time, so I don't know if anyone is willing to teach me, thank you very much. 

I charge Basilisk Ultimate on the dock. After PC is turned off it shows charging status. The problem is that after it’s fully charged, it stays on green light forever. Is it anyway to make it turn off the lights after fully charged? It turn off the lights if it’s idle for 5min. (that’s what I set), but not on the dock, if it’s on the dock charging the lights stays always on indicating charge level, stays green after fully charged.

Why isn’t there replacement wrist rests for the black widow elite? What is razer doing?Ive had this keyboard for 3 years and yet I STILL can’t find a replace for the wrist rest? I ordered the cooling gel version today, since, leatherette is obviously trash.But correct me if im wrong, you cant ordered a slanted and magnetic wrist rest? How does that make any sense? Who do I need to write to complain about this stupid decision? Why would they not sell exact replacements to their OWN PRODUCTS? Pull one off the keyboards and sell it or replace at no extra cost since its RAZERS TERRIBLE PRDOCUTION that causes these to flake off. Shoutout to your S/N being unusable since you swapped 0’s and O’s around. Anyone trying getting a replacement via warranty? OR their  silly paid program?

I’m using the Insider Preview (Dev channel) and the latest Synapse update broke some keyboard shortcuts. For example, Snipping tool key combos don’t work, nor does the Windows key. Closing Synapse allows it to work. Anyone found a solution/workaround besides closing Synapse? I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro.

When starting RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.15.0.504.exe I get the message-----------------Server access not availablePlease check your network connection.---------------What should I do? It is a Razer server. My computer is fine.Case 240117-003467  but Icant wait 3 day (when possible!) for answer.Danke from Walter

A bought my DeathAdder at the end of the last year, the mouse comes today, when i was going to configurate, the Razer Synapse doesn´t detect it, i already uninstalled a  lot of times, search for tutorials (on the Razer´s Site and Youtube), but nothing solves my problem. My last hope is quest to the community.
