TL;DR AT THE BOTTOM For starters, I've been using the Tartarus v2 Pro for about half a year now, and before I've used the Orbweaver for a couple years and I enjoy using both of them. I use it mainly for games, but I can see myself using it for art/design programs for quick actions and a versatile alternative to art-specific one-handed devices like the Tourbox. Keep in mind that I pair the keypad with a mouse with multiple keys (currently the Logitech Hero) to make the most out of the experience and not have to rely on reaching to the keyboard for anything other than typing. With the Orbweaver, the supposed spacebar was very flimsy and didn't feel good to use, so I opted to use the Esc/Alt key instead which ironically felt nicer to use as a spacebar although required a press inward opposed to the more natural tap down motion typical with regular keyboards along with not having immediate access to the joystick if needed. I purchased razor hammerhead true wireless earphones less than 1 year ago and a few weeks ago the left earphone stopped working. I have tried charging the case, tapping it pressing it everything and nothing works. It is just stopped completely responding. I can't find any useful information in their website and I can't find any way of contacting them because it is still under warranty. Any suggestions?

Hi all, The case of my razer blade 15 advanced has warped significantly. Has anyone had theirs replaced? The laptop works great, but the lid won't shut. Would like to get this sorted as their is nothing else wrong with it.

How is it possible that the surround crackling that's been happening since 2020 hasn't been fixed? There's quite a few bandaid fixes to this issue like the DPC latency checker or running a phone emulator in the background, but an official fix would be nice! Also why do I have to buy an other razer headset just to activate surround on the newer version of synapse when I already have it activated with my old one on the original years ago?

After installing Razer Synapse, there is a noticeable change to the mouse speed and curve of the mice. Does anyone know what actually happens and what changes (sensor?) Personally omegle, it feels more controlled but yet slightly slower. Not sure if it's a good thing, has anyone noticed as well? Thanks!

What version pcie nvme m.2 slot does the Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2019) | RZ09-0281x have? Is it 2.0 or 3.0? I am assuming it is not 4.0. I am looking to upgrade the m.2 ssd on it but don't want to over pay for a hard drive the computer can not take full advantage of. So I have the double click issue with my left mouse button. It happens intermittently but increasingly so lately. Therefore, I will be replacing the switches (I think it's the problem and the easiest repair solution), but I am hung up on what switch to go to. So far I have another pair of the original model switches coming, but also have the following types: D2f-01f-t 10.0.0.0.1 D2fc-f-k (50m) blue dot Does anyone have any experience with either of these two types? I am leaning more towards the Japanese made one as they are made better, but I understand they are only very slightly taller. I know it really comes down to personal taste, but funny enough I like the original switch feeling the best, but could probably deal with the blue dot model too.

Hey, I just received the mouse and doing some tests with it and I realized whenever I right click on relaxed palm grip I feel that the plastic bends a little and I can feel that bending motion with my ring finger. I took some pictures to show you the exact location. Can you tell me if this is by design or should I rma it?

Razer needs to look into wireless controllers option for home or tournament players. After see xbox new elite 2 controllers pre order prices. I think razer need to look at available options for home or tournament choices. How many players can be in one room and still have technology working. Hopefully controllers for all console get looked into even steam deck on razer monitors in desktops mode. Ps how well does the steam controller work in desktops mode with razer monitors?

Just realized my Blackwidow V3 Pro was wired all day and saw the % of charging, got stuck in 2%. Now it's 5% after 4 hrs of charging. Something is wrong here. Already tried reinstalling synapse, changing the razer USB c cable, and trying a different computer. Same results. What else can be happening?

hi i got my nari ultimate at the start of 2020, my battery stopped working completely after 6 months and i used aux since then because razer tech support didnt help my at all and i want to return to gaming and i want to enjoy my headset the way it was supposed to be played, wirelessly. anyway first of all my headset does turn on but only when the usb cable is connected, once i unplug it the headset is turned off like there is no battery, if there is a solution for this not charghing problem i'd really like to return playing wirelessly/ second of all my haptic feedback, it just vibrates. for no reason even when theres no audio and the mic is on mute. maby its the drivers or maby its just faulty but i couldnt turn it on the last 2 years because it doesnt work with aux only and now it just vibrates, with no correlation to audio or anything else. please if you have a fix for any of this, i really like the audio on this headset and i cant even use its most special qualities (haptics and

Product number: RZ09-0367 Attempting to purchase an official razer blade battery to replace my original battery which swelled up to twice as thick within 12-14 months of purchase. This caused the trackpad to stop clicking in, the keyboard started to bulge upwards. The battery was swiftly removed so I could keep using the laptop while plugged in but now I obviously can't take it anywhere without a power lead connection present... Asked support for the ability to buy just a new battery as that's all I need and the only option appears to be send the whole laptop back via RMA and have someone simply remove the back panel, and screw in a new battery and ship it back for god knows what cost... third party batteries are only £80-ish on amazon so that will be the route I go if its made impossible to obtain a razer battery legitimately. Just wondering if anyone has had this issue? No doubt this is why the 2022 models have 24 month battery warranties? Hard to remain enthused for these product

Trying to turn off the lights while not gaming, just doing a few things and don't really need or want the lights on. In synapse, I select the tomahawk, then have selected brightness and turned off. This has turned off lights naga(s), blackwidow and Tartarus. I am a little confused why it is not working on Tomahawk. I know I am missing something, just wondering what it might be and if anyone around knows what it might be. When the brightness is turned off the lights inside and on the front logo still on.... Have tried to crate new coloring profiles and that does not seem to work either.

Hello! I have just bought this amazing headset. However, my microphone makes really nasal sound, like I had a flu and holding my nose at the same time. I tried to make it in Razer app - there´s only small decibel change limit available, so I tried EQ APO, but its still incredibly nasal. I would love to turn off the built in audio card, maybe that would help, because other headsets without built in audio card dont sound so nasal. However, I have no idea if it is even possible to do so. Or maybe theres another solution available? Friends are laughing at me that i sound like clown, so yeah, this situation is "solve or buy different headset" one. Everything else about this headset is excellent. Thank you for help! <3

The sidetone on the BSV2Pro (and all of razer's other wireless headsets, tbh) have sidetone that is barely noticeable even when set to max. Please fix.
