My Razer Opus X which I recently bought isn’t connecting to the Razer Audio app (iOS). It connects to my devices fine, but the app doesn’t register it.

I’ve tried connecting it using the dongle connected to my Xbox and Xbox controller and I’ve also tried connecting it using the console connect button but no method has worked

I use Razer Viper V3 Pro. Great mouse, but recently I’ve noticed that some of my favorite pros(ropz, senzu etc.) are using the DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed. So I tried it from my local tech store and I loved the shape. Since then I’ve been hoping for razer to release(or a leak at least) the DeathAdder V4 hyperspeed. Hoping for it to include the Hyperpolling dongle etc.. So please Razer. Work on it. 

My razer viper ultimate is only usable via cable now and I’m in the market for a new mouse.I love the look and all the buttons on the basilisk v3 pro but the weight is what’s holding me back. Since I’ve used the viper ultimate so much and I am kinda used to the weight and grip I’m afraid it would be a bad choice. So I’m also considering the viper V3 or the cobra.What is the best choice coming from a viper ultimate mouse?

Hello All,I get the battery low notification on Windows when the battery is 5%. Is there a way to get it to trigger at another level? I'd like it to be around 15 or 20%. It can't be good for the battery health to leave it to drain till 5% every time.I have the latest firmware on both the dock and mouse as well as the latest version of Synapse.Thank you kindly in advance. 

I want some nice headphones (i currently have the Kraken X which is still kinda fine) that are preferably wireless.I found the Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed at 96€. They look great but i do like the Blackshark V3 more, with the THX surround sound and the better volume control. Im not sure if its worth the 50€ extra.

Hi Razer Team! I think it would be great to add Kraken V4 support to the Razer Audio mobile app.Lately, I’ve often wanted to use my headset not only on PC but also outside, for example, while walking or traveling. However, since it’s not possible to adjust the sound, lighting, or other settings from the phone, it makes it less convenient and discourages me from using them outside my home.I believe adding Kraken V4 compatibility to Razer Audio would be a great improvement — it would make the experience much more flexible and enjoyable for many users, not just me.Thanks for considering this! 💚

Hello Razer Support Team and Community,I have an original Razer BlackWidow Chroma keyboard A while ago the keyboard went into bootloader mode and stopped working properly. Trying to recover it, I mistakenly used the BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 firmware updater. After flashing, the keyboard came back to life, but now it is incorrectly detected as "Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016" in Device Manager and Razer Synapse. Full Chroma lighting effects (wave, ripple, etc.) are broken or missing, and overall behavior is not correct for the original Chroma model.Live Chat support was unable to provide the file due to current operational directives and could only direct me to the website.I specifically need the correct recovery firmware updater for the original BlackWidow Chroma — BlackWidow Chroma_FirmwareUpdater_v1.03.00.exe — to restore the proper firmware.I understand this file is not publicly available and is provided only after serial number verification. Could a Razer staff member please verify

Sorry if this is a long one. The mic on my Blackshark V2 (wired) doesn’t work. As of currently there are a few things I’ve been able to find out about it, but it’s not much. (This is all on windows) I’m not the greatest w/ this stuff, but this has been an issue for at least a year and a half now. I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting that I could find: make sure it’s not muted, give apps permission, enable it as default audio and communication device. I’ve tried de-installing the driver, restarting, and re-installing the driver using the windows automatic search. Internally it is referred to as “Microphone (High Definition Audio Device)” It is currently using a mic splitter extension cable, but reversing the order of the two wires that leads off causes the headset/mic to change. In it’s normal form, the sound is louder and a touch clearer, but the mic does not work. Instead, it only produces a constant static that registers at around a 10-13% when I test it in sound settings. It does

just upgraded my keyboard to the huntsman v3 pro 8k and i noticed when i start up my pc the lights turn on the keyboard however the only buttons that work are the numbers  no letters work and i have to unplug it then plug it back in checked for a firmware update for the 8k pro  and nothing yet anyone else having this issue ? wondering if my keyboard is defective

I got a new huntsman tkl, and when I try to plug it in using my existing keyboard cable it wont work.when I use the cable that came with it it works fine. my existing keyboard cable is fine, it works just fine with my ducky tkl. why wont the huntsman work?

I am having a problem with my barracuda wireless headset everything is working fine and I can hear through my headphones and talk through them it’s just one problem I can’t figure out. It’s that whenever I’m playing a online game I’m noticing whenever the usb is plugged into the usb port I am lagging very bad then whenever I unplug I am fine, it would be a help if someone helped me figure this out.

I love my Kraken V4 — the noise-canceling and immersive audio are amazing. But for long sessions, I need a way to stay aware of my surroundings without removing the headset.A physical pass-through / ambient awareness switch on the headset would let users instantly hear the room. It would make the headset comfortable for extended use while keeping full immersion.I’d happily pay extra for a headset that combines Razer’s sound quality with this level of customizable situational awareness. This could benefit gamers in shared spaces, streamers, and anyone who values both immersion and comfort.Thanks for considering this idea — I’d love to see Razer continue leading in player-first design.

Laptop is from 2022. It had always been fast. Went on a trip and returned home and suddenly it was slow. Did clean Windows reinstall. Updated drivers (including graphics card). Still slow. Then miraculously worked fine for an hour and now it’s slow again. Opening up any apps including Chrome takes 3-4 seconds. Anyone have any ideas?
