Hello ppl!I got my Razer headset, because i like the sound. I tested bunch of headsets and i like this one. I am active gamer, i like a good sound and i pick this Razer headset. It sounds rly good.But after year of usage, plastic get broken. So bad, i do not want to buy a new headset, just because this one still sounds good, and mic is good.I fixed this issue by some clue: It was not effective. After a week, i got another plastic brake just near this.I made two metal rods installs inside. it’s fixed this problem. Plastic doesn't brake anymore.This white splashes are previous crack fixes. I strongly recommend to use additional enforcement for construction for the future headsets designs.  

So the headband of my razer kitty kraken is peeling it looks so bad, is there a way to replace them? Also the quality of this headsets it's so bad that even the painting on metal parts is peeling too. I only have one year with this headsets and they are a replacement :c

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. Hi,I have changed my macros on Razer Deathadder v2 X HyperSpeed with Razer Synapse (version 4.0.86.2510220630). Specifically I have changed what scroll click does (typing a letter W). After I resetted this setting to default (scroll click to scroll click) it still does type letter W. It happens when Razer Synapse is off. When Razer Synapse is on, it works as normal. What I tried:I have tried to:[Reset profile] > [Reset key binds] or[Reset profile] > [Reset profile].Also, I ahve tried to make a new profile, and delete the default one.Also, I have tried to reinstall/repair Razer Synapse application.Also I tried to rebind scroll click for example to M, and then to scroll click, but then when Razer Synapse is off, it types M.My firmware for mouse is newest (1.02.00). For dongle too.Can you help me?

The Naga Left handed version is the best mouse I have ever used. Not just for gaming, once you map copy/paste/screenshot, enter and a bunch of other functions to the mouse for work, there’s no going back. Would love to have a wireless version - a left-handed v2 Pro.Is there a place where we can petition / gather signatures for it?Please :-) 

Just got my new controller for my ps5 pro. Since the ps5 pro dont have the big (dont know the exact name) USB ports in the front i conncted the dongle to the back. First i tought this was the problem, that it was a weak connection. But i did get a usb cable for the dongle so it can sit in the front. Still the same problem. Anyone experienced this? Otherwise i like the controller alot

I recently figured out that whenever i try to use the key combination ALT+Z it doesn’t work. I even tried reprogramming another key to either ALT or Z and it still doesn’t work.Does anybody have any idea how I can fix it?

Hi!I have Basilisk v3 Pro paired with Mouse Dock Pro. Updated firmware to latest version for both with razer updater. Synapse Beta.My mouse is disconnected after 3 minutes of downtime (measured with a timer) - the tab in Synapse just disappears. No Windows disconnect sound. When I start using the mouse again, it becomes connected but my custom lighting settings are reset to default breathing. To return my settings I have to switch to quick effects and back to advanced effects.In power settings “wireless power saving” = 15 min, in lighting settings “switch off lighting” = 10 min, “when display is turned off” = true. Does anyone know how I can fix this?  Perhaps I missed some settings.

This peripheral pictured is a ROG STRIX HIVE. It's an external extension of my computer's motherboard. As you can see, the dongle that came with my mouse is incomplete. The metal shield remained inside the port, very stuck as if something was clamped down on it. It could only be removed with pliers and a lot of careful destruction. Has this happened to anyone else?

Does anyone else have a problem with the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed being a bit loose fitting? I see in the instructions that you can adjust it to be a larger fit, but I need to tighten it up a bit. I actually have a large head; whenever I buy a hat or helmet, I need to purchase a large size. At the default smallest size adjustments for this headset, it slides around on my head a lot. It isn’t that big of a deal really, but I would like more adjustment. Otherwise, I really do like this headset for the price.
