The Razer Armory

I just got my new Keyboard yesterday and is overall thrilled about it since I wanted to have a more ergonomic keyboard when I work. Sadly there wasn´t a Nordic one available so even though I´m Swedish I went for the US layout model. This isn´t an issue really since I don´t look which buttons I type so the abscense of Å Ä Ö written out doesn´t disturb me at all. But the thing that really baffles me is that “&” is located at number 6 but the keyboard states it should be located at 7. While on my laptop Razer Blade 18 it´s located at 6. Is this a US layout thing that normally for US layout it is located at 7 while on nordic it´s on 6?

Hello. This is a topic that’s been touched on earlier  as well, but with the Razer synapse for mac out, I’ve been trying to connect my basilisk v3 mouse, but the software seems to not recognize it at all. Have tried the typical debugging, restarting the PC/software, reinstalling the software, reconnecting the mouse I need to be able to remap my mouse buttons to use this mouse for my work, which is only avaiable via synapse. Anyone have any suggestions? Or should I consider returning this mouse since it seems like I’m not the target audience for this :/

Razer going to be releasing a hi res certified headset like TB and steelseries any time soon? I know everyone hates on synapses and it has its flaws but all the software are pretty bad. Razer still has the best move after all the ones I have tried and the Huntsman v2 linear is like the GOAT in terms of silence. Hoping to get a good audio device to just keep all my stuff on one software suite 

My mouse recently stopped working all together. For a couple months it would only woked wireless not wired so i couldnt use it if it was charging which i found strange but I ignored it because i only use it wireless anyways. It randomly stopped working all together now, dongle doesnt work, cable doesnt work, usb pairing doesnt work. I got a message from windows saying that usb wasnt recognized at first but now that doesnt even show up. its as if i am trying to plug a rock into my computer my mouse isnt recognized in any way. I uninstalled and reinstalled synaspe, tried downloading firmware and pairing utility but in both cases my mouse doesnt show up. I should mention that i have a razer keyboard and a viper mini that i am using in the meantime that both work perfectly fine. I know the mouse is fully charged because i initially thought that it just died when it disconneted and when i reconnected it, it was fully charged and worked briefly up until i restarted my pc and now it doesnt wo

Needing to purchase a new microphone. I tried buying one on Amazon they do not mate correctly. So, needing an OEM replacement or two. 

when i plug my mouse with the cable it works but when i plug the dongle it doesnt work is it a defect

So I did the most recent firmware update for the blackshark v3, and after it was finished my audio on  pc stopped working. I’ve restarted my computer, and unplugged it and it still doesn’t work. Ive ran a test on the headphones and it says theres audio but I cannot hear it and it only works wired. I dont know whats wrong with the dongle or how to fix it, it says im connected and the light is on but i still cannot hear. if anyone knows how to fix this,  it would be appreciated

My computer broke down earlier this summer and I had been using my Huntsman Analog keyboard with it and it worked perfectly but now I got a new computer from my brother, a stationary Asus computer with RGB lights on the fans in the cabinet, and I thought those would match my Huntsman keyboard perfectly. But when I plug it in, the keyboard shows no response whatsoever so I’m wondering if there’s a compability issue between it and the Asus compute? I believe the Asus computer is a gaming computer (though I’m not using it for gaming, nor did I ever use the keyboard for gaming) seeing as it has RGB lights inside it, looking very similar to those on my keyboard so I hoped it would work and I’ve tried every possible USB port on my computer but still nothing. Are they not compatible or shouldn’t it really matter what brand one’s computer is when it comes to connecting the keyboard to it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey all!I was having an issue with the macro auto turn off when your mouse gets into “Wireless Power Saving” mode and it drove me crazy. I googled everywhere and people had the same issue. Then I noticed the feature name “Wireless Power Saving” mode, so I tried to use the macro with the cable plugged in the mouse. And yup, the macro didn’t go off, I set it to auto turn off in 5min, then use wired mode and the macro ran without being interrupted. So I guess problem solved then!But yeah...Razer….Please add the toggle to turn on/off the power saving mode please. Shouldn’t be that hard :(.TLDR: Use macro in wired mode then you are good to go. Hope this help and work for everyone!

Hi,I just bought 7.1 surround sound addon on the Razer site, but the activation key I received is invalide (according to the product). I copy/pasted it, manually, still nothing. After running round and round on their support site, figured I am not the only one who can`t get a ticket open.Any insight?

Hello Everyone, maybe someone can help me. I have the Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar and it works great, but it just isnt loud enough. Ive turned every audio controller to 100% but it is still very quiet. If i use Bluetooth with my phone its great and works just fine but if i use it on my pc its just not loud enough

I wonder if I can buy only one unit separately if I lose one of the earbuds units

If you do a quick search you will find nearly a hundred different posts and comments detailing issues with this mouse! (even more including reddit). How has Razer gotten away with not doing anything about this, especially when it is apparent the issue is with their firmware and software updates. If you buy a product from a company, and they push an update that breaks your device, are they not required to fix it? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?!?!?!?!?I’ve linked some threads below so you can see what I’m talking about, they must know about this right!? RMA won’t fix a thing if it’s their fault these mice are breaking! I feel like I’m losing my mind, is there any way to make Razer give us an answer!!! I tried everything, such as deleting the synapse and reinstalling it again, i reinstalled the headsets software too but it still shuts down after 5-10m. it shows a green light then lets out a beep sound then it turns off (the dongle) i have no idea how to fix this, does anyone had the same issue before?

Is it possible to use the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) | RZ04-0453 with the newer USB C Adapter instead of the original USB A one? 

Hello, I’ve lost the dongle to the viper v3 pro while travelling, can’t find it or a replacement online is it possible that I get help with this?

I have a Ornata v3, which has low profile keys.I would like to buy replacment keycaps as several keys have snapped off (the white plastic bits have snapped from the backs of the keys).The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set does not fit this keyboard.Can someone please link a store page, amazon link, some rando on Etsy with 3d printer, or something that sells the CORRECT replacement key caps for this keyboard?Or has anybody had any success gluing the white key lugs back together?

Good morning, i've bought a Blackwidow V4 X keyboard and the W key was working not all the time. Now a bit of time passed and it got worse. I've tried the things on the troubleshooting guide but they are not working. What can i do?

Bought the mouse yesterday and returned it today.How can you make the click sound so loud?  Its impossible to use it if u dont have a headset on.Currently i m using Deathadder V2 and the click sound is in comparison to v4 pro so much better. Silent and conform.Come on Razer , You can do it better

i have used the wired Razer DeathAdder essential white and it is amazing. but the only problem is that its wired.i would pay 60-100 dollars just to get one. if you can make one please let me know and ill buy it. ALSO RAZER SHOULD MAKE ONE!

Hi guys, So here is the problem; Few days ago my Blackwidow V3 started to disconnecting from my pc.After switching ports from 3.0 to 2.0, worked for 2-3 days. Gone again.Tried everything from uninstalling to installing. Demo mode works flawless. Connected on different devices, the same.So theres no light nothing. Just a little 5% light on the numlock led. Long term search some suggested it has to do with B550 chipset. Also no succes. Is my keyboard death? Thanks.

When playing rhythm games I have recently noticed that sometimes my J key will drop inputs. I opened up a text editor to double check and confirmed that the inputs are either dropped or are delayed by ~0.5 seconds. If anyone could help that would be great. I will provide a video if necessary. I use default settings and usually keep the razer software turned off but have confirmed that it happens even when the software is on
