Need an upgrade pretty quickly and my options are either a Blade 16 or a an Asus ProArt P16, but reading the reviews on the P16 someone had data wiped clean, and from my previous nightmarish experience with an 4090 ROG Zephyrus Duo I'm afraid of touching anything AsusMeanwhile on the Razor side the main complaint I see is the trackpad and synapse software issue. Has that situation improved with time? Are the claims overblown? On paper the Blade 16 looks like the best unless it has some major flaws like I mentioned on the Asus.

Hello, I recently got the Kraken Kitty headset, but it’s too tight for my head. Is there a way to fix this? My head is small so I’m surprised that it’s tight. The main pressure are on my ears. I adjusted the length of the cushions to be positioned lower but that doesn’t solve the issue.

Where can i find the razer katana 1200w? It was on the razer page last month and now its gone. Its like its EOL or something. Any ideas?

Hi guys, I joined the spicy pillow gang recently. I have a Razer Blade 2019 Base Model. I bought a 3rd party replacement battery. However when installed the laptop doesn't detect the battery on the log in screen. It DOES say battery 100% in the power menu in settings but no battery icon is present in my task bar.. when I unplug the charger, the laptop stays on for about 10 seconds and then dies.I've tried disabling both options in hardware settings and I don't really know what else to do. Laptop works great apart from battery and will work fine when plugged in but previous to the battery replacement the battery would give about an hour of use before dying.

There is an issue where if the system is put into a deep sleep (S3 power state) and the system comes back from sleep, the multi touch gestures on the trackpad like scrolling will not work correctly. There was some work done in this previous thread to isolate the issue:https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=41416&fid=14Eventually the conclusion we reached was that the I2C HID Device was not initializing correctly after a sleep state. Now a BIOS update did recently come out for these systems and it did not resolve the issue. I am creating a new thread to hopefully get Razer's attention on this issue once more.I also contacted Razer support but they just want to do a warranty claim and have me send the device in for service which does not make sense at all since this is an issue that affects all 15 and 17 inch 2022 models.​​​​​​A temporary fix can be found in the thread I linked above for the issue, but you need to use task scheduler and drop a batch file in the windows directory. Hey, as the title says, my BlackWidow V3 Pro started spamming macros I never assigned. I just came back to my computer and keys like “d” now type “dfrc”, “a” opens some Window stuff etc. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, updating the keyboard FW, testing on other PC, always the same. Any idea what might’ve caused this and how to fix it? Luckily I could swap to my old keyboard but this is genuinely one of the most annoying things that ever happened to me, related to my HW.

There’s multiple threads on this issue so far, but not many answers. Is there any available dongle or other connector that is compatible with the Turret X keyboard and/or mouse?Some people have lost their original dongle, and can’t get a replacement.  Some people just want to maybe use a different mouse without needing 2 receivers.  But there seems to be no options at all.Surely it’s possible to make something compatible with whatever weird proprietary solution the Turret X uses?

Hi,First, I want to say that Razer Nexus is the best launcher I’ve found on the Google Play Store. It really makes the Razer Kishi feel like I’m holding a Nintendo Switch, which is awesome.However, there’s one big issue: the “Owned Games” layout. The 1:1 square ratio doesn’t look good in handheld mode. When using the Kishi, the experience feels like a console, but the layout breaks that illusion.Why not use a 2:3 aspect ratio like Steam and other platforms? It would look much more like a real game library and feel more premium.Also, it would be amazing if we could: Customize game covers Upload our own cover art Remove games we don’t want displayed Customization would make the app feel much more personal and console-like.I really love the app, but improving the layout would make it perfect.Thank you!

Hi there,The Bluetooth functionality of my ProClick mouse stopped working for no reason.When I move the bottom switch to Bluetooth mode, the LED starts blinking in pairing mode (on, on, pause) but the mouse cannot be detected by any Bluetooth receiver (neither on Windows nor on Linux) The behavior is the same on all three Bluetooth channels (blue, green ,yellow)Mouse works fine in 2.4 GHz (with dongle) and wired mode.Firmware is on version v1.02.00_r1The purchase date was in 2020 so I fear that it is out of warranty. Still it’s pretty disappointing that such an expensive mouse suffers from such a malfunction.Any chance to resurrect Bluetooth functionality? Any tips are welcome.

I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devicesAnybody know how to get the bluetooth working again?Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device.There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot.This is cursed  behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over 4 years.Some Razer engineer  screwed up big time here, so please provide a firmware update as soo

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

I have a Razer Goliathus Chroma, and I would like to know the best way to clean grime and build up over time where the mouse is located on the mousepad surface. I currently have inverted the mouse mat, so the top is at the bottom lower right vs normal of top on upper left. I've tried normal alcohol wipes like for cleaning keyboard but no success on the mousepad. What do you recommend other than purchasing a new mousemat?
