Can a razer blade 18 charge on usb type c? I was looking online and it looks like it can but I can’t seem to get mine to charge. I have tried multiple cables and bricks non of them seem to work. Is there a setting I’m missing that I need to enable to charge via usb type c?

This is the first time in a while I’ve genuinely been impressed by Razer products, namely the 2026 blade 16 which seems to have gotten everything right. At $5k for a fully specced out version, however, it’s pretty damn far from cheap. It’s actually about $1k more than the MacBook Pro M5 Max I was considering as my alternative - and honestly I need some input here. The biggest concern I have with making the purchase is the support aspect. I’d like to keep this laptop going strong for the next 5 years or so, and I’ve always heard terrible things about Razer support and age durability with their products. I’ve also been told that’s changed a lot in recent years, so I’d love to hear from y’all what you think if it’s worth the price. 

Basically I ordered this new Headset and it came today. I connected it via bluetooth and played Metro Exodus but the sound was really bad and i heard noise and it was really unrealistic and bad quality. I tried it with other games or by watching youtube and it was not better. Can someone tell me what the issue here is?

Hi Razer team & community,I've recently noticed an odd issue with font rendering inside Razer Synapse on my Windows 11 PC. Some of the text appears blurry, slightly pixelated, or just not as sharp as the rest of the UI.I’ve already tried the usual fixes—changing DPI settings, enabling ClearType, reinstalling Synapse—but the issue still shows up occasionally, especially on high refresh rate monitors.Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if it's a compatibility issue with Windows 11 or a display scaling problem. Would appreciate any help or confirmation!Thanks in advance! 👊Henry

I need a new mouse and I have been thinking about getting a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro however I've seen some people complain about the scroll wheel. Is it a common issue with this mouse? Are there any other consistent issues people get?

After neglecting to create a recovery image from my 2024 Razer 18 laptop BEFORE attempting clean install of Windows 11, I humbly solicited assistance from Razer Support and Razer delivered their recovery image the next day. Now my ole Razer is humming again. Thank you, Razer Support. #OnlyAtRazer

I’m using a huntsman v3 pro mini and have the rgb colour setting to white in Razer chroma. Now when I set the colour white it will stay like that for the duration of however long my computer is. However once I turn it off, when I turn it back on the rgb is reset back to the default rainbow instead of the white I had chosen. I was wondering if there was any fix to this issue to I don’t have to keep setting it manually every time I turn on my computer.

Hello,I am using a DeathAdder Essential mouse. I am trying to create a macro for myself for CS2, but the macro does not work properly when the game is launched (alt+tab). While on the desktop, my macro key works perfectly fine, but when I return to the game, it doesn't trigger the response I set.  I started getting this error after the Synapse 4 update; there wasn't any such problem in Synapse 3.

Ello. So i have a blackshark v2x headset and for some reason the people im in call with/when im in class, they can hear themselves. This is the exact reason why i got a headset in the first place, to avoid echoing. it gets really annoying. someone please help 

My leviathan keeps turning off when I play music and turns off if I change music? And help on how to fix this problem 

i was playing games and my mouse was connected to the dongle, it kept freezing and turning off. i gave up and connected it to usb and for awhile that worked, but then windows gave me a message that read “usb device not recognized” does anyone have a fix? now its not working at all and i dont know how to fix it

I ordered the Razer Thunderbolt 5 Dock from official site and it delivered yesterday. Connected a Skydimo RGB strip to it's USB A port and I got the windows "Power surge on the USB port" message. The RGB I have is for a 27 inch monitor and it covers 4 sides of my screen, so it does require some power. When I lower the brightness then it works as usual, but once I set the brightness back up to anything more than around 70%, it just turns off completely. I tried the other USB A port and got the same results. But if I connect it to the usb c ports via adaptor (including the non thunderbolt 5 one), its able to light up as usual.I tried searching on the web but it only says the USB A ports support 10gb/s data transfer and didn't mention anything about the wattage available. Normally I would assume its just what it is but just want to know if it's possible my dock is faulty because (1) it is a somewhat premium product, and (2) my old Dell dock that doesn't even uses thunderbolt 4 could suppo

It worked fine for a few months then only certain keys would work. All the lights are on, the pc recognizes it, and now none of the keys work. I have tried to reset and nothing. Tried to update firmware and it won’t work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Can you please help?

Are the Pro Click and Pro Click Mini the ONLY two that have the functionality to pair with and switch between multiple devices?Sorry for the typo in the subject :)

I’m reposting this question because the person who was helping me and closed my thread seems to have stopped responding :(  My 2 year old toddler removed the side hypershift button and it is now lost. Is there some way I can get a replacement for this?

I’m new to Synapse 4 but switched from D-Pad (4way) to Analog movement (8way) in the application but no game seems to register it. D-pad seems to work but not analog setting with any game.  

I registered using Apple ID, but the email address provided is not mine, I don't know it, and I can't change it.

Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing an issue with my Cynosa V2 keyboard where the volume keys no longer support holding to increase or decrease volume after updating to Windows 2026 Preview Build 26200.Details: Keyboard: Cynosa V2 Firmware version: 1.0.2.0 Synapse version: 4.0.86.2601201054 Windows build: 10.0.26200 Problem description: Pressing the volume keys works for single taps, but holding the key no longer produces continuous volume changes. I have tried remapping the volume keys in Synapse, adjusting Windows keyboard repeat settings, and checking all Synapse profiles. The issue persists. Other keyboards on the same machine work normally. This indicates the problem is likely related to Cynosa V2 + Synapse interaction with Windows 26200, rather than Windows itself. I’ve bought the blackshark v2 x and the microphone worked for like a day after trying so hard to get it to get my voice but it would only hear a buzz noise and not my voice. Also i didn’t receive any 7.1 code activation which i think its like a joke. The audio also i think it got worse but i cant say since only for 3 hours my mic and audio had no problems so i cant tell...

I got a pair of Razer blackshark v2s of off fb marketplace and wanted to ask what I should do software wise to make them sound better.I heard synapse is really bad and I should get another software for them but idk which.I also have this issue where if im not using the USB card and plugging in js the audio jack, sound only comes out of the left side.

Hey I am looking to upgrade my huntsman mini. I've tried some other kayboards of course but I got quite used to dampened feel of the mini.I even got a cheap hall effect keyboard (very nice one mchose jet75) but I am not sure I like the bottoming out of the keys being so sharp.Any ideas? Was the mini the only one ?
